Great shop good bargains .I was charged for a suitcase instead of bird food £17.50 difference .I rang the store asked to speak to manager .I told the lady what happened she said next time I am in speak to her then, shed give me a refund .I said I'd not be back again for some months as I live approx 30 miles away .I asked for a credit note or check to be sent to me as it was their error not mine .the lady said they dont do vouchers or cheques .she said she would speak to some one else and ring me back .I got a call back and she said yes they'd send the money & would I ring them to let them know I received it which I did . A week or so later a letter arrived with £ 17.50 in cash rapped in a blank piece of paper .no apology no headed note paper or complimentary slip to say who it was from ..just blank paper . I couldn't believe in this day and age a company as large as Home Bargains would deal with a complaint in an error in this way .

Good parking,a large store with wide aisle and nice and bright, a good range of things for the house and garden, lots of seasonal items, in house bakery, cafe and customer toilets.

It absolutely breaks my heart to give this store 4 stars as I love this place, they sell great products at amazing prices... 4 ⭐ is not justified if you haven't experienced the Cookstown store ( 5⭐)... They have an in-store off-licence... What more could you ask for.... I've written a polite letter to the company requesting the Omagh branch standard can match that of the Cookstown store... 🤞... But don't get me wrong great store in general

Brilliant shop for bargains its really hard to beat only thing is staff can be very slow and long waits at the tills with often only one member of staff on them which can be highly frustrating, but apart from that its great.
