Was told there was 3 in stock over phone, then i drive 20miles to omagh store..to be keep waiting over 30 minutes and told they can't find any. Realy bad service & organisation

Great spot to visit right now with their clearance event of up to 70% off. Look for the red or yellow tags. Lots of items reduce at the cash register even if the price looks higher on the shelf. Super deals.

When I went, I was able to get some of the things I was after but not everything. The ceiling light display was poor with hardly any lights on. But there was a member of staff called Gail who really helped me with my paint choices. I was grateful for the help!

Just like most homebases. But a little understaffed and over priced. Same or similar items can often be found elsewhere for less money or better quality.

Come mostly for flowers. Some nice deals on them. Only down fall is no one seems to be around to help on info about certain flowers and how to keep them healthy

Don't order anything online it takes 2weeks for them to pick items still waiting on delivery I ordered same item on ebay it was here 3days I will never use them again

Frequent visitor, on this occasion to the garden centre. Gentleman staff member was exceptionally helpful, gave great advice regarding plant selection etc - happy to recommend.

This is a great store for DIY and decorating. We went for wood to fix our gate and ended up coming out with wood and an armchair. The armchair is perfect. We got it half price and since they had sold out, they give us the display and got to take it home that day. The kitchen and furniture colleague was really helpful. He got it brought downstairs, on a trolley and into the car for us.

I just purchased a Homebase Power washer. The Staff member was absolutely amazing help, well done to him. And lm delighted with my item

Was in homebase Omagh today , to get some compost and gravel/stones, couldn't lift them as they are very heavy , one of the staff Robert helped me put them onto my trolley, wheeled them to checkouts, scanned them and took them to my car for me ! Excellent customer service and thank you Robert it was much appreciated 👍

Only place I have been to in the last 8 weeks that doesn't accept cash. Tried calling 5 times but no one can be bothered to pick up. Thank for wasting my time with a lack of information for your customers. Will go elsewhere.
