I had a trip on the out going stairs 4 weeks ago and chipped a bone on the side of my foot. I have continual pain and don't wish it to happen to another.

Omagh Omniplex has really went down hill. Went to see Creator on a Saturday night, only had 1 person serving food and drinks while the queue got bigger. Maybe staffing issues? Had another staff member scanning the tickets whilst on their phone and another staff member at the top of the stairs, seemingly doing nothing but when approached about the queue downstairs stairs they replied they were there to check ID??? Seems really badly managed and the men’s toilet were disgusting. Looks like they haven’t been cleaned in a year. The Max screen was still good and enjoyable but a shame about the rest.

I think a member of staff is needed at the snack ordering screens to help with the tap n order by the time I got my order the film was already started also someone needs to keep an eye on the toilets a lot of mess eg toilet rolls strewn all over the floor and toilets stuff with paper these teens must have unruly homes or they just think it’s funny to wreck other ppls property

The Omniplex Cinema is grand. They have different regular sized theatres and a large MAXX screen with a brilliant sound system the combines to excite all your senses so that you feel like you’re inside the film itself. The experience is well worth the extra prices. They also have an arcade area, lounge area and separate restaurants co-located next door. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. It’s best to prepay and select your seating online. Then, all you have to do is walk in and scan your QRC. If you prepaid for refreshments, they still only need to scan your code. Overall, a splendid experience. The one caveat is that in central seating in the MAXX, the ceiling was leaking water during rain. They were already aware of it. It was good to be wearing waterproof trousers at the time because it was a 3 hour film.

Went to the bond movie which was great but a little disappointed with the popcorn had a very long hair in it. Then the wife and my boy went to see Adam's family 2 which they enjoyed but popcorn was mostly soft this may be due to pre bagged pop corn. Update Since my review I was contacted by the manager and I'd like to thank them for them for contacting me and listening to the problem I had I have since been to the Dune movie and everything was excellent including the popcorn.

Colour in Screen 6 is horrendous. This photo was from a Black and White scene. Straight photo with no exaggerated enhancement. The Omagh managers’ reply is even worse. Below is their reply. Mortified for them. “ Hi Jenny The maintenance and testing was completed by myslef and I am fully trained to do so. We have investigated this issue along with the advice of IT whonare fully certified. We have also tested the film in another screen with the same type of projector and in another with a different make of projector. We have done all we can to identify any issue. This film has been playing since Friday twice a day with no other complains or negative feedback. We are unable to identify any faults. We often find that this is the way the films are intended to be with some being darker or having tones of colour removed affect. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of a possible issue.”

Really nice theater with a bunch of fun games in the lobby like air hockey, a couple nice seating areas, tasty salty popcorn and the best pick n mix!

Not a big fan, no reclining chairs and the Maxx screen their big thing is nothing special so not sure why it's ÂŁ10 a ticket in. Need to get reclining chairs and food is overpriced. I travel to Cookstown as better even though an extra 20 minutes drive from where we live.

My son and his girlfriend were at a film last night and a group of teenagers were throwing things around the cinema. One of the items nearly hit their head very scary for them . When they went to look for assistance no staff could be found . Totally unacceptable. As both of these young adults have specific needs your service has a duty of care. Staff available to intervene. Very bad experience

The Best Big Cinema of Omagh, because of the appearance of Screens, The Divils Ice Cream tastes so great, and this place has lots of leisure stuff. My favourite Screen is 5 & 2.

Love the fact that they do a pass for ÂŁ11 per month so you can see every release for the price of going to the cinema once!! The only thing that would make it better is if they had vegan coffee (alternative milk) and snacks!

  • 5/5 A fuzzy l. 4 years ago on Google
very good quality seats and screens, good prices apart from the snacks as you can get a bag of sweets from the spar for ÂŁ1 and it costs ÂŁ3 in the cinema. Rexy jacks has some of the best food in omagh. you guys should totally get a pool table in there !

Most of your arcade machines are broken. Much like the cinema industry. I'll never get that two quid back off the hockey table. Or that one quid back off the bowling machine, which displays a clear IR fault. The young staff are doing their best. I'm not emailing that company to try to explain that a machine in Omagh ate my cash. Cash that could have bought a packet of turkey breast for my sons lunch for a week.

Badly needs recliner chairs … , never understood why they never put them in . Derry have them installed ! Strange . For a true cinema experience I bring my family to Lifford . Only 30 mins up the road . The directors lounge is first class .

Flip! The MAXX screen is mega cool! The best cinema I’ve ever been to! Much better than Enniskillen’s IMC cinema.

Very expensive to buy treats and it was uncomfortably cold in the screen. A small bag of sweets (M&Ms) cost ÂŁ4.60. And I'm talking about a treat size bag, not even a share size, which they don't stock. The treat size bags cost ÂŁ1 in a normal shop. Rip off!

I could do better myself. Film we actually went to see wasn't on. Nowhere online or in the venue was there a sign to say it had been cancelled. We queued for 5mins before we found out. The separate ice cream place had no staff. The screen we finally went to watch a film, the room was freezing. And there was ads for a half hour before the film actually started. Pathetic cinema. Won't be rushing back that's for sure!

Great Cinema! 1. Staff are always friendly 2. Great selection of films 3. Maxx screen is huge & the sound is great, plus those chairs very comfy. 4. Booking online makes entry easy, means no waiting in the queue 5. Plenty of info displayed around the building 6. Comfy waiting area Got the Omnipass! Its brilliant to see as many films as I can for a monthly fee, works out to be so much cheaper than paying per film. Similar prices to just about every other cinema out there

The cinema was great, popcorn amazing. The service was great and the price was so cheap it was hard to believe. It also has an arcade just for a little bonus. The seats were comfy and everyone else stated quiet for the duration of the movie and it was very clean. Recommend going there, its a must

Only two tills open yesterday. Very very slow. No one have experience. The staff like day dreaming. Need wee push and more training on till screen.

The Omniplex cinema is refreshingly new and different, not a huge fan of the amusement arcade that is there would have preferred a ten pin bowling alley. But the main reason is the film studios and I went to see Avengers Infinity War and I really enjoyed the experience and the seating was very comfortable.

Everything you would expect from an Omniplex. Maxx screen particularly good. Only complaint was slow, unenthusiastic service from behind the counter.

Sound in screen 5 is fubar. Speech is off to the right side, not central. Some of the previews had no bass or could barely be heard.

Nice cinema with good selection of sweets, comfy chairs with good leg room. Increased prices from what the local people of Omagh are used to. ÂŁ25 for two to go to the cinema, although I may have overindulged slightly. =)
