Went in today to get my engagement ring resized, it only needed to be a half size larger. Took 30 minutes and was surprised at how cheap it was to get it done. Very pleased with the work, and very happy I could get my ring back in the same day!

This place is AWESOME! They fixed my boyfriends chain when no where else would because it's custom made from Italy. They fixed it AND cleaned it for super cheap. Staff is so nice and is willing to help you with anything you need. GO HERE!!!!!

Doesn’t answer calls, or return calls in a timely manner. Added minor scratches to the back of my brand new watch on a battery replacement. Only the “jeweler” can do most of the actions and he doesn’t seem to be there too often. He offered to buff out the scratches, which was a nice gesture I guess. Would’ve been nicer to not scratch it in the first place or do a post-job inspection and ensure the watch was returned in the same condition I left it.

Chad is great to work with. Very smooth and honest transaction. I even had a necklace fixed and he had it done in 15min. Overall great experience from start to finish

This is the best customer service I have ever experienced when working with someone on getting jewelry repaired. I had 2 broken prongs on my ring and was being quoted upward of $5-600 to get this ring fixed. Not only did CAAT Jewelers do it for less they also did much better work than anywhere else I have gone to get jewelry fixed. It was an amazingly quick turn around having my ring done in 1 day.

My fingers became swollen and I needed to get my rings cut off my fingers. I went to Greenbergs where I bought them and they were not helpful at all. Thankfully they recommended CAAT jewelers and Chad took care of me! He cut the rings off and was able to resize them. Not only was the customer service outstanding, but my rings are BEAUTIFUL. I’m blown away at Chads customer service. He is quick, efficient, and extremely professional and reliable. Beautiful work. Also- I don’t write reviews often but Chad definitely deserves it.

I came in and my jewelry was repaired in less than a half hour I was very happy.

They gave me the best price, was finished in half an hour, every other jewelry store told me $175-$190 to go up 3 sizes. I paid $75 and it was ready in half an hour, fantastic work, will be my go to jewelry store from now on!!!😄😄😄

Amazing work very loose stones on a very very expensive ring and wedding band . Kay refused to fix and tried charging outrageous prices and have then shipped out . Went right next door to him he fixed the tabs buffed them very nicely and deep cleaned them to a like new appearance and after my wife wore them for over a year with out having buffed or cleaned it is just amazing the work this man did . I'll be going back to him for any jewelry repair needs
