My wife and I brought our wedding bands in to get resized. We were so pleased with how smoothly the process went that I decided to also purchase a necklace as a Christmas present. It was not intimidating at all. The prices were all very reasonable. They communicated the whole process. He gave me feedback and ideas on the custom necklace design. I inherited a ring with 5 marquise rubies a few years ago. The ring itself needed a redesign to show off the rubies while providing a cleaner setting. I had the team at Heriter Gems create a new setting that would show off the Ruby stones. The ring looks so beautiful now and the rubies are more protected. A big thank you to Heriter Gems.
