Great staff...Doctor Klett and Nurse Beth Kos are just amazing. It's a great urology department

Avoid this hospital and go to NE MED if you can. They greatly overcharged and have to staff lies to patients' families.

w a friend 4 a procedure... nurses were informative & had wonderful bedside manners.

Nurse Lola was extremely professional and helpful with my needs. I recommend asking for her she is the best and the only nurse I want from now on.

The people are always nice and professional. They really seem to care about their patients.

I brought my husband here has bladder cancer and had an infection. I didn’t think I thought they would’ve done more but it was very fast and for an emergency room and hopefully the pills will work

All the staff were excellent. They explained everything that was going to take place before and after his procedure. Thanks to everyone for the care they gave.

I was taken there ambulance due to a fall. I was very pleased with the care. Did not have to wait for care. The staff was great and very caring. I have no complaints. The am ambulance staff was so nice and caring and I was very reassured by their attitude and attention.

Go to the wound care clinic there every other week and it's good

Horrible signage that doesn't direct patients where to go. Woke posters everywhere that are not consistent with Catholic teachings.

My Daughter had her second baby girl 👶🏻on Feb 24th! So far so good 👍

The left anterior artery was blocked and I got a stent put in in less than hour !

Needs better signs and front desk staff were immediately impatient with me and my 84 year old great aunt for not knowing where to go. Other than that, it's just a hospital

Great font desk staff, very empathic no judgement quickly got me back, an got me into my own room quickly as well. Nurses were great as well. Happy i came here instead of Immanuel. If i ever have to go to the hospital again i will come here for sure. Amazing amazing caring staff.

Daughter has copd and over the last year has been in the emergency room many times for help. The staff there are always friendly and good about telling her what's going on. She usually has always been able to get into a room and be evaluated and given the tests and treatments she needs.. there is sometimes a wait as they are always busy but she has always gotten in quickly. Discharge instructions are always easy to understand. I feel she has always gotten excellent care when she has had to go. Great job to all of the staff that work there!!

Beautiful hospital. Easy to navigate. Takes good care of patients. I have been here a few times for surgery and they were great. Took good care of me and now they're taking good care of my mom.

In my opinion I think it's the best hospital you can go to all the way from the top heads of the doctors to the nurses down to janitorial services they are so good to you and so nice and help you with all your needs.

I have had several poor experiences at Bergan, both personally and professionally (I am a CHI employee). They are negligent to the point of being dangerous, especially the ER. I would not take myself or family members there willingly.

Appt @9, arrived @8:45 check in, out of building in car 17 minutes later. The desk staff and nurses have always been the best.

Nurses caring for my brother, Gary, who was a patient in 574 were excellent..thinking of Alicia, Tori, Nevada and CNA Tiffany. Dr.Gutta and Andrea took excellent care of Gary. The environment was clean and comfortable.

My husband went by ambulance to the Creighton on Cummings where they told him he pulled a muscle and sent him home with Motrin and Tylenol. They ignored most of what he said to them. Long story short. Had him moved to Bergan, he has a spinal infection. If he would have waited more days, he would have died. Thank you Bergan Mercy for listening to your patients. Without you, I would be a widow. Just wait till I get my rage down to contribute to the cummings location. Or I'll just have my lawyer let them know. I don't know yet. I'm just glad to see my husband resting peacefully for the first time in at least 5 days.

Very welcoming and professional staff. I had 2 MRI's on my middle and lower back, I have problems laying flat, and I'm very Claustrophobic. The staff made me so comfortable that I actually fell asleep listening to the radio.

The facility is really nice and everyone was very helpful, nice to work with. However, I found myself totally confused trying to find my destination from the parking area. I don't know exactly who or what to blame it on but one thing is for sure I was pretty frustrated. I could not find a sign relating to where I had an appointment. I finally just walked in and hoped I wasn't too far away. The person I asked for assistance from was very helpful. It all worked out.
