The building was in a rundown questionably unsafe neighborhood. The interior of the facility was not very clean at all. Not sanitary looking and very dated. Seating area didn’t allow for any kind of distance from other patients. One patient was sick and my partner got sick 3 days later. No face mask were visible upon entry to the facility. They were provided however when ask for some. 1 employee was coughing. I would never go back to this clinic on my own Volition. Use at your own risk.

The nurse who did my work testing was amazing! Great personal and technical skills. I'm a RN. I would love to work with her all of the time!

The wait time wasn't too bad. The employees were cordial. Instructions were good. There was some kind of blue substance on the toilet seat so I wouldn't sit on it. That made it hard to hit the cup, I wasn't happy about peeing on my hand.

Professional, courteous and friendly service from start to finish. The entire staffing team (front office to all of the front line nursing and lab technicians) made my visit warm, welcoming and expedient. Thank you Concentra!

Everyone was very professional and kind. Practical no wait time which was very surprising. My entire visit took 30-45 minutes. Just amazing.

The staff was friendly and everyone had to work harder in order to expedite all documentation required for my visit. The self check in process was sent to my phone and it was simple and faster than paper forms. The nurse and Doctor were super nice people that I left Concentra with a smile on my face!

Staff has always been friendly here and treats everyone equally with courtesy and respect. My time there was about 40 minutes, and I would say they were busy. I was at Integrated Care for 3 hours with no one in their waiting area a majority of the time. I ended up calling and getting my scheduled appointment transferred to Concentra instead. I should have come here first.

It was ok just need a bigger building due to so many people coming in there more space for people to sit down in as well

The nurse I had was awesome. She was quick and straight to the point but also personable which, in my opinion is hard to do when you’re that busy. The Doc was also very nice even though I didn’t have the proper documentation and still took the time to explain the process and assure me that when I do have the paper work he’d be more than glad to get me set up. Let’s not forget the front desk staff! SUPER nice ladies behind the counter. They explain anything and everything if need be without hesitation and are very professional! Thank you!

I had to get a DOT certified physical and they got me right in, first thing and I was out in 30 minutes or so. They were able to email me my MEC card as well so I could print it out. Very helpful and professional as well as 💨 fast!!! Very happy

The check-in associates were all very efficient and courteous. My nurse & Dr. associates were knowledgeable and congenial. Once I got checked in, everything went smoothly 👍

Staff was good and professional. Only knock was amount of time it took. Went right away in morning and took 90 minutes.

Was a quick in and out for my medical card renewal. For a walk in clinic that's usually pretty busy. I was in and out in about an hour.

The lady was rude and took my urine and straight threw it in the trash then proceeded to tell me I'd have to wait in the lobby I can't leave until I can use the restroom again. I couldn't even go smoke a cigarette or tell my ride to wait or nothing. If I did they would mark my test as fail. DO NOT GO THERE

The staff from the check-in process to the nurses, doctor & physical therapists were so friendly. We were pleasantly surprised!

I felt that there was too much filth on the place to be even close to be sanitary. Areas in the exam rooms where bloody tissues laid in the dust. Tight areas to clean I understand, it needs cleaned or blocked off whete nothing can get back there, then the issue with them messing up on what the employer wanted, causing be to fill out the same long medical history forms twice. I only did the electronic once last Thursday when I was first there, I skipped over it today. I would give an even lowered score if not for the fact the staff were pleasant.

Everyone was polite and courteous, I did not have to wait long to be seen. Once I was seen the Doctor was very informative and made sure I understood what was going on.

Super impressed with the Urgent Care staff -- it's almost like they enjoyed their jobs! Great MA, 2 great MDs, great radiology tech. We are visiting from out of town and were very pleased. Building was a little sketchy, but experience inside was great.

A school bus driver is never to touch a child under ANY circumstances, and I tried to explain it to the DOT doctor, but because I had a 20 pound restriction on my release, he refused to update my medical card. He is depriving me of my income for another month.

I couldn't sleep my shoulder pain was keeping me up. I've been to three PT sessions they introduce a new method that has been working for me to sleep and allow my shoulders to heal. Not 💯 yet but I can sleep.

For me the close location on 29th and F in Omaha works well for my visits.The staff are exceptional and very personal and caring. I have had excellent consultations with several of the doctors their. Easy to work with. Very happy with everything .

While the service was smooth and fast both times I had to stop in, the overall care shown by staff was more than lacking. On my first visit the doctor refused to fill out a letter in the way required by my work union. When I needed a letter a week later stating that I was off the muscle relaxer he wrote me a script for, he refused stating he could not know that I was off the script despite it being only a 7 day supply with no refills. When I came in to ask if he would write a letter stating that the script was to be taken 3 times a day for 7 days, the staff suggested I pay out of pocket at another urgent care to get a letter. Would not recommend this place and will not be going back.

I'm giving 5 stars, but no one would hold my hand during the observed UA. 🤣 so a low 5. In all seriousness, very professional and pretty quick to get me through the process. This group is always great.

This was one of the most thorough employee health clinics I've been through. The PA even came and talked to me and did a great assessment as I am a nurse as well. Thank you so much for everything!

I love this place i went there numerous of time and every time I go there i comes back with nothing but satisfaction. It's very organized, very clean and they treated all theirs clients with respect. I never spend more than 30 minutes wait time It's in and out. Concentra please keep up the good work

Went for pre employment drug test. I had called ahead and spoke w Michael T. He not only answered my qut and was absolutely over and above job description. Once I arrived both Michael T. And other folks checking me in were friendly professional and patient. Then actual drug test done by Paul M. Again absolutely professional and completely kind and listened to an experience of recent that occurred in my life. He was a God send. In total, would go no where else for such tests and all were engaging and products of kind patient professionalism.

Went for drug test. Staff was nice. However, place was packed and I had to stand for about 10 mins. If I had not seen the mistake on my paperwork, it would have been sent to another company.

The entire staff was friendly. Dr. Bethanie was very caring and took her time to answer all my questions. I felt heard and valued.

Throughtout this very difficult time, the entire staff have been kind, understanding, helpful and encouraging, on not so good days. Dr. West. Dawn Tyler and Julia, picked the right profession. They go above and beyond to achieve the best outcome. The front office staff (I know all their names), and the nurses should all be considered valuable employees. GIVE THEM ALL A RAISE!!!!!!

Ms. Nicole Mitchell and staff were professional, attentive, and very pleasant to talk to. Ms. Mitchell took extra time to understand the needs of my business and asked all the right questions. Her information gathering lead her to a greater understanding of my business, mission, target market and overall intent. Know I am confident that information offered by the organization will be much easier to locate to reach my vision during my next visit.

I was sent to this facility for a hearing check. From the first person that met me at reception, to the technician that administered the hearing exam, and the doctor that spoke to me afterward, everyone was great! I was treated wonderfully, and was in and out in a very reasonable time.

Passing by this establishment so many times never been there until Friday... Courteous clean great staff if I were to take another one of these tests hope it will be a place such as this ....thank you for all your kind words Dr West 👍

Staff was wonderful! The Doctor is so detailed and I felt so comfortable. The nurses and staff work fast and well to get you in and out. Would recommend to ANYONE!

All was fine for the first three weeks I had to come here, then today it took 1 hour after appointment time to get in to a room and another hour before a doctor came in. “Sorry we only have one doctor today.” Then don’t take appointments you can’t fulfill. This went from 5 star to 1 star quickly.

Truly they are awesome here. Everyone always professional, always greet & smiles. I have used their services twice. Very friendly & efficient service

I've used the facility before for other jobs needing to take a drug test. This time I went in on a Monday morning the woman that did my drug test seemed to have an attitude up until I left. I had questions and she seemed to get more agitated the more I asked. Once I finally was able to leave the facility I have been waiting for over a week for my drug test to be processed. Apparently the drug test was never sent into the job so they are still waiting on that for me to even be able to start my first day. There was a gentleman that was doing all of this at the same time period that I was and he was able to start within 2 days.

The complete staff was pleasant! It’s very rare you walk into places these days and people seem to love their jobs. Their attitudes all reflected great customer service. It was also pretty quick too. I’ll definitely be visiting this location again
