I waited over an hour for my appointment, the receptionist told me when I asked how much longer because my time is important also that she didn't know and if I couldn't wait any longer than I would have to reschedule!!!! Seriously!!! I've been waiting for over an hour! They finally called me back the dr barely talked to me the fellow actually talked more. Was not impressed. They don't care about the patients time it seems.

I’ve seen two providers there as a patient and consulted with another on many occasions at the hospital where I work. All were excellent—compassionate, skilled, and professional. I never mind having to wait to see a doctor, because I know that just means they’re giving another patient the care and attention they need.

Dr ternet is amazing and dr baitey was also amazing Had it not been for Dr. T I would have nearly died with the insurmountable of infection i had in my tissue, that 3 other doctors blew me off for! He took me seriously the first time he met me, had scheduled an MRI & got results and called me himself and told me to get to hospital ASAP. I was prepped for surgery, and with my connective tissue disorder, my stroke history, and other issues he LISTENED on how to care of me before, during & after surgery! That was in October, i see him every 3 months for continuous Care, and he is extremely caring every single time i am in the office with him. I have to wait a bit in waiting room but it is to be expected. I highly recommend dr Ternet and say you wont be disappointed!!!

Communication was poor on arrival. We waited an hour and a half in the waiting room after check in. No communication or update on why the wait was so long. No apologies and the lady receptionist didn't seem to care. She could have offered to put the coffee on or offered some water to us but didn't acknowledge us at all and seemed to avoid eye contact. My family member was in pain. Overall poor experience with office staff and waiting time. However Doctor was nice.

Absolutely the WORST place with communication. If u call the office do not expect 2 talk 2 anyone right away. U will b on hold FOREVER. Leaving a msg seems 2 b their mode of communication & they call u back @ their convenience. I am NOT at all impressed with the office personnel, the Doctor or this office. I will find another office AND Doctor

The nurse got me in to be seen asap. Everyone was really nice. Dr Hernandez is awesome! He's very good at explaining what's going on and how he can help. I definitely recommend him!

*initial 5 star Review Update: * I want to take a moment to thank Dr. Hernan Hernandez, MD. For His time, I had the privilege to meet and work together to attempt to address my overall health concerns. He’s genuine, and took as much time needed to go over every detail (of course you get charged based on length of apt) In my constant struggles I have faith that he is committed to doing a great job. *Update: I felt the overall treatment plan from day one and each time i went in to see him was a different plan or he needed to talk to his partners and then come back and say well this is what we are thinking. The disappointments come as the lack of communication from his team, call backs, transferred to general voice mails. They would say my calls got lost or transferred somewhere else. After my procedure in hospital surgery they used a topical numbing ointment to which i have severe allergic reactions to, and i had my allergy band on, documented with Dr, anthesia and nurse. Still applied almost half tube to surgical sight in O R and severe reaction. They reaction severe pain phone calls to his team were like i was a bother and short with me and my wife on phone. I was then charged for a followup from surgery bc it was outside insurance 10 day window but dr hernandez said not for 5-6 weeks. So i learned that trick behind the scenes how system works with extra charges. The office does not call you about apt reminders, they told me i was late upon arrival which was all wrote down and scheduled, i had to see a pain specialist bc the allergic reaction was so bad, i didnt receive an apology until the operations manager spoke with me the week of march 10th. Surgery was back in December. So the followup was not covered by insurance on top of that and in office scope exam to checking healing from surgery and pain i was charged $600+ for that as well and previous times when he wasnt able to bc of pain so had to do under anthesia but guess what he charged me the scope and visit sep. ive never in my experience and i moved here is only reason i switched dr, have never seen charges or overall operation like it was. And yes, i agree with the others waiting in office, nice coffee pots, each time i was there never any coffee on. It just seemed very unfriendly in waiting room, dont go out of their way for small talk. I will add no followup calls were done by methodist or dr office 1-2 days after procedure to check how things are going from procedure. Chi always called. I realize it was pandemic and short staff but they always followed up. My last visit with dr hernandez i was told a referral to pt was only option, that he knew the best, to expect a call within a couple business days for an apt. Took almost 1 month to receive a call from pt to which i have already found someone. I will add thou that they are checking into the situation, the billing to see if there is any way to adjust the charges that they are charging on top of surgical procedure. Lastly: I cant stress the importance even with notifying your entire surgery team wearing allergy band. Make sure they are told several times because in my case its was disregarded. As patients constantly remind your care team especially if its something common they use. Im confident and have faith it will get better with time at their office, but i wanted to share my experience. Just because i had a different expectation/experience dont mean yours cant be awesome!

I would recommend you opt for a different surgical center. There is a lot of turnover in personnel. Twice they were to schedule CT scans and when I go for the scan, I’m told they just scheduled it and insurance hasn’t approved yet. Messages don’t get returned. Long periods sitting in the waiting room. Seriously go elsewhere.

I met with Brian Sadowski for an exam and was very disappointed with the level of communication. He called in the wrong prescription and once picked up, the pharmacy refused to return it (understandable on their part). In addition, I felt $600+ for 30 minute consult and exam to be exorbitant.

Discussed a surgery date with the surgeon himself and we decided on a date after a couple minutes of back and forth. That date was 7 weeks out from that time we chose it. Fast forward almost 7 weeks now and I called to check in about pre surgery prep and they tell me I’m not even on their surgery schedule. This is unacceptable as a surgery obviously makes you plan out your weeks following fairly carefully as you plan for recovery. That effort of scheduling on my part is now all out the window. I’m just shocked at this being I was speaking with the surgeon directly and it’s as if it never happened.
