    I have been going for 5 years now and love it! I go 3-4x/would and I am never disappointed with the workout. They always have something thing new each time I attend (but does tend to repeat the 2nd half of the month). The music is always loud and upbeat to keep you moving! The trainers are great, Matt and Jalen always keep the classes entertaining! My only gripe is not able to warm up or stretch in the gym before class, I miss it and I feel more muscular sore after class.

    Every time I’m here for a clinic or benchmark workout, it’s always a great time. Entire OTF staff is awesome and welcoming!

    With over 500 classes taken that I can confidently say that I have NO REGRETS. All the coaches kept me motivated to reach my goals. The coaches and staff are awesome and easy to talk to when I have questions. For those that have put their fitness goals on hold...this place is the best first step to get you back on track and I promise, you won’t regret it as your health is the most important part of your life. #orangetheorywestisthebest

    Orangetheory has been one of the best workouts I’ve ever done. It keeps me challenged and helps me stay motivated to workout. The staff, coaches, and members are all great as well!

    I have been going here for about 2 months now and I absolutely LOVE it! It has helped regain my motivation back to workout and I look forward to going now. All of the coaches and stuff have been great, great workouts and an all around fun vibe with good music. Plus the results you see aren’t bad either! 😃

    OTF West Omaha is phenomenal! The workouts give you an opportunity to push yourself no matter your fitness level, and the templates are always different so you never hit that dreaded plateau. The coaches and staff are truly invested in helping you achieve your goals. It is worth investing in your health!

    I've been a runner most of my life and competed on a collegiate level. So running was my go to workout. As I matured (aged ), I noticed I was gaining weight and losing muscle mass. So I tried OTF and was hooked immediately. I've been part of this program for 6 years and can't think of a better way to stay healthy, both physically and mentally. TBH, this one hour is the best hour spent to clear my mind while sweating away my calories. The best part...my hubby joined and our workouts have become our us time!

    The coaches push me out of my comfort zone and provide an amazing 60 minute workout! Not only are the coaches amazing, the gym is more of a family and community that has your back throughout your fitness journey!

    Orange Theory has been one of the best places for me to workout and push myself! It definitely makes me want to go to the gym and get my workout in for the day! They're located all over the U.S. I am a Travel nurse and it makes it so easy for me to travel and maintain my fitness goals! I highly recommend!!

    It’s one thing to convince yourself of the benefits of working out and keeping in shape. It’s another thing to actually do it. The atmosphere at this location is motivating and welcoming.     I love this orange theory! I have taken classes here for about a year with all of the coaches and each does an amazing job. They each have an individual coaching style, but still are great at motivating you to that finish line! I also love that whether I’m going daily and in good shape, or haven’t been able to go in awhile, when life happens, you can fit the workout to your ability level.

    I love the variety each workout provides. I am able to work at my intensity level and work toward goals I have! The coaches are all top notch! The staff are always welcoming and friendly!

    I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to keep up fairly well, even though I hadn’t been doing any regular exercise for some time and I was probably the oldest member of the class.
