Is my favorite coffee shop in the USA! And let me tell you when I travel and I can't get scooters. I am affected. They have the best blended drinks because they use and ice cream base instead of just ice! My favorite drink is their candy bar blender which is called a zero bar with lots of whipped cream!

I always have a great experience at this location! I got exceptional service from Spencer and Chloe this morning - they were super friendly and I have never been served and on my way so quickly! The drinks are amazing and the staff here are always working to improve your day. ❤️

Alex was such a joy to hear over the intercom and brightened my mood! Such a fun loving staff, definitely made me smile!

Was excited to see this place open so early. However, after giving it a couple tries I can't really figure out what's happening with the espresso. It has a strange, almost sour taste.

The ladies working today were in a great mood which put my partner and I in an even better mood!!! Keep up the great work ladies!!!!

Ice coffee with cream and sweetener... it was not what I asked for at all. The coffee was watered down, it looked like watered down tea with barely any creamer and the sweetener they put in was crystallized sugar when I asked for liquid sugar. Did not realize how horrible this drink was until I was far enough away that it wouldn't even be worth it to turn around. Tried to stop at another scooters and was told they'd remake the drink which is actually really cool since they are franchised but very displeased trying to call the store back to see if they could reconcile my $6 spent on coffee and no one will answer the phone. I should have known the drink wasn't going to be good when the girl working seemed very confused . I will never go back again.

Customer service is lacking. On 4/16 at 4:21 PM. The drive thru employees misheard us while ordering which is understandable but when we asked for one of the drinks to be remade the young Caucasian woman making the drinks had an attitude about the whole situation and told us that we would have to pay for it next time. rude!!!!!

The people were very weird and creepy looking. They also don’t know how to my a smoothie right because all i got is flavored ice. i don’t recommend a $7.25 smoothie that is all ice.

I love their drinks especially red bull infusion. But I have heard they dont use redbull anymore in their infusion..? I am not sure.

Scooters seems to do a great job of hiring people with great customer service skills. Every time I have visited a scooters the customer service is fantastic. Other places could really learn something from them!

They have a kids smoothie Council bluffs madison avenue will not give my grandson a strawberry banana with protien. So I have to buy larger and split it up. He is Autistic with texture aversion to food. This is one of the few thing he will eat.

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a medium blended caramelious with almond milk. I was given a watered down drink. Like the drink had been sitting for a while before I even ordered it

I will always go and get my Coffee and muffins there, can't be beat and you should try if, you havent... I promise you, you won't be disappointed although, once you try, your hooked forever and that's all in greatness...

Jaalah the barista was super friendly and very helpful with choosing what I should drink 😁 highly recommend this location

Best customer service ever! The baristas working the afternoon shift were truly amazing.

I was told by employees that work for scooters as baristas, that their employer keeps their tips. I asked how I could tip them and they said it doesn’t matter anyways because they don’t get to keep their tips, which sounds illegal. Don’t do business with an establishment that doesn’t do their workers right!

Excellent service and very fast even when backed up during a rush, Baristas are very friendly and engaging with you when making your order. I think the speaker is a bit out of whack as they sometimes miss the alterations I ask for like no whipped cream but nothing big

Scooters is ALWAYS the goat. Love their blenders and service is always amazing!

I thought I would try Scooter’s smoothie today for the first time and I can’t believe they charged me $.25 for whipped cream topping that they didn’t say would cost extra when they ask if you want it. With the price that they charge it should be free if you want it. The smoothie was good, though.

Rose was amazing and made me the best strawberry banana smoothie i’ve ever had from scooters! Excellent customer service, super patient kind and friendly, both workers on the clock had big smiles on their faces even though i’m sure they have had a long day. Such good workers that deserve all the credit for the hard work they do!

What an establishment! When I went to grab my morning coffee I did not know I was going to meet a real life super star. In my absolute state of awe I completely forgot to grab my sandwich but I was in good hands because Chloe, aka the female Usain Bolt, aka the two legged bipedal land walking Michael Phelps, wasted no time in full on sprinting towards me like the flash! She flagged me down from all the way across the parking lot and damn near teleported to bring me BY HAND my forgotten bacon ciabatta that was cooked to perfection as if Zeus himself masterfully seared it with one of his mythical lightning bolts. I simply CANNOT say enough good things about this former track star turned bakery chef, ten out of ten would recommend to anyone within ten miles of the 72nd and dodge location radius. Please for the love of god give this woman a raise before im forced to take a loan out from my bank so I can open up a bakery and hire her myself

Ordered a matcha green tea smoothie and there were strands of hair (mind you, PLURAL) in my smoothie, 2 DAYS in a row. Be careful to order here, this is the only scooters ive had issues with. Never coming back.
