This food is absolutely amazing. We had a difficult time ordering. The proof is in the pics. Micah is an excellent experienced waitress and crab leg cracker, lesson included!

Their endless shrimp is the only reason I come to this place, price is $17.99 on weekdays and $22.99 on weekends (kinda overpriced). The waiters are really nice, and the environment is decent. Kinda disappointed that they got rid of linguine shrimp from endless shrimp menu. Their 2 best options are shrimp scampi and grilled shrimp if you order endless shrimp. Their cheesy bread is one of the best in my opinion. Overall this place is ok.

Micha was amazing the food was amazing all except fish and chips watermelon martini was amazing curious why there was so many managers standing around and starring at us we spent 220 while there a Lil pricey felt a Lil uncomfortable with the money we spent should have never left feeling that way especially when we were there w my so s great grandmother and grandmother for the 1st time anywhere since my father passed away...11-18-2023 Byron was amazing the only thing wrong was my son's holiday feast didn't have the lobster and then we was questioned about it b4 we were able 2 get it replaced we have no reason 2 lie we don't move that way we have money 2 pay and to tip

I took my mother to Red lobster for her birthday. We had an amazing waiter named Lord David. He did explain that they were shorthanded that day but he did a great job with all of the tables he had. The food came out warm and tasty. There were a few items on the menu that they did run out of which was disappointing. The all-you-can-eat shrimp was PERFECT.

Went to end the birthday celebration. We should have skipped this trip and due to the experience we didn't even get dessert (which was free for my birthday). Love their endless shrimp and did that but after taking a bite of what was supposed to be popcorn shrimp turned into a thing of plastic, we were both done. Our server was very nice and friendly but didn't seem to concerned that happened and no manager came off and we were charged full price when we didn't eat our food since we both lost our appetites after that. I understand it was most likely not them and since it really looked like a popcorn shrimp, it mostly came that way from the manufacturer but they way it was handled was just wrong in my thoughts. If you see any of my other birthday post you will see dessert because most places offer you a free one for coming and eat there and Red Lobster is one of them and its horrible when I am so sick to my stomach after finding that. I am going to be honest, I figured at first it was a tail that hadn't been taking off and when looking at it I was shocked. I was so much surprised I didn't even get a photo and didn't think of it until our server took the plate. I'm not sure we will ever be back to this location.

We had Stephen who waited on us. Our food was excellent. I brought my granddaughter for dinner. She was visiting me for the weekend. Stephen was so excellent in his Customer Service Skills. He had everyone he helped smiling and laughing. Keep doing a great job Stephen.

We had a wonderful experience. Our waiter was super friendly and treated us like people. Very helpful and had some great suggestions. If I have to tell you about how smackin' those Cheddar Bay Bisquits are, then you're probably in the wrong spot. Our salmon, Brussel sprouts, salad and greens was very good and adding a $10 lobster tail was a no brainer. Clean, delicious, quick and great! :) 🦞 is delish!

I had the Unlimited Shrimp, especially enjoyed the coconut shrimp, the Pina Colada sauce was absolutely delicious. The server was especially courteous and friendly.

So amazing! This was such a great experience. The food was so delicious, and the service was absolutely perfect. They even sang happy birthday to my husband. What a nice surprise.

Ordered online for a client. 2 orders of coconut shrimp & 6 cheddar bay biscuits. Used restroom upon arrival. It was clean. Excellent 👍 No staff around. Located a sign for pick up orders. A staff member was heading to the kitchen where pick up is located so I told him I had an order and gave him my name. Someone came out with my order. I went to head out but checked for utensils and napkins. Only gave one set of utensils for 2 shrimp orders, The staff was pleasant & helpful. That was great. Kind, nice & helpful employees are hard to find these days & Red Lobster had 2 of them.

There was a winter storm last night and only one server came in to work. We had to wait 10-15 minutes to be seated. They told me it would have been 25-30 minutes. Our server was super sweet. She was very attentive. Food was really good.

John John was great and he is a great value to RL. The food was delicious and the atmosphere pleasant. Drinks were garbage and all should have been credited back. It was my bday and my grand princess loved the ice cream, unfortunately, I don't eat it appetizers would have been nice 🙂. Back to my expensive drink that was 90% ice and missing the alcohol. I guess you just can't have it all

Our dine-in experience at this location last night was extraordinary! They were VERY busy (6:30 on a Friday night, so to be expected), but even though the staff had a lot going on and what seemed like a million delivery orders, everyone was phenomenal. The bartender was AMAZING and she took excellent care of me while we were waiting to be seated. The host was calm and friendly and made sure to give us her speal even though she was dealing with a huge wait. Our server, I can't remember his name unfortunately, had a full section and still made time to give us a personal and timely experience. Even the other servers were friendly and helpful. Not to mention, the food was AWESOME!!! I greatly appreciate this experience as we were out celebrating my husband's PhD graduation and it was a special night for my family. What a fantastic store!!

As someone who grew up in New England, which offers some of the finest seafood in the world, I am a self-admitted seafood snob. I have never been a fan of Red Lobster. In the few times that I have eaten there in the past, I was wholly unimpressed with the food, and underwhelmed by the service. HOWEVER, my opinion has changed completely after my latest visit. The only reason I gave Red Lobster another chance was because my girlfriend and I decided to try the endless shrimp special. What we experienced was the polar opposite of my prior visits. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere and customer service were nothing like any other time. We were immediately immersed within a warm pleasant ambience. Our host, Sim, was warm and welcoming. We were seated immediately. He explained the updated version of the endless shrimp special and offered multiple seating options. He turned us over to our waitress, Micah, who went through the menu and drink specials, explained other menu options, and provided ample time to peruse the menu, yet not making us wait for an inordinate amount of time. Throughout our stay Micah was very attentive without being bothersome. We were allowed to relax and enjoy our meal. As for the meal itself, it was wonderful. Each of the different shrimp options was obviously freshly prepared. All of them were simply delicious, and were served in a timely manner. I highly recommend this Red Lobster location, and hope that other locations provide the same type of experience. Mark Purcell

This location was great! I've been to many RL locations that smell terrible. This location didn't smell at all. Ty was amazing...she was super friendly and fast. The store was very clean. The food was cooked to perfection. (I had the Ultimate Shrimp). Will definitely be back.

Very very disappointing. First the Cheddar biscuits served couldn't possibly be more dry and luke warm. Took my girlfriend who's never had lobster and she got the two tail combo of Maine and rock lobster and both tails were so dry it was a shame. I had a pasta, scallops, black mussels and lobster tail and the tails even with the pasta sauce were dry. The service was very lack like we were just to tip him cause the atmosphere is nice and the prices were very high...He gave minimal service with the prices and atmosphere the servers need a lot of training none of this hospitality or culinary skills met what I paid for guess I'll go to a nicer establishment that a tad bit more to get the service I'll pay and tip for...Big fail all around Red Lobster 🦞

arrived 10 minutes before happy hour ended and the server was kind and fast enough that we still have some happy hour drinks served on time. very good service A+.

Ordered everything at once, our appetizer never came nor did my salad. Main course was fine. Got the bill and there was a couple things added on there that we didn’t order, pointed out to waiter and he took it off and apologized. I had the coupon for a free desert for my birthday and he just brought me the chocolate cake and said that’s the only choice even though it gave you the choices on the app…. Whatever!!! I should have ventured out west!

I waited almost 10 min to speak with a manager but one Never came out . Just wanted to stress how AWESOME Alex is. A couple of ladies were at the table behind me complaining about Everything I felt so bad for Alex who as well was our server. Alex remained calm and professional no matter how nasty these ladies were .I did address him to let him know how awesome he is and to Not let them take his joy Just wanted to share since I couldn't tell the managers on duty .

I needed my seafood fix and boyhowdy did I ever get it! John’s fast and wastes no time getting things to the table! Thanks sir! I also overheard a customer having trouble and the manager came out and helped right away and the customer commented how much that helped them. I don’t normally overhear these things but it was right next to my table, and the patience and effort they gave was as impressive as the service and food I was getting! Their problem resolved I was able to stuff my face with nothing but the sound of rocking boats and harbor bells. Oh - I play a seaside app while eating seafood, it helps bring out the authenticity of the whole meal! Haha

When we get the bill, we were to get 3 free desserts from the rewards. I was charged for 2 of them as they weren't aware of the deal, even by entering the code?? When I said I shouldn't have to pay for the other 2 (I wouldn't have ordered them if I knew that), she said they would take them back and then credit the bill. When I asked what they were going to do with them, she said they would be ready for the next to go orders. So against food service rules!!! Disgusting as I had already opened the containers and looked at them. What if someone wasn't honest like that??!?!? Makes you wonder how fresh food is really when you ask for it to go or someone else returns food that was under/overcooked for them. I returned them as I didn't want to pay for them. Also the bill showed that the one dessert was free but when you manually added up each individual items we should have been charged for, it was $30 less than what the bill showed. When she first took off the 2 desserts (totaling $17) dropped my bill $3 that was a red flag!! The "manager" and 2 servers couldn't figure it out why and I had to show them how to figure it out. Their response was a glitch in the computer system. I WILL NOT be going back to that location knowing 1. food is reused on to-go orders (server said so herself and then backtracked when I repeated that loud enough so another booth can hear) and 2. I was overcharged and 30 minutes later finally got it figured out.

I ordered a To Go meal for my mom, everything was fresh,hot,& delicious, even the cheddar biscuits were soft and still warm by time I got it home! Red Lobster seems to be bouncing back!!!👍🏿⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food was great, as always. We enjoy endless shrimp! But this is a shout out to Micah, our server tonight. Micah never stopped moving. She had several tables and was attentive to all of us, going above and beyond our expectations for a busy evening. She was friendly, quick and accurate. When we complimented her to her manager, we were told she helps train new staff and it is obvious why. Next time we stop for dinner, we’ll ask for Micah’s section!

Went for the all you can eat shrimp. The coconut shrimp and scampi are okay, but nothing stellar. The service was good. The manager and wait staff are friendly. Was a short wait since they can get a little busy.

Stood in lobby for over 5 minutes. Girl walked by us twice and didn't even acknowledge us. When she was finally ready she still didn't acknowledge us until I said we are fine we will just go eat somewhere else. The food at Olive Garden was great as well as the service.

We had an awesome server and the food was delicious! My son tried lobster for the first time and he loved it! We are going back to celebrate his birthday!

Chrissy was so helpful with suggesting appetizers and entrees, I picked both of her suggestions! The stuffed mushrooms were absolutely delicious 🤤 and the salmon was just as good! Chrissy was very attentive, had a warm and positive attitude and overall was a great server! When we were getting ready to head out the team showed up at our table with a delicious birthday dessert and sang (I’m not one to be sang to 😅 but the thought behind it made me feel special for sure) if you’re looking for great food, amazing service, and a night of no cooking or dishes definitely head over to this location and you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again you guys are amazing!!!
