Very nice place. The food is a little higher in price, but the portions are large and I would be willing to bet you’ll have some leftovers.

Came on a Friday night, was seated right away. Server was understandably busy but handled it very well. She was polite and we received all our drinks and food timely. There were some nasty biting bugs on the patio the whole time. We ordered the scampi appetizer, I ordered the steak Cobb, wife power salad, kid got the kids bucatini. I ordered the full salad with steak medium. We asked the server if the kids pasta sauce was spicy, she kind of laughed and said "I wouldn't think so if it's on the kids menu". The scampi itself was good, but the bread served with it was definitely stale. The kids bucatini was indeed spicy. My state came out with about 3 oz and was well done the salad was pretty gross and had no egg being a Cobb salad. My wife enjoyed her salad and also really enjoyed her drink the dirty bird. not satisfied this time.

Was in town visiting and heard great things about this restaurant at the Old Market location so decided to visit. Was told the lobster bisque was so great that they now offered it every day. It is indeed great but THIS location said its NOT available every day (which was the ONLY reason I went back to the restaurant franchise) and Ruben, our server, did not even attempt to offer a reason, another suggestion or any explanation for the missing most popular item of the soup menu. Okay. Tried something else, chicken, two different orders and both were entirely OVER COOKED, HARD, AND QUITE DISAPPOINTING. Total let down from service to food which was quite different for the Old Market location.

My wife and I walked in on a Saturday and had a delicious dinner. We ordered the Baked Scampi appetizer which was delicious (similar to Mantra's if you like that). My wife had the half Crab Cake Salad and it was a generous portion. I had the Lobster Tacos which deserve their own holiday - they are a thing to be celebrated. I wish I had taken pictures of the food as it was presented well and we did not have a miss. Seasonal drinks that were very tasty were the Spiked Hot Cocoa and Vanilla Pear Sour (the only thing I took a picture).

Hopefully no one gets undercooked (raw) salmon for the chef’s special. I have never sent something back to a kitchen for being undercooked and I did this time, just stating it was undercooked - I tried being so nice about it😭 The waitress did not apologize and looked at me as if I was crazy for sending it back and wanting it fully cooked. Then when we got the food, the runner said “here, well done”, in a very sassy way, rolled her eyes and walked away. We were not checked on for 10+ minutes. The food was alright, not super flavorful - my fiancé got the Chipotle Chicken Pasta and it was alright. Nothing special. It took over 15 minutes to get our check once we were done. Just not impressed by the food or the service. I don’t think anyone should be made to feel bad for sending back food that is raw. I was so excited for my meal tonight. This solidified my decision to never get anything besides the coconut chicken salad for an entree. Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls and the Espresso Martini were the highlight. Other than that, I do not recommend this location. We will only go to the downtown or dodge location again.

One of the worst meals I’ve had in many years. Jams is so overrated. Rested on laurels of greatness from very very long ago. The quality is atrocious now. The ambience is old. However, service is fantastic. The young servers truly are wonderful, dedicated, and nice people. The food is just awful! There’s no excuse for that. I had chipotle a week ago, and it was frankly worlds above the quality that I had at jams.

The food was sooooo nasty, I ordered the French Onion soup and it was heavily salted I could barely drink the broth. Then I ordered the Caesar salad and that was also heavily salted as well, I didn’t finish it, the whole table barely ate their food, the chicken tenders were horrible and I ordered the steak frites which was a HUGE MISTAKE because it was dry and looked fake. The fact the server didn’t notice that we ate any of our food is beyond me. If you’re a foodie like me, please save your taste buds and go somewhere else.

Enjoying meal at a table with 5 other friends. The manager was loudly asking who owned the antique car. I answered that I did, he said he wanted to buy my car, I said it's not for sale. He loudly said in front of my friends that I was old and was going to DIE anyway. He then walked towards the kitchen. Really!!! Y'all are free to enjoy the resturant but, this is one experience I will not repeat ever. Have a Great Day

Classy. The food is upscale and delicious with some unusual combinations. This was a great place for Sunday Brunch, girls luncheon, or date night. We enjoyed the different flavors of bottomless mimosas.

Went for brunch after a weekend family get together. Lovely heavy, dark wood doors, host stand, and bar, with modern decor and big airy interior. High end sports bar feel but nicer environment and menu. Outside seating was lovely, shady, and comfortable, even on a mid July day. Service was outstanding, never had to wait for anything (it was also not busy at 2pm on a Sunday) and our server was fun friendly, and had good beer and menu recommendations. The toasted ravioli appetizer was basically a delicious, high end version of what you'd find in STL, so delicious sand the sauce tasted truly homemade. The coconut chicken and waffles was outstanding, huge portions and the jam on them was unique and so rich and tasty. The breakfast burrito was incredible, enormous, and so fresh. My 3yr old wanted both the kids spaghetti and a side of mashed potatoes, which made enough leftovers for him for 3 days because the portions are well worth the prices. Highly recommended for brunch, I imagine lunch and dinner during the week are just as tasty if not more so. And don't be afraid to bring the kids!

The server we had was great! He was attentive and apologetic, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our experience. The food was awful. Our party of 10 each got different things, and the coconut chicken salad was the only thing that anyone liked. All of the fries were cold, as were the fish tacos and the fish and chips. I don’t mean “sat too long and wasn’t hot”. I mean, cold. Like leftovers. The fried fish was congealed. I did ask for a new one, and the server, as previously mentioned was very apologetic and polite about the whole thing, then he brought me one that “ had just come out” and it was the same. The fish tacos were also cold. Our group just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. The dodge location never disappoints, I have to wonder what the issue was at the legacy location- maybe they just didn't have runners.

This was the best meal I've ever eaten. I had the meatloaf on rye bread with mashed potatoes and vegetables

  • 1/5 Dillon F. 3 months ago on Google New
The food was very bland and poorly prepared. The meatballs were so overcooked we couldn’t even cut through them same for the chicken in the salad. Service was terrible. The server took 3 tries to get the bill right and even then we weren’t confident. Overall a bad experience. Won’t be coming back.

Went here with DW for a quiet New Year's Day dinner. Made a reservation in advance, but didn't need one, as the place was pretty empty. We were seated immediately and attended to by "Wyatt." Ordered the lettuce wraps appetizer, and DW had a Mediterranean Salad. I had the beef tips/mashed potatoes/Brussels sprouts (was on the daily special menu). Everything was very good, as was the service. We'd go back, for sure.

I have to give credit where credit is due. Clarissa saved the day! We LOVE dining at Jams when in Omaha. I have always ordered the crab cake hamburger; it’s delicious. Last visit there, I was told it was discontinued! I was heartbroken! Clarissa made it happen! She was able to get me my crab cake hamburger that I love! JAMS: DO NOT DISCONTINUE THE CRAB CAKE HAMBURGER!!!! Clarissa’s attention to detail and exemplary customer service coupled with her professionalism and hospitality make her A DIAMOND IN A SEA OF RHINESTONES in the restaurant industry. 💎 TAKE A BOW Clarissa!

My parents and I went here for dinner. Make sure you make a reservation otherwise the wait will be unbearable. I ordered a margarita for a before dinner cocktail; it was a little watery. The meals were ok at best; huge portions, little flavor and excitement. Mom and I ordered the salmon special (salmon + mashed potatoes + asparagus + a sauce) and Dad ordered the meatloaf. Again, they were all just alright. We left saying that we were glad we tried it, but not sure that we have to go back again. It is an alright option if you're in West Omaha and don't feel like venturing far from home.

I'M AT IT AGAIN Y'ALL!! It's that time for another review. This time it's in Omaha, NE. The family and I stopped by this restaurant together. We ordered the following: Blue Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls Southwest Potato Skins Agave Shrimp Tostada Chipotle Chicken Pasta Bucatini with Meatballs Ribeye Fajitas Sweet Diablo Salmon and a few adult beverages The customer service and atmosphere were excellent. They do have a patio for those who enjoy a little outdoor breeze. They also have a special 👩‍🍳 menu. I'm not sure how often that changes. We did have a couple meals that I didn't enjoy such as the Agave Shrimp Tostada and the Chipotle Chicken Pasta. The Tostada was straight disgusting. It was a texture thing for me. I guess, I'm not a fan of Chipotle either. I probably wouldn't get that on anything ever again. Drinks and serving sizes were great. My favorite items were the Ribeye fajitas and Sweet Diablo Salmon. Overall, due to the excellent customer service and atmosphere I would definitely try again but just not venture so far outside my comfort zone. 🤣😂😉 As I always state don't take my word for it. Check them out yourself and let me know what you think!!

Our server, Rubin,, was so timely. I didn't feel nagged, kept my water full, and brought amazing food. Best meal this year.

Great time! Spencer was our waitress and did an amazing job. Food was well seasoned and out in a timely manner, and Spencer did a great job at keeping the bottomless mimosa coming!

Amazing staff! Greeted and sat right away, sat at bar and were approached immediately. The bartender was a delight and explained happy hour, specials, and drinks. I had the rib grilled cheese and let me tell you.. most amazing sandwich I've ever tasted in my life! The Cole slaw was mouthwatering as well! I would recommend 1000 times over! My mouth is watering just writing this review!

This place was great! I'll be honest that I was surprised. Pretty reasonable prices, great food, great atmosphere. Everything we ordered was off the special rotating menu, so will definitely be back to try some of the regular stuff. The French onion soup was especially good!

We usually love Jams and came back because our last time at lunch was so good; unfortunately our service and food quality at this Sunday brunch was lacking. I requested unflavored half and half for my coffee and received flavored cream (the server said he didn't know the difference) and the coffee itself tasted old. When we received our order, the crab on our Jams Benedict was cold; when we told our young server he didn't seem to know what to do about it and we had to tell him to take it back to the kitchen and bring her a new plate. We also didn't receive the bacon with our order and our server told us he forgot to put the order in.

Edit: I appreciate the owner responding and I wasn't posting a review for free food but I did respond to him by text with my address and no response, no gift certificates in the mail... much like the service we received. Fail #3. I do not recommend Jams!! I love Jams but the last two times have not been good. Our last visit, we waited 10 minutes to even get acknowledged by our server. One persons burger came out very well done when ordered medium rare. My tuna melta had frozen tomatoes on it. We asked another server for more water (we hadn't seen our server since placing our order) but she couldn't be bothered. We had to ask for our check and finally saw our server again once I gave my credit card. Not impressed. Bad service from our server, bad service from other servers, bad service from management. Won't be back again. Twice is too much for the service and food to suck.

Great food with authentic ingredients and attention to detail. I had the coconut chicken salad. It was good. The half salad portion was large and filling. A couple could order a full salad and easily share.

Had a bad day. Requested to sit alone outside and have a drink with apps. The server was so kind. Even with it being a little toasty he still came to check on me enough and brought me cool water so I didn't melt.

Great experience. Got a tasty breakfast burrito with mushrooms subbed for the meat. Loved it. We really enjoyed the patio. Plenty of shade for this Nebraska heatwave we're having. Our waiter was super helpful and made it an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

The waitress was great but she was both the bartender and the waitress which did seem to make her a bit rushed. She did however do a fantastic job. The food was terrific as usual... Love the hot turkey, chicken salad with raspberry and honey mustard dressing, tuna melt was delicious.

Nice atmosphere and our waiter was the bomb he had that smooth operator vibe about him and he gave eye contact. Let's just say he got a really really good tip from my group of ladies and myself. My drink was really good and my food was delicious no complaints I would recommend anyone to try this place out it was my first time and I would most definitely go again.
