The food was generally very good. We noticed that the server at the next table was better than ours. So service will depend on who you get. Would recommend getting that appetizer plate. I want with two other ladies, we each ordered something different and each preferred our own dish. So I think as long as you order something you like you'll be fine. I like the soup with. I think the dumplings more? Not the ones with the beans. The mussels were good at well.

Tonight was our first visit to Pasta Amore. Everything was great until the entree round. The soup was great, salad was great, the bread was great, and the fried ravioli was great. On our way to 5 stars. Entrees arrive and review immediately plummets. The gnocchi was borderline terrible and cost 28 dollars for 3 gnocchi. May as well call them gnocchi logs. They needed some sauce and should be 1/8th this size. The tortellini pasta was pretty good but not amazing. Service was average at best. I'd come back, but overall would give a 3.5.

Awful. Went for dinner ona weekend night and it was not very crowded. Things started off good. We ordered the crushed olives and the minestrone soup. Those came out within a reasonable time. The crushed olives was decent pwith plenty of olives mixed with garlic, peppers, carrots, and a few other things. It was tasty and enough for 4 people. The minestrone was very good. Full of fresh ingredients, but not too salty. The portion size was a bit small. Unfortunately, while the waitress was clearing the appetizers she informed us that the kitchen was behind and that dinner would take awhile. We waited and waited and waited. About an hour later, we finally received our meals of bucatini with marinara sauce and rigatoni with vodka sauce. Had they told us the wait would have been even half that long, we would have gone elsewhere. The place was depressing as everyone was angry about the wait time. It is quite poor management to allow such absurd wait times in a half empty restaurant, to make the waitress inform the customers of the issue, and to never come over to our table at all. How long could it possibly take to prepare 2 of the most simple dishes out there. The food was not worth the wait. The vodka sauce was average on a good day. The marinara was bland and no better than the stuff that comes out of the jar at the grocery store. There was not much authentic about this place other than the wait. The bucatini was homemade but not worth the ridiculous wait. The waitress did her best under the circumstances and should consider going to work at a place that cares about the customer.

Great red sauce!! I enjoyed the spaghetti and meatballs!! The butcher board was ok…crackers would have been a nice add to it. Great service!!

I will start by the positive because overall I liked the restaurant and I want to give a good rating. - the atmosphere was nice and the service was good. The bread, calamari (could be better), mussels, were good! I recommend the mussels even if they are a bit Spicy. However, - the cocktail is not their strong suit. The wine was not great. The wine was not good to be honest. - the pasta sauce was good. But I think their bolognese base needs more flavor. Something is missing here. The pasta were too cooked. But overall. I think that you will have a good time over there. Maybe ask to cook your pasta a certain way / Al dente.

I found our receipt in my purse and was so glad I did because I couldn’t remember our servers name but I got it now! Ronald did such a great job for our second visit. Our first visit was rough, and I hesitated for awhile about returning because I was nervous, but I’m glad we did. Ronald was so attentive, and nice, and FUNNY! He had us laughing several times! He is so proud of this restaurant, and showed us the mural on the wall with the founder. At the end of our dinner, we did share with him that we had a pretty awful experience last time, but that he really turned our feelings around, I told him I was nervous about seeing our waitress we had last time, and that she was there bartending this particular night. He was so complimentary of her, and shared with us that she trained him, and trained a lot of the staff there. I definitely realized that maybe it was just an off night we had with her, but I never would have realized that without Ronald being so complimentary of her. This really made me think that this place has a staff that’s really a family, and that they all build each other up. When Ronald could have easily been negative right along with us, without hesitation he was so positive and encouraging. Thank you Ronald, and thank you to all the staff at Pasta Amore. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Great atmosphere, great drinks, great authentic Italian fare. Got the Osso Buco and it was fantastic. Went the weekend of Valentine's and was seated right away with my reservation. Server was okay, was a little irritated with the wait to order food and the wait to get boxes and leave, but perhaps she was having an off or stressful night.

My boyfriend and I came here for our one year anniversary, it was the best pasta, customer service, and environment I’ve ever been had. Our waitress was so sweet checked up on us several times, when it came time to dessert we got the tarimisu (one of the best) they decorated our plate and put a candle in it, melted my heart. If you’re looking for just great Italian food or a cute romantic dress up dining place, Pasta Amore is the place to go.

Food was okay, not very hot when served. You pay extra to get pasta to go with your pasta dish. Our server was at the table so much we should have invited her to join our dinner. In an effort to have atmosphere, it's very dark inside. We were served quickly though.

Came for our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed everything. The bread was quite good and the spread was excellent with it. The Wife had Angel Hair with Bolognese, daughter had Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken, and I had the Lasagna. They were out of the wine we selected but the bartender suggested an alternative that was quite good and paired well with the meal.

Delightful New Year’s Eve dinner! The holiday menu and fun hats/necklaces were a hit.

Very disappointed. This was at one time a go-to for great Italian food, not any more. My sister has been up from Florida and we all decided to go for a nice dinner before she left. There were 5 of us total. None of us thought it was worth the almost $250 before tip (and we only had 3 drinks total). I had the cheese and spinach ravioli. It was horrible, very undercooked (45 to 60 seconds short of being very al dente), and not filing to it. The only redeeming quality was the meatball, but it was very small and not worth the extra $3. My sister had the same and felt the same way. None of us thought the meal was worth it. Our server, on the other hand, was very good and attentive to our wants and needs. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the food. What should have been a great night ended withus talking about how disappointed we were with the food at a once great restaurant.

The food was very mid , service was great and our server was extremely attentive and made sure we were always set. Everyone was extremely friendly the food was just very off. The bruschetta was tasteless and the tortalini was hard almost not fully cooked. Definitely was overhyped to me but also o understand everyone’s taste buds are different

The ambience was immediately right. It felt like the perfect blend of lovely and cozy, full and intimate. And the service was inspiring! Robyn and Katherine in particular were wonderful. Robyn's wine recommendations and Katherine's food recommendations gave us an experience we wouldn't have found on our own. We loved it from start to finish. And speaking of finish, don't skip the table-side bananas foster!

I was going to dine in this restaurant earlier today but after I parked I watched a couple of their employees come outside and smoke for a while and then throw the cigarettes into the parking lot and went back inside. Not interested in supporting a company whose employees have so little interest in supporting the cleanliness of our fine city. Suffice it to say, we found somewhere else to eat.

I wish I could give the service higher stars. Lisa was handling the entire outside area. Unbelievable . Never missed a thing. Food was delicious and drinks on point New owners have made this a go to for me.

I really wanted to like this place but sadly it wasn't great. Ordered a prime rib medium rare came out borderline well and chewy. Came with a side of pasta with red sauce that was overtly sweet. Bread that came out at the beginning of the meal was tasty but would have been better served much warmer than it was. Wait staff were great but unfortunately the food was subpar.

Amazing food, but it takes awhile to cook as they make everything fresh. I think I can taste the difference. However their air conditioning is out and they have portables everywhere which can draw away from the atmosphere.

When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy and appeared to be staffed appropriately, but we did not experience good service. Incredibly slow with drinks, food, and bill. Over 15 minutes to get drinks, and over an hour to get our food and it not was not served hot. Too bad the service was so bad because the drinks were good and food did have nice flavor even though it was served lukewarm. Glad they had the Toast QR code available the receipt as I finally just used it instead on continue to wait for server to pay the bill. Based on our experience cannot recommend.

ANOTHER Outstanding meal and service at Pasta Amore last night. Place was pretty nice and busy for a Thursday night. They had a lot of seating outside too. We had a very friendly waitress and the manager checked up on us too. Great food, great service, awesome atmosphere.

the food was delicious but the wait wasn’t. we sat for about 2 hours before getting our entrees and by that time we were full of bread. there were a couple tables who were sat after us (and had a larger party) and they got their food before us. we were just a party of three. however, our waitress was so sweet and the food did taste great when we got it.

First time at this hidden gem. If you like Texas Roadhouse rolls, wait till you try Pasta Amore's bread!!! Pasta Alfredo & Pasta Alfio were equally delicious. Oh, and tiramisu big enough for two! Will definitely be going back.
