My wife was visiting her dad in the hospital and I was trying to find a place to hang out while she visited. When I arrived, Site-1 was closed for a private event, which turned out to be a drag show. 1) if you don’t like drag shows and you’re scared of them, stop reading this review now. 2) if you don’t like drag shows and you’re scared of them, yet you’re still reading this, I warned you, bigot. I asked if I could just have a seat at the bar and I was warned there was a drag show going on. I have no issues with drag shows and I think they are a lot of fun. I was pointed to the very last seat in the house by a very friendly hostess. I tried a few beers and their breakfast sandwich. One of their beers I didn’t care for, but they have others that I liked alot and I even bought two crowlers to come home. The breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious! I will go back to Site-1 for their beer and food. I will also go back because their servers and hostess are just plain awesome. I would like to give a shout out to the hostess, but I’m a jerk and forgot the lady’s name. If you know her name, you probably know she’s awesome, but also please provide below. I also had a blast watching the drag show. There were a couple times I couldn’t hear what the MC was saying, but I thought the MC did a fantastic job and also performed really well! The ladies had amazing outfits and the show was absolutely fab-u-lous!!! You need to see a drag show soon. Anywhere you live. Especially in TN. I look forward to my next visit to Site-1 and possibly stumbling into a drag show! I highly recommend Site-1 for their beer, food, decor, and their support of drag shows.

Very below average brewery that needs some work. The drinks are alright flavor wise, but nothing special. Staff always seems like they want to go home, and asking for a drink is like a chore for them. Prices are akin to other bourgeois food and drink venues, but the quality is far below what anyone would consider average. The interior itself looks nice, but it doesn’t feel like it gets cleaned frequently enough. Your shoes will stick to the floor, and every time I’ve stopped in I’ve had to ask for someone behind the counter to wipe my spot down. This brewery is 2/5 stars, but unfortunately with the attitude of the staff it’s a 1/5.

My 4th visit was meet with some disappointment compared with 3 previous five star ventures. "" food was good but the beer overall was (off taste). That was a let down. The food IS good. We would/ will go / have been back !! Inside has a nice feeling plus lots of wood decor along with a few props. It be interesting to hang out some Friday/ Saturday eve.Live music a plus. Large beer selection and this brewery is on the new side about 8 months at the time of 1st visit. I guess this is our 4th visit so it's been open awhile. They opened another spot also a restuarant far west side .

Good beer, good for, great experience. Ice had been from Site-1 before at an event, but this was my first time visiting. It will not be my last! We visited on a Sunday afternoon; as might be expected at that time, it was not very busy. That suited us perfectly, as we were looking for a relatively quiet and laid-back place to relax and enjoy a couple of beers. Both the food and beer selection is modest but well-rounded. The beers provide a nice mix of standard beers, malty beers, and happy beers. They even had a sour on tap I tend towards malty beers myself, and I found the Oktoberfest and Toboggan Run dunkel to be quite tasty. The Cuban sandwich was also very good. I also appreciated that the tables were spaced far enough apart that it didn't feel overly crowded in there. That was nice touch for the atmosphere!

Very fun place and delicious beer. Our bartender was very good and gave us great advice about the area, and even a few other breweries. All we’re on point. I would defiantly recommend a stop by this brewery for not only some great beer but also some pretty amazing and well thought out cocktails.

Beer is pretty decent. Decent bar food. Staff does a decent job of keeping up with the pace. It can get busy. They do have mixed cocktails in addition to their beer selection.

We have been to this brewery two times now. The first time was over a year ago, and they had a great selection of beers and a great kitchen lineup. Fast forward a year later, they don’t have their kitchen anymore which is upsetting. They had some delicious menu items back in the day. They had a decent selection to offer on tap recently, and the atmosphere was very quiet and calming inside. The bartender was nice and gave some decent opinions on the beers to choose from.

Fab up and coming brewery in Omaha I hit on trans-American roadtrip. Bar staff was great and had a pint with the owners / brewers. Great variety all done very well.

This brewery is a little off the main drag, but it is well worth it!! The best beer I have had in a long time!! Staff was really friendly and the atmosphere was great! Highly recommend!

Excellent brewery located in the Western-part of downtown Omaha. The location space is big with a tall ceiling. Seating is pretty spread out which is perfect during a pandemic. There’s a secluded room for private events. Site-1 has a large selection of their own beers along with other spirits. They also have delicious food. Highly recommended.

Cuban sandwich was delicious. Soup of the day was divine. Cocktails were tasty. Chef delivered our beautifully plated meals, wonderful touch.

Great group of people, honest owners, good beer, and location. Personally sold a chiller to them, as what these photos were about. Keep up the great work Site 1 crew!

Site One is my favorite brewery as an Omaha native and local. They make incredibly mouth-watering eats, cocktails and mocktails. The service is out of this world with the attention to palate and pairings - the sky is the limit on recommendations. I've seen many servers spend attentive and lengthy time with customers to make sure they're happy with what they've decided to explore during their visit. The atmosphere and ambiance transports you to a different time and space. Highly recommend!

One of our absolute favorite local spots! My fiancé’s favorite local beer, the Starburst IPA, and they make the best champagne cocktail for me! The Cuban is, to-date, an all-time favorite meal and I could eat the mushrooms on repeat. One of the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing breweries I’ve been to and always look forward to visiting. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about food and drink. We have also been with friends who have brought their children and appreciate the inclusive atmosphere!

Had lunch yesterday at Site-1s taproom in elkhorn. I had the blackened chicken sandwich along side a glass of Amadeus Amadeus Vienna lager. Tasty sandwich, a great not-your-ordinary slaw side and crispy, seasoned fries. All went together perfectly!
