The
location
was
great.
Dog
friendly
was
awesome
as
well.
Everything
else
was
pretty
meh.
Was
woken
up
at
2
am
by
a
staff
member
who
did
not
identify
himself
asking
us
to
come
down
to
the
desk
to
identify
ourselves,
due
to
a
mistake
that
was
made
by
the
hotel.
The
staff
member
then
tried
to
blame
the
situation
on
us.
The
morning
staff
was
kind.
They
gave
us
some
snacks
to
try
to
make
the
situation
better
but
I
feel
the
hotel
could
have
done
more.
Being
woken
up
at
2
am
is
unheard
of
in
the
hospitality
industry.
People
like
us
who
are
traveling
in
different
times
zones
would
much
appreciate
a
situation
being
handled
in
the
morning,
rather
than
the
middle
of
the
night
by
a
rude
staff.
Also,
for
how
new
the
building
is,
I
feel
like
some
of
the
things
are
pretty
used
and
could
use
an
updating.
