The front desk check-in in the morning was amazing. I believe her name is lauren. Not only was she professional, but she also made sure everything was perfect for my birthday, including an early check-in. It's hard to find nice people who actually enjoyed doing their job now days. Please give that woman a raise or do whatever you gotta do to keep her happy. The hotel was very clean and nice, and I will return !!

This place is amazing! It is very modern and sleek. Immediately when entering the front desk staff were so helpful and friendly with us. The look of this place is outstanding the gym here is the biggest and nicest I’ve seen in any hotel I’ve been to. We love this place and will be back for sure. Beautiful area and nice restaurants next door! 10 / 10 close to the zoo as well so that’s another plus

Short staffed hotel. It's obvious the management here is the problem. The night person is super creepy. The room had light switches that didn't work, wasn't stocked with the proper amenities and I had to smack the steamer to make it work. No iron in the room, just the steamer... so dumb. The housekeepers and maintenance don't really care. Found food crumbs in room and the hvac filters were the worst I have ever seen. The food and beverage manager was the only positive to one of the worst stays I have ever had in a Aloft hotel. This place needs a new GM ASAP.

Great staff! We have been treated well from start to finish. It is a fun industrial feel which is different from the copy and paste hotels which are everywhere. Pool table in the lobby, areas to congregate outside of the room. The best part is the bedding. We got in late last night and both were thrilled to sink into comfort. Shampoo and conditioner were good and I have thick hair that doesn’t do well with the usual hotel stuff. The rooms are fun and we will definitely be coming back

If I could give 4.5 stars for this place I would. Using descriptors such as "energetic" and "hip" would not be unheard of for this place. The rooms aren't huge but you're not cramped for space either. The oversized shower was a refreshing surprise. To get five stars the internet connection speed could be improved. I followed their own instructions and the streaming from my laptop to the TV. It was spotty at best until I switched my own hotspot Network and it was just fine which proved the network needs to do a little bit of improvement.

Highly Recommend! The young lady Megan check me in with out a reservation. She was polite and efficient in her process. Soon I was in my room enjoying the amenities it has to offer. (See pictures) After being settled down n I went to grab a bite. She recommended a place within walking distance. Food was good but the service was suspect. Had a drink a and a pleasant conversation with the bartender at the hotel. Over all a great place at a reasonable price.

Aloft is a chill, good vibe, family and pet friendly place with great amenities. Went there for the holidays with my family and there was something for all of us to do there. They have a pool, a bar area (the bartender was THE BEST) and we really enjoyed this kind of "social/game" lounge, also in the lobby space, where they have a pool table, connect four, Jenga, board games and other types of things for entertainment which my family and I engaged in and had a really nice time! It's a good location, in the Aksarben area, so there's different places you could get to easily and quickly outside of the hotel if you want to venture out.

Cute clean rooms, friendly staff. Emily went out of her way to help us when we arrived after housekeeping hours. Bartender was friendly. Played games in the lobby. Dog friendly. Would return anytime!

The staff was out of this world amazing! Emily and Rayna were so helpful and kind. The rooms were nice, no complaints, exactly what you would expect from the Aloft! Will stay here anytime I'm in Omaha from now on.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Close to our event. However their bar was severely understocked and the gal who was Working the bar said it has been that way for awhile. We were there for a concert as were several others and they had nothing To make drinks with. That’s just bad management period.

The number 1 thing we all want when we spend our hard earned money somewhere is respect from the vendor. Second, we want to be treated like we matter as a customer. Unfortunately this was not the case at this hotel thanks to one of their managers /directors, Mr. Robb Shull. Shull is dishonest, devious, two-faced, and does not care for the customers at his hotel. I’ll spare you all the dirty and underhanded details and say this: when visiting Omaha do not stay here. Robb Shull is one of the guys who runs things at this place and he is a liar and a thief. Avoid this hotel so that you’re not victimized by Robb Shull. He’s the kind of guy who will kiss your butt to get your business and then not even have the decency to take your call once you’ve given your credit card number at the front desk. He’s a bad guy with no morals and doesn’t understand that doing the right thing is good for business. Find a different place to stay so you can an avoid Robb Shull.

Service was outstanding. I got in early and need to be on a long conference call and the lady at the desk was very helpful coordinating with room service to get me a room.

Just check in unfortunately have to stay here for 3 nights, stuff unhelpful pool out of order, I asked them switch room because neighbor room small kids always crying cannot sleep and relax at all. When you pay this much of money for good hotel stuff have to take care of you. They couldn’t offer nothing never ever stay in this hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience! Everything was super clean, the staff was very friendly, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Also free parking, which many comparable hotels in the area do not offer. I would highly recommend it.

What an epic hotel! Every classy detail boggled my mind, price was very reasonable, and best of all our bartender was a sweet stand up comedian who made amazing mocktails for me for hours and had us belly laughing for an experience I will NEVER forget. I'll probably go back to Omaha just to stay here again; so great.

Nice place. Clean. Friendly. Pleasant amenities for kids as well. Great area. Frigid babe but our bartender was great. Reyna was excellent

Very nice hotel, cute and comfy rooms. The staff are great and Reina at the bar makes wonderful drinks. Breakfast was good, although it wasn't included. Located in a good area and it's perfect for going to events at Baxter, you can just walk over. New favorite hotel for Omaha trips!

My friend and I stayed last night. Not a good experience. We got in on 5/19 at 11:30pm to 2 people at the front desk who 1. Didn’t greet us whatsoever. Looked at my friend and said “Last name?” Rudely. That’s the first thing they said. 2. They were talking poorly about another customer. The girl was training the guy, I think. 3. Upon receiving our room keys. They gave us no direction to the elevators. Simply handed our keys with no words or thanks for staying. Nothing! Then I get to my room, and I notice someone’s old food in my fridge (photo attached). This made me question all cleanliness. I will not be back.

The water was really weird. Felt like it left a gross nasty slippery film all over me/anything it touched. The room was fine & and the staff was very polite.

I stay here about once a quarter. The staff is extremely nice here. Clean rooms. I found out on my first stay that they don’t have irons in the rooms, they have steamers, but the staff was very accommodating and was able to bring up an iron and iron table.

We booked a 6 day stay with Hilton Garden Inn. As we were traveling to the state, we were notified that we were being moved to this hotel due to overbooking. So, 1 night here and the other nights at the Hilton. Aloft is a motel with a fresh coat of paint. The toilet wasn't installed properly, so it wobbled, almost making me fall. The water feels disgusting while showering it feels like a slippery film is being left on your skin. My phone is currently charging and what usually takes 1 to 2 hours will take 4hours to charge at 50% battery. The absolute worst part is the live band playing right now at 1120pm on a Tuesday that I can hear from the second floor. We can hear the bar patrons screaming, singing and clapping. The front desk said it would end at 9pm. It didn't. It's loud. We booked the Hilton Garden Inn bc our child has a procedure at the children's Hospital. We have to wake at 4am.

Unbelievably comfortable and clean with a trendy vibe! Thanks Rayna for being a rockstar and making our trip wonderful. Her smile lights up the room when we walk by the desk. Great gym and bar area that I need after a long day at work. Highly recommend

Very comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet was very low. Pretty sure the sheets were not fresh on the beds though. Nice, clean shower. Very small pool, no hot tub. It was a nice feature having a few board games in the lobby/bar area. The breakfast option was to order from a TV screen, pay for it, then they would bring it to you. There was a small area with snacks available for purchase as well.

The front desk staff were wonderful, friendly, courteous and helpful! 🙂👍. While the hotel was very nice, we did notice the layout of the room needed some additional furniture. The bed was very good with big pillows! 🙂

We stopped at Aloft Omaha Aksarben Village one night during a longer cross-country road trip. Loved the room - it was modern, colorful, and clean. View from window was not great, but we didn't care about that. Location is good - you can walk to Mai Thai down the street as well as several other restaurants. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Bonus, they made sure we knew what do to in case of a tornado - there was a severe thunderstorm warning while we were there. Sure enough, we were woken up around 1:00 AM by warnings on our phones. No tornado, but at least we didn't have to worry about "what do I do? where should I go" when our phones went off. The bartender was a wonderful young woman who made the best martini I have ever had. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. Only drawback was the lack of a free breakfast. Luckily, there is a good coffee shop (local chain, maybe?) next door.

Great spot. The staff were super helpful and friendly. There was always someone to help me at the desk or near by. Nice amenities too like a pool and good looking gym (not that I would use it). It's also within a 5 minute walk to a great entertainment and food area near the college. Lots of eateries and very good selections.

Our stay at Aloft in Aksarben Village was our first. We stayed a couple weeks ago on a Saturday and everything was great! Our check in process was easy and the front desk made us feel welcomed. We settled into our room which was super cozy and comforting. The beds were great and everything was clean! We got a bite to eat and came back to the hotel to have a couple drinks at the bar. Our bartender Rayna was amazing!! I am not one to go to hotel bars often, but I am glad I went to this one. She gave us the best experience and her drinks were yummy!! She was so nice and her energy was great! She made sure we were good and she’s the reason we are booking again in December. Thanks ALoft and Rayna for a good experience!

Great stay! We have had great experiences with Aloft hotels and this one did not disappoint. Friendly staff, easy check-in, great/clean room and dog friendly! They have a fitness center, pool, and bar on site with a great lobby. Walking distance to breweries, restaurants, and a park. We will definitely continue to book with Aloft and would stay here again! Oh and love the dry bar products!!

The location was great. Dog friendly was awesome as well. Everything else was pretty meh. Was woken up at 2 am by a staff member who did not identify himself asking us to come down to the desk to identify ourselves, due to a mistake that was made by the hotel. The staff member then tried to blame the situation on us. The morning staff was kind. They gave us some snacks to try to make the situation better but I feel the hotel could have done more. Being woken up at 2 am is unheard of in the hospitality industry. People like us who are traveling in different times zones would much appreciate a situation being handled in the morning, rather than the middle of the night by a rude staff. Also, for how new the building is, I feel like some of the things are pretty used and could use an updating.
