I
reserved
a
queen
accessible
tub
room
9/2/22
for
10/8/22.
I
got
an
email
on
10/7
saying
I
could
check
in
early
and
pick
my
room.
I
tried
to
do
this
and
it
said
my
room
wasn't
ready
yet
so
I
couldn't
choose
my
room
yet.
I
checked
into
the
hotel
around
5pm
10/8,
went
to
the
room
they
assigned
me,
and
it
was
a
regular
room.
I
chose
an
accessible
room
on
purpose
as
I
need
a
knee
replacement
and
cannot
get
off
of
normal/short
toilets.
I
need
tall
toilets
and
even
with
a
tall
toilet
usually
need
a
grab
bar
to
get
off.
I
also
specifically
chose
a
room
with
a
tub
as
my
husband
prefers
baths.
So,
we
called
the
front
desk
and
said
this
was
a
normal
room
and
had
reserved
an
accessible
room.
After
about
15
minutes
they
moved
us
to
a
w/c
accessible
room.
But,
even
this
room
didn't
have
a
grab
bar
on
the
wall
to
get
off
the
toilet????
AND
no
bathtub.
I
then
got
a
text
asking
how
my
stay
was
so
far....I
mentioned
no
grab
bars,
but
that
the
toilet
paper
holder
seemed
sturdy
and
I
would
need
to
use
that
to
get
off
the
toilet,
and
no
tub.
She
said
sorry,
no
tub
rooms
left
unless
I
wanted
a
king
bed
room
.
I
reserved
a
queen
room.....over
a
month
ago,
and
they
didn't
have
one
left.
Not
happy.
The
rooms
don't
have
coffee
makers
The
rooms
don't
have
microwaves
(which
wasn't
a
big
deal
to
us,
but
the
website
made
it
seem
like
they
did)
Curtains
are
extremely
see
through
at
night
so
if
you
are
a
person
that
needs
darkness
to
sleep,
this
place
won't
work
unless
you
are
lucky
enough
to
get
a
room
without
lights
outside
your
room.
Thr
regular
room
we
were
put
in
first,
was
extremely
small,
just
enough
room
to
walk
around
things.
Good
stuff-I
liked
the
hardwood
floors
I
know
some
people
complain
about
them,
but
at
least
you
know
if
they
are
clean
or
not.
And
in
the
bathroom
they
have
the
large
dispensers
of
soap,lotion,
shampoo
etc
which
is
so
nice
if
you
happen
to
have
more
than
2
people
in
your
room
you
don't
have
to
ask
for
more
shampoo
or
lotion.
