Just called to talk with my therapist because I have been having some anxiety/depression from moving states and moving away from family and just needed to talk to my therapist and the office manager refused me the right to see my therapist because I moved out of state. When I am in a condition to where I am calling to receive mental help, and the office manager Cheri called me a liar and refused to schedule me or even let me talk to my therapist and she talked to me so badly when I was already not in a good state. How can an office let someone who works with people with mental health issues treat their patients like this. Not only did it upset me more but this just isn’t right to treat someone who obviously is not doing okay like this. I pray that other people don’t get talked to like this or denounced by an office manager in a time of need. She refused to give the name of her direct supervisor and this is just not okay. She won’t send me my records or fax me a release either. I’m just so angered at this office for the way they treat their patients with mental health. My therapist is amazing but their office staff make matters and make mental health issues worse. It’s just sad they’re not letting people get the help they need.

I have been to this for office for quite a while, had to switch insurance companies and they were not covered. Had to find some else. Then when I returned. My therapist got sick. They kept cancelling appointments, saying she would be back. Then after three months they told me she would not be coming back. Now I am being terminated by the office for 2 no shows and 7 cancellations after several years of coming to this office. Currently my husband has cancer, I am running our business and trying to care for my 92 year old Mother. I guess they can call you and cancel your appointments with them because of illness, therapist becoming ill, etc. But you can't cancel your appointments. I am really sadden by this. With so much going on in my life, I would think that these people of all people would understand.

I am really disappointed. I had a great first meeting with Dr. McGovern. I really think she could help me. Until I got a $450 bill for my intake session, one hour. They wanted to collect it from me before my follow up three weeks later. Needless to say, with my high deductible, there is no hope of receiving treatment here. $450 for my first hour...REALLY? No disclosure of the fees ahead of time. I was expecting it to be half that.

I have been coming to this office for a number of years and have had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Sedlacek is amazing. He is so knowledgeable about medication options and treatments. I really love his assistant Emily as well. They are both very diligent about returning phone calls and following up. Highly recommend!

I feel so incredibly lucky and blessed to have been matched with Dr. Sedlacek! Thinking back to life before him … I don’t wish to! Our plan of care has been perfected over the years and I feel like the best version of myself up to date ! I will forever be thankful for my experiences here. (He can’t ever retire. I need him lol) I have had absolutely no experiences of rude or unprofessional staff and have always gotten through or returned calls quickly. They have made me feel better about myself EVEN on days where I have felt my most vulnerable. I can’t say enough good things!

This comment is about the excellent continuity of care between Dr. Jones and Dr. Sedlacek. Dr. Jones retired and Dr. Sedlacek picked up my case. The posts about requiring payment upfront or cost have ZERO to do with the excellent care that you will receive here.

I’ve been seeing a psychiatrist and a therapist here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience.I’ve found them both to be helpful. The office staff and especially the individual staff secretaries have been personable and some are even very warm. My only complaint is that it can sometimes take a long time to get an appointment. They do not like it when you skip an appointment without notice (oops, forgot) but that’s just common courtesy.

Dr Gallner is very helpful and understanding, which is a shame it can’t be said for the people answering the phones. (If there even is any) Every single time I need to call them, it is a phone tag game. You can leave a voicemail early Monday morning and not even hear back until end of the day or even the day after. It shouldn’t be such a hassle to get in touch with this office. Please fix how you communicate with your patients, because what good are you if you can’t even do that?

If I could give negative stars I would. Been going to this office for about 10 years, 3 different doctors. Finally landed on Dr. Dickson and seemed to have a good relationship with her for about 5 years. Was on self pay as they didn’t take my insurance. Finally got on insurance they would take, only to get laid off 6 weeks later as my position was eliminated due to budget cuts. Said I needed to go back to self pay, and she refused. Terminated my service, gave me 1 month of meds, and was sent out of the building. She knows my history, so I would think at this particular time in my life she would be more understanding. Nope. Her true colors finally showed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! No wonder so many people struggle with finding mental health services. My recommendation, Dr. Dickson needs to find another career as she clearly only cares about insurance money.

I have never had any problems with any part of the office, and staff have bent over backwards to help me when I'm struggling. I've been a patient of theirs for going on five years, both for psychiatrist and therapist. They send reminders of appointments (text and email but occasionally a call) the day before because they know my grip on time isn't the best some times. The only issue I have ever had was with telehealth when Covid started, but that was due to telehealth, not them, and since they switched to zoom meetings there have been no issues.

To put it simply, Dr Gallner has dramatically changed my life. I spent ages 16-20 on antidepressants and had a boatload of childhood trauma that had caused me to struggle deeply with depression and anxiety to the point of suicidality. When I walked into Dr Gallner's office in July 2021 I was underweight, depressed, and at absolute rock bottom in life. Over the course of the next 2 years I had roughly a dozen appointments and my life looks dramatically different as a result of the treatment I received from Dr. Gallner Today at 22 years old I am a software engineer, physically fit, have not been on ANY medication for almost 2 years, have wonderful friends and family and wake up excited about every day. As a man I questioned the utility I might find in therapy but Dr. Gallner helped me create solutions to my problems and my life is better because of him.

👍👍 This place is wonderful. Absolutely life changing. 5 years ago I had nothing. They didn't ask about money or finance they just helped me. I believe I paid a total of $24 and they helped me get a bunch of grants for my medication that costs $80,000 a month. Without health insurance I would have been...
