They xrayed my friend then sent him home with nothing. They refused to write him a prescription for pain relief even though he has 3 broken ribs. We took him to the emergency room and they admitted him to the hospital with internal bleeding. The ineptitude and cruel arrogance of the staff of this worthless joke of a place could have killed him. Never again!!!

The only positive part of my experience here was the front desk lady being so nice The doctors don't really care to help you if you're in their office past 7 I got there shortly before 6, with three people ahead of me While I was waiting, a person came in behind me It was about 10 until 7 when I got taken back to an exam room, upon which I waited nearly another 45 minutes in for the doctor to see me, at one point I had to pretend to need water and the nurse asked me, "oh she hasn't come in the see you yet?" Ten minutes later, she came in to tell me the doctor was almost done with "the patient before me" Finally I saw the doctor about 7:30 for a skin rash thats been slowly growing on my face, and I don't really want to wait two months for a derm appointment, I'm pretty sure I know it's eczema and I knew this would only take five minutes for her And the doctor has the Gaul to tell me to just moisturize! As if that's something I hadn't tried already! So I tried to ask her a few questions about eczema and she seemed almost annoyed By the time I got out, the person that came in behind me was already gone and I had to unlock the front door of the clinic to let myself out because mostly everyone that worked there had already left while I had still been waiting And a few days later after moisturizing like she told me to? It's still getting worse So frustrating, waste of time and money

However there are 5 stars for the practitioner Jill and some of the nurses only. I need to remember to call prior and see if Jill is there that day if I end up needing to go to an urgent care again. I have only had experiences where I felt I was listened to- and then helped by from her. It is actually rare to me these days to find someone that when you explain how you feel- addresses that specifically, explains why you are feeling this way and then offers an instructive plan that addresses every symptom and how to find relief. 1-STAR for an x-ray tech and another nurse. He prescribed me a mild-antibiotic and after a week I am still sick. He told me to take Afrin 3 times a day for 3 days. Motrin once a day. I don't think he realized how sick I actually was even though I expressed it to him. I will now have to go spend actual money for my real professional doctor. He also said my son had HFM- pointed to spots on his hands- that he claimed to see. They were not there. I will attach photos. This place is a scam- and I should have known better than to try an urgent care.

I brought my son here with an injured finger…waited an hour to be seen when I was told that there wasn’t an x-ray tech on-site that afternoon/evening. The doctor fumbled with my son’s hand and then struggled to put his arm in an unnecessary sling. I was instructed to return at 9am the following day when an x-ray tech was expected to be there. I arrived around 9:30am and had to wait 45 minutes before a nurse came out to the lobby with some ridiculous prescription to have x-rays taken elsewhere and I was instructed to go to another hospital/urgent care and to give them this prescription. Essentially Midwest Minor was attempting to have our care go through them even though they did not provide any real care to begin with. What Midwest Minor did not tell me was that using their instructions would actually mean I would be charged by the hospital doing the x-ray and by them and essentially double charging me for care that they couldn’t provide it. Midwest Minor used to be an excellent resource when I was a child and I’m very sad to see these types of business practices that are ruining our medical care in this country. I will no longer be bringing myself or my family to this establishment.

From bad to GOOD! Went here many years ago and for a cough they charged me way over 600 bucks and sent me to collections and then collections was also shady. Had to come back to this same location because I through my shoulder out and was told it was under new management, when the new folks seen I had a past bill and learned I had pretty much been screwed, (Brad through that bill out) And on my current one made a payment plan for me because my insurance sucked! Front Desk Jennifer was awesome, doctors were great!! These people care about your health as well they won't screw you over on the charges!!!

Was told everything was fine after an X-ray and a radiologist reviewing said X-ray. Was told to continue with the current plan of care for a sprain. Got a call the next day that they had scheduled an appointment with a different doctor and that it was scheduled for less than 6 hours from the time of the call. Failed to explain anything and did not check to see if it was okay to make the appoint let alone make the appointment on such short notice. Rearranged the day to make sure the appointment was kept, thankfully the second office did their job and diagnosed the fracture that Midwest Minor Clinic failed to see or mention. Don’t waste your time or money. Communication is poor and you won’t get a correct diagnosis.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. They are kind, caring, and very friendly. The hours are convenient, and they're very professional. If you go, please be kind to them. The staff is wonderful. Thanks for everything.

Dr. Jill and her nurse are so kind and genuine. I have had to bring my son 2 different times in the course of 2 years and each time I had to call my husband to tell them how unbelievably kind they are. They are personable and take the time to gather all the information they need to help. Thank you so much.

Amazing staff! Very thorough and they actually “listen” to the patient and don’t rush to get you out as quick as possible like other places do. They’re definitely Quality over Quantity.

Took my son to get an x-ray for a sports injury and they were so incredibly helpful! We couldn’t be happier with the service the staff provided. Thank you!

One star because nurses and front of house were so sweet and helpful. The Doctor on the other hand? An absolute QUACK! I went in with severe cough tons of mucus and difficulty breathing. Tested me for Influenza A. Came back negative (go figure). In her words “If it looks like a duck and sounds like a duck”…what kind of medical professional is that?! Then after a bit of fight prescribed me with Tamiflu and Oscillococcinum which is nothing more than over processed heart and liver of duck and SUGAR. It’s a bloody PLACEBO and questioned heavily in the medical field! There is no place in pushing HOMEOPATHY in a medical field when it shows no promise. This woman DOES NOT belong in it, nor should she be a doctor. Went to ER and found out I have BRONCHITIS. Do NOT go to this place. You’ll waste your money, time, and possibly life if this Doctor just wants to throw whatever diagnosis at you wether you have the illness or not.

Zero stars, just had to leave a warning for parents who love their children.....Beware!!! If your child tells a doctor here ( Jill Allen) that someone is hurting her in a private area...they won't report it or put it in notes, they only note "what they see" not what a child tells them... (breaking the law) and also will blame you for distracting them as the reason they didn't put it in the notes, then deny recalling what your child says...they do not care about the well being of your child and refuse to take any responsibility for their mishaps, and go beyond lying for justifying it... email me if you want more info on this

Dr. Urbanski and Nurse Debbie provided excellent care, diagnosed accurately and prescribed effectively. I would recommend.Friendly, clean environment.

Absolutely great! Will go back again! Was having a hard time finding an office to see me asap and they took me right in no problem! Staff is extremely kind. APRNs I call Dr as they are better then an actual Dr. So, Dr John APRN was awesome. I just cant even explain how comfortable I felt with such very personal info. I had been trying to talk to other offices and Drs but they wouldnt listen to me and every word I said Dr John APRN he heard the words and took care of it. I knew what was wrong with me and today got it taken care of, a work in process. He was very concerned just as I was and will call me in a couple days with result’s of other tests. I would highly recommend Midwest Minor Medical Urgent Care Millard. I am very thankful they were there.
