If I could give 0 stars I would. I absolutely LOVED Dr. Palmer, I haven’t been into the office since his passing. I had a medical emergency for my Raynauds, losing all feeling in my legs and poor circulation that was urgent. Got put on the phone with Doctor Passer in which he yelled at me telling me he has never seen me before, so he could not help me. I would understand this if I was the one who called him, maybe not knowing he was unable to help, but that was not the case. I needed help and I needed to talk to SOMEONE so the receptionist transferred me to him. I did not call him, they connected me with him. I did not ask to speak with him, I just needed to talk to someone on call. Why would you connect me with him if he is unable to help OR if he hates his job so much he is willing to YELL at patients? Horrible. Hung up the phone in tears after being so disrespected by someone who should be caring for me, helping me, and telling me what to do in this unknown health situation. I am so upset and will never be returning, DO BETTER. We look to YOU in the healthcare industry to help us in unknown situations, guide us, care for us. I felt no care, no guidance, no NOTHING other than disrespect and pure anger at this office and Dr. Passer in particular. DO NOT go to this office. The kicker? I was guided medically in no way. Absolutely horrible.

I waited over two months for an appointment here. Then it got changed. Once appointment happened they did a whole bunch of blood work, and said they call when the results came in. I never got a call from them. I’ve called 6 times and never even a return call. According to my orthopedic Dr, the appointment notes for that said I would discuss the results with my primary care Dr. That was never talked about at my appointment. It’s been over two months and the only contact they’ve been able to find the time for is the bill which is over $400. These people are frauds and should not be trusted.

Hubby's referring doctor told him he was unable to return to his current position because of leg swelling and chronic foot pain. Erin deberry told his job without any additional testing etc that he was able to return to his current position without restrictions. She did not return our calls, she obviously didn't look at his medical records his referring doctor. They just don't care they want the 💰 ney and don't want to do the work to find a solution. Most doctors confer w each other and do additional tests. They were lazy and unprofessional. And obviously didn't care about hubby's problem and apparently didn't believe his pain b cause they said he could return to work full time. Really.? They don't leareturn calls either.

They called me with an opening sooner than my original appointment which was much appreciated. I made arrangements with work, came 45 min early to fill out paper work and was done before my scheduled appointment time and still waited an additional 32 minutes. I went to reschedule because I had to be back at work and still hadn't been back to be seen. They didn't remember my original appointment and had to schedule me 1 month after the original appointment! I will NOT return and am asking my doctor for a different referral. Definitely dropped the ball and wasted my time.

A while back I went and saw doctor Palmer and complained of shortness of breath. Problems breathing and he too me I had pleurisy. Later on I was in 5he Er for a completely different problem. I had an older doctor that did a head to toe assessment. He did a d timer to be safe that night my so called pleurisy turned out to be 4 life threatening pulmonary embolism and another clot in my leg. Thank God my higher power was looking out for me. Needless to say I switched doctors.

Dr Palmer died & my 5 rating passed as well. Corporate takeover of a warm, caring, listening, understanding facility placed major obstacles in the way of compassion. Reworking the facility is nice, but calling to speak to someone on staff is the first obstacle. Your call goes into the corporate domain. They no longer know you, they don't seem to care, they misdirect your call because you're just patient #1234567. Instead of improving, it did the opposite. The first doctor I was assigned to made promises but failed to keep them. When we met a second and third time it was as if it was our very first meeting. Again, patient #1234567. I am considering an alternate location for help, not associated with this corporation.

I was referred to Westroads Rheumatology clinic by my PCP a few months back. And, I'm so thankful because i started seeing Dr.Coyle. She, really listened to me, she even reviewed my list of s/s i'd written down prior to my first appt. She, was professional and seemed to care and to really take in consideration my suffering I'd been going through. And, she provided diagnosis's, explained why certain issues were occurring and discussed a treatment plan. It was such a relief to have diagnosis "names" to know what has been causing my very painful/ uncomfortable daily health issues. And, the treatment plan has been adjusted a few times. And, I'm starting to have some relief from my health conditions, with the current plan of care. Thank you so very much Dr.Coyle

Never received physical confirmation and only got a digital one. Was then told appointment was wrong time and have to wait months again. Save yourself a headache and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I have never spoken to a more disrespectful office staff. I had been a patient here in the past and had to change due to insurance. Today I had to call and request some information and before I could explain anything Levi cut me off at every turn. He was rude and didn't let me explain anything. This is NOT by any means professional. I had considered going back to this office even with it being out of network but I am sure I won't now.

My husband was referred to Dr. Palmer and waited 2 months for an appointment. We were called a few days before the appointment Sept. 3rd and rescheduled for Sept 17th. Received a call today cancelling his appointment because they didn’t think he could help his painful swollen hands and to go back to his Primary Care. He has progressive pain and swelling in his knuckles. Sounds like this is not unusual occurrence from other people’s reviews!

I had an appointment set for 3. When I got there they tried to tell me it was at 10 even though I had a letter that confirmed it was at 3. There said there was nothing they could do and I have to wait another 6 months. They were rude and unhelpful. I left sobbing. Go to a different place that cares about your health.

I have been a patient of Dr. Coyle for about 2 years nows and feel I am in the best hands. She listens to what my concerns are as well as calls when there has been a change in blood work. We are attempting another medicine change and I know this is part of the disease. I would highly recommend Dr. Coyle and Levi as a team to invest your time with.
