    The providers here really listen and have been fantastic so far. The front desk/reception people are quite rude though. I had a few medical questions regarding medications I was told by the ER to stop and from this office NOT to stop. But when I called I kept getting put on hold for a while, so I hung up and called back, and then woman who answered the phone acted as if I was being out of line for asking questions. She repeated 24 hours and then she raised her voice at me. The doctors and nurses here are wonderful, but I would recommend doing as much paperwork and scheduling online as possible to avoid interaction with the receptionist and your experience should be great.

    Rebecca Ellsworth Always always always, makes sure my questions are answered and responded too. I feel I get the absolute best quality of care from my doctor. Her nurses respond to me in a timely manner also. I started seeing her right after I finished cancer treatment and the level of care that she continued to provide after that experience is top-notch. She picked up with me and helped make sure I was getting back to healthy. I’m blessed to have them as “MY CARE TEAM”! I have went into that office sick, uneasy, and overwhelmed, but I always leave well taken care off. That is the bonus for me and my family. We love them.     Riki is a wonderful provider. She takes time to listen and is thorough in her evaluation. She does a great job explaining treatment plans and when to follow up. She's friendly and genuinely takes an interest in getting to know her patients.

    Friendly office staff. Always timely return calls, my messages are answered quickly and responsively. My provider is caring and compassionate, thoughtful and thorough. She spends as much times as it takes to address the issues at hand. I never feel rushed or that she is rushing through my appointment time. I have never felt so comfortable with a provider.

    From the front staff to the nurse to the doctor, everybody took amazing care of me. They were quick and concise while also listening intently to all of my concerns. The location was spotless and it felt like a very good environment.

    We love Becky Ellsworth, and drive from Lincoln to see her! She is empathetic, kind, and curious. My family has had a great experience with all of the front desk staff, nurses, and other doctors we've seen here-- but Becky gets all the gold stars from us.

    I suffered all weekend with horrible sore throat. I did not want to drive clear to Bellvue for a NE Med Urgent Care,so went to Methodist which they proceeded to tell me their are alot of virusrs circulating. I rsponded, i just need suggesrions to sooth my throat. My eyes tear up when I swalliw and I need relief. The PA said she could prescribe a magic mouth wash to gargle wirh so she sent script to CVS at Evans Plaza in Target. I get a text message from CVS that the are processing script, so I figured give them awhile to fill it. So late afternoon I go to pick up script and pharacist tells me they do not have rhe compounds to make script. I requested them to send it to a different pharmacy and she said you have to go back to the person rhst prescribed it to go to different pharmacy. I said well then call Methodist Urgent Care now because I am suffering. She did and they did nit answer. She said she would have to call them in morning. I told her they do not open until noon. I called pharmacist at noon to remind her to call Methodist Urgent Care and request script be sent to Hyvee Pharmacy. I waited until mid afternoon and called Hyvee Pharmacy to see if they had my script ready. They had no record of any script. So I proceeded to call Methodist Urgent Care myself. I requested they send the script to Hyvee. They said they would do that right away. So I waited a bit and called Hyvee Pharmacy. They did not recieve script. I just firgot about it, suffered and went to bed. I had text my primary doctor of the symptoms I was having, told him I tested myself for Covid which was negative. He text me back and said you need to seek medical attention. I made an appointment with NE Med at Blue sage Parkway. The PA looked at thw back of my throat and could tell I was having alot of sinus drainage. She prescribe amoxiciilin ans after 2 doses my throat was already starting to clear up. Thank you NE Medicine.

    Dr Moes always very professional and does not hurry through exam. Takes time to answer all questions. Very happy to have him as my Primary Physician!

    The staff was very professional as always. I had a very short wait in the waiting room and in the exam room as well. Dr Moes is always prompt and efficient and today’s visit was no exception.

    Everyone I have met at this practice is very kind and professional. I was impressed by the detailed exam, thorough treatment, and caring reassurance I received regarding a very painful hip and knee. Being over 65, I had been pretty scared about permanent joint damage and losing mobility. My sincere thanks to Rebecca and to everyone else who helped me!

    Mr. Moes may be a good candidate for people with minor health issues, yearly physicals and the occasional flu virus. Not a good provider you want in your corner for chronic illness, however. Bedside manner is something that this provider lacks. Comes off as condescending, dismisses/defers any issues he may not understand, does not ask clarifying questions and does not offer clear guidance for a path forward.

    My first visit to set up my new primary doctor as we will be moving to Elkhorn next month. Dr. Moes was thorough in his assessment and I had some needed x-rays done during this visit.

    I was impressed with how easy checking in was. I liked being able to set up my copay in advance. Dr. Patera is such a good listener and good at explaining what is going on with my healthcare.

    Dr Sulweski is amazing. He lasered a few spots on my forehead and recommended IPL for the future which I called and scheduled with Kaylee. I also let Kaylee know I wanted to do lip injections as well and she said she would schedule extra time for that. Showed up to my appointment at 11, nobody ever told me I needed to come early and the front desk asked me for a co-pay which I explained I had some redness on my face so I wasn’t sure if I could do the IPL so I wanted to talk to the doctor first to make sure. The front desk said the nurse said they were running really behind today and that I wouldn’t be able to do anything “extra.” Then one of them went back to talk to the nurse and said that was fine to wait to talk to the doctor first, but then proceeded to talk about how rude she was and that Leslie was “talking to her like a child.” I got called back by “Leslie” and immediately understood what she was talking about. She was aggressive and condescending and making recommendations about my skin even though I told her I would rather get the doctors opinion. Then she asked me if I was “nursing,” after I told her I just had a baby which was super invasive and inappropriate. I thought she was asking me if I was a nurse and I finally realized she was asking me if I was breastfeeding my baby??? The doctor came in and said my skin did look good enough to the IPL but that they didn’t have time to do it today or the lip fillers either. So I was really confused. So I ended up getting nothing done??? Really weird experience.

    They have some of the best doctors and nurses that truly care. The doctors all have taken the time to truly listen to me and also include me in anything they do. I’ve recommended them to everyone in my family in fact you can’t go wrong

    Dr Patera and the entire staff are just amazing people that truly care about their patients. Dr Patera never makes me feel rushed and always takes time to talk about any concerns or questions. I am glad he is younger than me so I hope to have him as my physician for a long time!

    I live in southwest Omaha and drive to Elkhorn to see Dr. Patera. He is the best Primary Care doctor. He listens well, does great case management, works great with the specialty clinics, and is willing to admit when he needs help from someone who may know more than him in order to help his patients. Also, his nurse Renee is the BEST!

    Warmly welcomed. Dr. Moes was very welcoming and attentive to the issues which I raised, or he found. All my issues were addressed professionally and with an understanding of my issues. This was a 5-star experience indeed.

    I'm very sad to have to leave a 1 star review as I absolutely loved Dr. Sulewski, but I will not be returning to Nebraska Medicine. I had botox injections for hyperhidrosis in November of 2021. The bill was submitted through insurance I was paid less than $100. I scheduled an appointment for the same procedure in September of 2022. An hour before my appointment, the receptionist called to explain they forgot to submit a preauthorization for insurance coverage, but I could pay $1200 out of pocket if I wanted. I said no and rescheduled. After the preauthorization was approved and the appointment was rescheduled, I was billed over $1500 because they coded it as a hospital outpatient minor surgery. For 5 minutes of injections. My total bill is $1736 more than the exact same procedure I had last year. Patient financial services and billing confirms the bill and is unwilling to work with me. Nebraska medicines own online estimator projects $749 for this procedure with my insurance. I'm truly so disappointed and will no longer to recommending their services.

    I have a swollen foot, clearly not broken, not even bruised and I said I know it wasn’t broken to the nurse and doctor who agreed. Dr Brown still took a $225 X-ray to tell me it wasn’t broken and refer me to another doctor. Referrals should NOT COST $225 plus the appointment cost. I am disputing this charge. In addition for the referral, my choice of appointments are Friday at 1:30 or June. It’s April 18th and I work until 2pm. They said I could go out of network. This is a review after multiple bad experiences over a few years. I agree with the other review, front office staff is rude and unhelpful. For what we pay in insurance and the amount we never use it’s a shame when doctors make it so hard to be healthy.
