This place has gone downhill over the last couple years. Used to be the go-to pizza spot for me but not anymore. At this point it's a 50/50 shot if your pizza is even going to be fully cooked when you get it. Save your money and spend it somewhere else.

Every single experience we have at this location has been horrible. They don't even deserve one star. We ordered a taco pizza, no onion and toppings on the side. Came cold, with onions and toppings. Our beef pizza was uncooked. We had to cook it ourselves. Asked for extra marinara for the breadsticks (that were cold) and didn't get it. Hands down worst Godfathers ever.

The pizza is great and the service is very good as well. The meals they offer are a good way to make your trip relatively inexpensive while still getting something delicious! Also the cheese sticks are great and the marinara sauce may be the best I’ve ever had.

Always love going to a Godfathers when I am in town. My first job was making pizzas at Godfathers many moons ago and sooo glad they are still around. They closed all of them in Kansas City where I live now. First bite just takes me back 45 years. 😋

Where is everyone?? I called and placed my order, arrived 30 min later to find literally no one there. After waiting 15 min standing waiting a guy came from back with a gal. Um ok, that’s weird! Anyone could have robbed them and no one would know. Then I payed for my order $75 and I asked for plates and spices to come with my order when I called so I reminded him once again. He left to the back. I waited 6 more min then finally decided to leave. Screw this place. They’ve just lost my future business because Luis any recommendations for good pizza joints in aksarben. Btw the gal in the back was there just watching me through the window glass in the back when the guy went to get the apices. Just a very weird experience

If you want your pizza without anything on it pass on this location. They either cannot read or dont care. Have ordered taco pizza without onions last three times and instead they put extra onions and no lettuce or sauce. Place is a joke! Dont bother calling about issue either they wont accept responsibilty and they hung up on me.

Good good pizza & boneless parmesan wings ohhh and very delicious potatoes wedges so crispy and super clean place and great service definitely coming back bon appetite 🥰😍

Just wow! So much was wrong with this experience. Let's start w the cashier who didn't know how to work the cash register or how much a nickel was worth. He short changed me and when I asked for a copy of the receipt, he wanted me to sign it, for a cash transaction. Sigh. I counted my change back to him and all he said was do you want me to get the manager. Yep. Manager didn't care. Unlocked the register and walked away. I looked right at the cashier and asked him how he felt about his manager not caring that he was never trained correctly. He said Whatever. Awesome!! The young cashier then asked me how much a nickel was worth. Seriously?? We will never attempt this Godfathers again. Sad really that management has no worries that their staff is woefully untrained. At least they didn't mess up the pizza!!

Easily the worst Godfathers ever. Dined in once and it took them almost an hour to get our two pizzas out to us. Just ordered delivery from them and it took an hour and a half just for them to make the pizza, breadsticks, and monkey bread. I get it times are tough with getting help. But damn this is ridiculous.

Horrible experience didn't receive the right pizza and my desert one was so burnt you couldn't eat it!! Hate this location and the delivery guy had attitude 😒

I love godfathers. But lately the quality has not been up to standard. I’m my last three visits when I order the streusel dessert pizza , it’s either has none of the crumble topping, or there’s not topping and it’s burned as well. Today the pizza was under cooked, and there was a hair in it. So just a little more attention and thoroughness. No skimping on the toppings babes.

Service was horrible. Went inside and placed a to go order. The clerk told us we'd be better off ordering this feast deal which I think was a lie, should have just ordered the pizza and the price would have been better. The Xtra large pizzas were extremely small, quality is not the same. After waiting forever for our order I asked her how long is this going to take? She goes in the back and brings everything out. How long had it been sitting there, who knows. Customer service was horrible, would not go here again.

Place was clean. I was at the location of 67th. Lady that was working was nice. Went during lunch no crowd. Good lunch special. I recommend cooking the pizza longer when there are more toppings. My meaty pizza was underdone but the single topping was delicious. I had the cinnamon monkey bread as well. Came out hot and delicious. Maybe revamp the rewards program and allow points to be earned ordering in or online not just online orders. So the only inconvenience was having to order from app then wait to dine in.

No to fond of the aksarben location, when I went there was some sort of school promo going on so there were allot of unsupervised children running around, jumping on the booths and yelling, not godfather's fault but it did effect the dining experience

I can totally see this place shutting down in a couple of years or so because of how unprofessional the staff is. Hmm I’d really love to see a bath and body works in aksarben. Just a idea to replace this failed attempted pizza business.

Don't have godfathers in my area, so decided to give it s try. Taco pizza was good, but didn't come with chips on top.

The cheesey bread was buttery, but not very cheesey. I don't know... It wasn't like the Godfather's back home. The food quality of Godfathers in Missouri outshines the Godfather's here. We definitely ate the entire monkey bread before leaving without leftovers, though. It was really really buttery and delicious. The pizza was nothing great, but definitely still tasty, better than Domino's, and they served it hot.

I will remove this review when the GM, Kelly contacts me and refunds the $130 I was overcharged on an online order on September 9th, as Godfathers is one of my favorites places. I've been trying to contact her for weeks but i was told she's been on vacation and had 2 different manager unsuccessfully attempt to remove this charge and she has not returned my calls. As easy as it is to place an online order, you would think reversing the process would not be this difficult or that a manager would be so evasive.

Great place and godfathers has best pizza in omaha the service could be a little better but over all its worth it

They were short staffed, which is unfortunate, we were quoted 7pm and didnt get pizza until almost 7:40. pizza and sides were all burnt so wondering why we couldn't of had our food sooner

Was surprised to see so many good reviews - wasn’t busy at all when I visited, but took over an hour to get my food. The gal who took my order was on a FaceTime call and wasn’t listening to me when I was talking, had to repeat myself multiple times.

Stopped by about 3 PM for a late lunch. Three people in the kitchen, two of which saw me. No service after five minutes in an empty restaurant. Cons: demonstrated unreliable service without a hint of consideration. Pros: love the Combo, wanted the combo Not a wonder that this great pizza joint is going away in a lot of locations.

Staff was super unprofessional we could not eat are food because he was sooo loud cleaning asking us to hand him stuff as we where trying to eat are food the cashier was rude also she didn’t smile not one time why we was at the register she seems like she hated the fact we even came in there the guy that was bothering us was bothering all the customers that came in singing and humming as he cleaned slamming things down the worst first time experience there they need better cheerful staff and needs professionalism training but Food was good but cashier also fails to tell us the meal we was getting didn’t come with the salad bar when I asked about it when I first got to the Register would come back only if they train the staff better or get new professional employees

Robbi & her crew were Awesome. We got 3 heart shaped pizzas.1 cheese. 1 hamburger. 1 pepperoni. They were delicious. We got the salad bar. Everything was fresh. It was a wonderful Valentine's night.

Sigh..I'm just gonna call this bag pizza 🍕. Everything is out the bag and warmed up in not a real oven. Just sad and flavorless toppings. Nothing is fresh. Uncooked dough from a bag not really cooked just warmed under lights. Bagged meat no flavor and bag super processed cheese. It's just not what I knew it to be. For $45 though just a waste of money. Terrible. And I'm done! I'm not going back no matter how much I get the craving of back in the day. It's just taste of disappointment. And nobody needs disappointment in this world. I will move forward. Rant over. Money gone.

I waited for 45 minutes until cashier finally acknowledged me and then said she had given my pizza away to someone else. She said it would take about another 15 minutes. I asked for my money back and what appeared to be a manager came out and voided my order, but neither apologized for the mistake. I had to bring it to the managers attention. that I had not received an apology for the mess up. Very poor customer service. Won't be ordering from here ever again.
