I come here somewhat regularly mostly just to stand in awe at how incompetent the staff is and how inefficiently this business is run. How can it exist? It’s wild. If you thrive on experiencing chaos, disorder, and stupidity you will not be disappointed. You can literally watch order go into the red while the staff checks their phones and wanders around further pushing humanity towards extinction. Decent soup.

My daughter and I love zoup. Staff is great and facility it clean. I got lobster bisque (as always) And it was yummy. Sad to say the mac and cheese was sub-par from its usual goodness. We will still try again.

I love the food at Zoup! They also do Doordash and there is convenient parking right in front for pickup.

My friends waited for forty five minutes to get their food. They straight up forgot mine.

Truly one of the worst service experiences I have ever seen. My girlfriend and I got lunch here and it took 5 minutes for someone to take our order with only a few other people in the restaurant. I understand that they were short staffed but what for what happens next there is no excuse. My girlfriend gets her food relatively quickly (she got a soup) while she was out getting coffee. She had time to receive her food, finish it, and finish her coffee, all before I got my food (I ordered a sandwich). Curious about the delay, we go up to the counter to find both workers chatting and doing nothing only for them to tell us they forgot about my order (it had been close to half an hour). There was only one other couple in the restaurant and it seemed like they were waiting a while as well. After letting the workers know that my order still hadn't arrived, they proceeded to quickly make my sandwich (it took maybe 4 minutes) and then served me the wrong item, and also assumed my girlfriend hadn't eaten yet and gave her something as well. After letting them know they served me the wrong item, the coworkers seemed visibly confused, did not check the order receipt, argued with us, and then gave me the wrong order AGAIN upon asking for it to go. At no point did I ever receive an apology. Truly baffling stuff. The food itself was bland Panera-esque fare, definitely not worth the headache. I'm sure this place is better staffed during the school year, but today made me not want to come back and write something warning others against coming here.

Definitely not the best soup around for someone that absolutely love soup. I would go elsewhere if your looking for soup.

Had the Sweet Thai Chicken Salad and Lobster Bisque. It was delicious! Can't wait to go back!

They only serve soup and not a big selection.

Zoup was delicious. The locations is nicely lit with flexible seating options, including a patio (didn't visit but will come back in the warmer months). The staff was friendly and welcoming and happily offered samples of the soups. Ordering was quick and easy as the staff helped answer any questions about the menu. Our table ordered the chicken pot pie soup and the mushroom soup along with two half sandwiches. They also offer convent express pickup if your in a hurry. Thanks for the great experience.

A fantastic alternative to a place like panera. They forget the bread EVERY TIME I get delivery though. 0/4

I had the shrimp and corn chowder and it was great. The staff were so nice and attentive.

The Fiesta Chicken salad is tasty. It would be better if it had chicken in it.

Had dinner delivered and saw a Zoup had opened in Aksarben area. Everything was really good. I will definitely order from them again.

This was good! Tried a few different soups some I liked and some I didn’t have a taste for.

First timer here - ordered a regular garden salad w/ ranch and broccoli cheddar soup to go. The salad was wet on the bottom of the container and it just tasted weird, threw half of it away. Broccoli cheddar soup was way too thick and just did not taste good, also threw half of that away. Giving two stars because the bread was good and was the only way I was able to eat the soup.

Ours closed down so every time we come to Omaha are in the area, we stop here at this location. Everyone is always friendly. The food is always good.

Don’t waste your time or money. You can get better soup and service somewhere else

Very helpful staff as always. Walked in, placed my order and then a short while later my to go order was ready. Wife said it was delicious.

First timer. Ordered the cup of chicken noodle soup to go. It was 97% broth and noodles. Only 5 tiny pieces of chicken and a few onions. The herbs were very good. Not worth the price.

Very delicious! I would definitely recommend the Mexican street corn bowl if you like a little kick to your food. My friend loved the Zesty Lime and Chicken Broth soup!

The food is always soooo incredible!! But the staff is always very annoyed when im ordering or asking for a sample. I feel as though I'm inconveniencing everybody just by being in the store. And it's not just 1 staff member it's everybody, ive been going there for around a year and have never not felt this vibe. But they have amazing soup sooo I keep going lol

Ran by incompetent employees. In the time it took to order one sandwich, my friends were able to walk three blocks down the street, order food, and come back with much time to spare.
