Truly
one
of
the
worst
service
experiences
I
have
ever
seen.
My
girlfriend
and
I
got
lunch
here
and
it
took
5
minutes
for
someone
to
take
our
order
with
only
a
few
other
people
in
the
restaurant.
I
understand
that
they
were
short
staffed
but
what
for
what
happens
next
there
is
no
excuse.
My
girlfriend
gets
her
food
relatively
quickly
(she
got
a
soup)
while
she
was
out
getting
coffee.
She
had
time
to
receive
her
food,
finish
it,
and
finish
her
coffee,
all
before
I
got
my
food
(I
ordered
a
sandwich).
Curious
about
the
delay,
we
go
up
to
the
counter
to
find
both
workers
chatting
and
doing
nothing
only
for
them
to
tell
us
they
forgot
about
my
order
(it
had
been
close
to
half
an
hour).
There
was
only
one
other
couple
in
the
restaurant
and
it
seemed
like
they
were
waiting
a
while
as
well.
After
letting
the
workers
know
that
my
order
still
hadn't
arrived,
they
proceeded
to
quickly
make
my
sandwich
(it
took
maybe
4
minutes)
and
then
served
me
the
wrong
item,
and
also
assumed
my
girlfriend
hadn't
eaten
yet
and
gave
her
something
as
well.
After
letting
them
know
they
served
me
the
wrong
item,
the
coworkers
seemed
visibly
confused,
did
not
check
the
order
receipt,
argued
with
us,
and
then
gave
me
the
wrong
order
AGAIN
upon
asking
for
it
to
go.
At
no
point
did
I
ever
receive
an
apology.
Truly
baffling
stuff.
The
food
itself
was
bland
Panera-esque
fare,
definitely
not
worth
the
headache.
I'm
sure
this
place
is
better
staffed
during
the
school
year,
but
today
made
me
not
want
to
come
back
and
write
something
warning
others
against
coming
here.
