The temple is beautiful with plenty of parking. The gravesite is on the same ground and the visor center is just across the street. The missionaries were very nice and knowledgeable about pioneer history and the area.

A wonderful place to be. The grounds are magnificent and wonderfully done. Many blooming flowers even in this heat. A walk around is peaceful and moving. There is a calming feeling that takes over you. I recommend that everyone take time to view this great place.

I did not have the opportunity to go within the walls of this temple back in 2010, but I did enjoy walking around the premises. This temple is one of the standardized format temples, but still has unique twists to how it forms to the hillside on location.

I loved my experience at the Winter Quaters Nebraska Temple. It is so great to be in the house of the Lord. Even if you cannot go inside, just visiting the cemetery and the visitors center is spirit filled. I highly recommend if in the area!!

This is such a profoundly sacred place. The sacrifices memorialized here are incredibly moving. The morning of our visit, the temple grounds and the adjacent graveyard were empty, and that solitude provided just the right atmosphere for contemplating the martyrdom of those many Latter Day Saints who paid the ultimate price for practicing their faith. This place is a monument to a dark chapter in American history, but also a testament to the faith that Christ inspires in His disciples, and what they been willing to suffer for His name's sake.

I loved the grounds and the atmosphere with the interpretive center and historic cemetery nearby. Some of the plaques seemed to be missing from the historic cemetery, but perhaps they were just being repaired or replaced. Beautiful place to visit and think.

Beautiful architecture, graveyard, gardens, and visitors center. They offered informative, interesting tours with interactive displays that highlighted what life was like for the American west pioneers and the devastating effects of cultural and religious intolerance.

A very beautiful peaceful place! The grounds are very beautiful and the trees were in bloom. The stain glass windows are amazing as well! There is a cute little graveyard next to the temple.

Made my whole trip! The museum is amazing. The tour guide was the sweetest sister missionary. I learned a lot and really want to return.

This is a beautiful temple that is enriched in church history of the Latter-day Saints. These people endured a lot for what they believe in and are still highly criticised for believing that revelation from God came to Joseph Smith to begin a church where gospel is centered around Christ. It is very fascinating and humbling. Highly recommend.

I've never felt closer to God than when I've been here. The grounds are beautiful. The cemetery behind the Temple is peaceful and well maintained.

Small temple but the architecture and feelings are amazing. Love the stained glass windows and the grounds are always clean and inviting.
