This was my first visit here n I was rather impressed I expected the prices to be what they were but the coffee was much better here it didn't have that overheated burnt taste that happens at their competitors. This place is much better

Stop for a smoothie and the service was great. No issues and they got my order right. The drive thru person was nice and put a smile on my face. Always nice when you have great service.

The manager there is killing it. He was awesome to deal with. Even refilled the napkin dispenser. Now that's what I call a manager

Scooter's has excellent coffee and friendly and courteous service professionals. On several occasions, when I wanted something different and wasn't sure what to get, they took the time to patiently explain each coffee and what it tasted like, until one sounded pleasing.

They really know how to make their drinks have not had a complaint yet keep up the good work.

Caramlicious blend is my absolute favorite! Paired with a bacon and egg burrito...yummy on the go breakfast!

Now that the overhang out over drive thru fell down ( hope no one was under it, ) might have to go inside but the cinnamon rolls are killer, and coffee ain't bad

Today's visit was definitely worth my time. I was able to get some work done and meet with a friend. The service was great and the atmosphere is rewarding!

Awesome, friendly staff! This place is always busy! (Need to note, this location is temporarily closed due to a truck crash that caused the drive thru awning to collapse. The owners are working to get this building repaired and reopened.)

I work at the airport and every time the airport Scooters espresso machine is down I go here, which happens often. Today I was worried as there were 4 cars ahead of me in line, and I had to get back to work from my break The service was beyond excellent, everyone got through quickly. Super nice Baristas, and coffee was delicious. Thank you so much for turning this not so great day around.

Coffee was too sweet and not enough coffee flavor. Service could've been worse, but wasn't great. Never been inside the building, but outside is clean.

Ordered a few peanut butter powers online to find out they were out of protein when we got there. Not a big deal, it happens. We substituted for a peanut butter crunch instead, and it was quite disgusting. It tasted like a mixture of coffee, peanut oil, and burnt peanut butter. Not sure if it was the drink or how they made it, but would not recommend. Overall a pretty below-average visit.

Slowest Scooters experience. Drive thru is constantly asking to wait to even take an order. They don’t take an order until the car in front of you has completely left the lot. Super inefficient.

They do not have a massive amount of flavor options, but they do everything they have very well. We go here multiple times per week, and we love it.

It was fast service. I usually don't come to this location because previously the same issues where they make it way to sweet. I thought after a while and seeing some good reviews I would try again. This time was not better at all. For the price we pay there shouldn't be a reason why they can't make it right. $13 wasted in 1 week.

Coffee is always made right except one time but the drive thru time is terrible might as well go inside and wait because you’re gonna be waiting in the drive thru at least 30 min or more and that’s crazy …

Every time I go whether I order ahead or go through the drive thru I am there at least 25 minutes. This is the slowest service I have ever experienced.

Very disappointed. Half of the menu was unavailable. Everything I wanted to order she said they were out of. I understand things may be back ordered or you might just be out but I literally tried to order 4 completely different drinks and you had nothing in stock.

My favorite coffee spot went inside this last visit. The wait was short my coffee was made correctly the first time and always friendly service.

Ordered a large hit mocha with 3 extra shots. Taste like warm water barely coffee.. thanks love hot water with slight coffee.

Great drinks! Helpful and nice staff as well. Lots of secret menu items available at Scooter's I'd definitely recommend looking into, for example the 'Harvest Moon' secret Fall item (until now ;P ) which is by far my favorite blended for now. They also offer a free drink for veterans on Veteran's Day.

I get slightly crazy during pumpkin spice season but Scooters always make my slightly special order and when I need to add a food item it's always piping hot. Scooters is my favorite go to coffer shop. Also definitely try the smoothies and blended drinks Yummo

First time going to this location. The staff there were extremely friendly and so helpful. The inside area was super comfortable and clean.

I accidently placed my mobile app twice one morning (it was a group order so total was $40). I immediately called the store and cancel one of the orders and sent an e-mail to corporate to make sure I get reimbursed (I could do a whole other review on Scooter's corporate and their mobile app) Long story short its been 15 days and still haven't been reimbursed. I even called the store direct and talked to the manager (even though I was told for over a week by corporate they were going to reach out to me) and thought it was resolved. She offered me a gift card if I came in. I went in after work and guess what the manager wasn't there and the employee I talked to told me, "I remember my manager telling me something about this but I don't remember what she said".... so she couldn't help me and the manager wasn't answering. At the 2 week mark with no resolution I just went to my bank to have them handle it since clearly no one was willing to help. This is the closest coffee shop to where I work and I love Scooter's coffee but this whole experience (store and corporate) makes me never want to give them my business again.

I just want to give a shout out to a few special workers today! It's Easter Sunday and seriously who wants to be at work? I'm out and about and I ended up stopping twice at this Scooter's at the Ames location. Both times I am greeted by Key. Both times, a lovely greeting! Extremely nice asking about my day, letting me know the specials and telling me they appreciate me for coming today! Coming to the window, I was greeted by Jay for my first visit and Dell greeted me on my second visit. Both young men asked me how my day was and were all smiles and courtesy. I want to say I APPRECIATE you guys. You made my day that much better! Key, Dell, Jay, you guys are today's working class heroes! Great job, all of you!
