Love Scooters, not this location due to issues too many times including charging me not once but twice in the same transaction for an order that wasnt mine which I had to go in to get fixed. 3 out of 5 stars since not all my times there the past 10 years as a customer are bad, but more than once takes away my 5 star experience. Their district manager is great, had to speak to him once for another issue.

Small, clean & comfy coffee & pastry franchise. Staff is professional & drinks are consistent. Green tea smothies are awesome. Small patio available & drive thru is very fast.

Friendly employees Could do better to explain the protocol for service for the customer who is unfamiliar with ordering. For example, I was not asked if I wanted anything in my coffee, and upon receiving my order, there was no cream or sugar available for the customer to help themselves, necessitating asking the employees to instill additional ingredients in my coffee, and disrupting their work flow

The maintenance man was the friendliest person in the store. The girls wouldn't let me see the ingredient lists in the peanut butter protein powder.

I have been going to Scooter’s coffee for quite awhile. On January 2023 the store manager was the rudest person I have ever run into at a Scooter’s Coffee place ever. I was treated with the utmost disrespect. She needs to watch and needs to act professional.

Good coffee but the Sunday staff at this location we're aloof and couldn't be bothered by a customer. 5 young women working who were so absorbed in their personal discussion that even when I finally called out at the front counter I was told to wait and they'd get to me. So poor of a customer experience 😒

Went to this location today, and the headsets were broken. Instead of having people drive up to the window to order, they had someone stand out in 32 degree weather and take the orders on the tablet. I have worked for scooters and never have I ever seen or had someone stand outside in the winter to take orders if the headsets were broken. This was just blatantly disrespectful to the employees. Having customers drive up, should not impact your numbers. After voicing my concerns, I was looks as if I was the crazy one for being concerned about someone’s health. The goal is to get drinks out in 45 seconds or less. And it is not that hard to do if you know what your doing.

Good coffee, great atmosphere, really friendly baristas. What an awesome place for coffee.

I was at this location about 4 days ago. I had to gain my composure before I wrote this review. There is a young lady that works there that probably should not. I watched her put her finger in someone order and gave it to her co-worker to give to the customer. Nasty and unsanitary. She then makes my smoothie and just sat it on the counter and walked away. Finally a coworker asked what was my order. I told her and then the girl who made it says yes that's hers. Very rude. I do not recommend anyone to go to this location. It's near my home, but I would rather drive across town..

I will not buy here again. I asked for a caramelicious and I get something not even on the menu. Wth?.

I literally giggle every time they tell me to “scoot around” they’re always the FRIENDLIEST scooters around , and I also own a beauty salon right over the bridge! Very convenient

This is genuinely the most reliable Scooter's in the city. Every time I come through the drive thru, I can expect a pleasant interaction with the window person and a drink actually made correctly. I have yet to receive a messed up drink. If you like overpriced scrumptious coffee drinks, there's no better place than this location.

Pretty ridiculous I come here every day. I’m a faithful customer you make a honest mistake and make my drink wrong. I do not like caramel so I asked you to remake it. You had the worst attitude I’ve ever dealt with in a customer service industry. Scooters do better.

This is the only location where I've had an issue with the baristas. Always on their phones, or too busy talking to eachother to fill out orders. Every time I have to remind them to complete my order, as they only half fulfill it, goofing off with eachother. Great drinks, awful service.

This is the most favorable Scooters due to its reliability in its consistency. I can always count on my strawberry banana smoothie double blended with protein to taste the same...malty and delicious...hmm hmm good!!!

They have new staff. And They aren't teaching them how to make the drinks correctly. I spend alot of money there. And my carmelisous never taste like carmel. So I say the one I got yesterday had no carmel gonna charge me 4 dollars for carmel. I just want my coffee made the way it should be. There are 4 young ladies that I hope still work there. They are amazing!

I had ordered three drinks for my moms birthday and the lady’s there did not make it worth it, only one was made correct and that was the iced tea. I asked for a coconut and caramel sauce cold brew and they gave me a mocha with 8 pumps, it was just gross. For my other drink, they made it hot first, which would be no big deal if we didn’t have to wait 10 minutes. When it was made iced the foam was so bland it and it melted before I even got the cup. I just spit out a bean from the iced chai, super disappointed in the crew, not worth the wait if I could rate 0 starts I would.

Came Wednesday morning at 9am ordered a coconut-raspberry redbull infusion and only got coconut flavoring and Asked for a side of honey in a pup cup to go with my sandwich. I then was told they didn’t have the pup cups so I asked to have a side of honey in a small cup and I was given honey overflowing on flat lid with napkins to catch the honey that was already spilling threw the straw hole. Very disappointed in my experience here today, normally they get my drink right all the time.

The new manager started at this location around November 2022. She has been very disrespectful towards her employees on multiple different occasions. A multitude of baristas have quit within weeks of being hired since she became the manager. They’ve often described her behavior as immature and manipulative as she target’s employees. In one instance, she physically grabbed at a barista to get her attention. Multiple girls have reported her to corporate. Hopefully in the future they get this issue resolved.
