I give up on ever buying a cold brew from scooters again. Everytime I get one I get what tastes like when you brew a pot of coffee with a spoonful of coffee meaning it is extremely watered down coffee. I experience this at most scooters locations and never have this issue at any other coffee shop. Never buy a cold brew from scooters it will disappoint you for sure.

Whomever decided this was a good spot for a drive thru should go see a doctor. Then they put concrete curbs only a golf cart could navigate. Got super hot coffee with a lid that was not snapped on. I have been to 4 different scooters now and its a toss up which one was worse. I keep thing it will be better next time and it was just a fluke.

Great coffee and food! Service is good but some room for improvement in customer service!

A little slow, and although we were the only ones in the store they didn't call out orders loudly (or at all) so we just had to watch the counter to see when our drinks were ready (there were 8 in our party).

Some really nice drinks here. We always have the blended mocha, but I'm sure there's others just as good. It's nice and cool inside with comfortable seating. The servers are happy to help get whatever you need. I give the food a lower score, because you know it's just processed stuff, even if it does taste decent enough. I don't think the location of the stand to place your orders though, it's almost as if it's a terminal to pay for parking spots. You're past it in no time if you haven't been there before and the people inside don't know you're at the window. There should be a buzzer installed at the window, in case the order booth has been missed.

It's Pumpkin Spice season and Scooters does it best! And the barristas are always friendly and efficient. Scooters is my go to self indulgence every season

Staff not helpful. Had an indicator on my phone that I was due a free drink on their rewards program. I was charged for the drink. Was told there was a "toggle" on my account thar had to be turned on. Instead of helping me with said toggle, my debit card was charged. Highly disappointed. 48th and Hwy 36.

Always have been fast and correct orders. Drinks are always tasty. We'll be back again.

The entrance for drive through is a little weird. But! Friendly, fast, and they offered a pup cup without me asking! Pup cup is a little cup of whip cream with a dog treat on top. Duchess loves it! The vertigo and Butterfinger blender were perfectly thick and tasty.

This is a rather non-descript non-pretentious coffee shop, which I actually like. Nothing special, no signature "calling card." Just good coffee, internet that works, and a relatively quiet environment to meet people or get some work done. And the location is really good for me.

I love this Scooter’s!! I visit before work quite a bit!! The staff are very friendly and work impressively fast. One time, I was in a bit of a line which isn’t unusual for coffee shops, and the lovely lady working the drive thru told me my drinks were paid for because of the wait. That was so sweet!! Along with great service, the inside is a lovely and comfy environment for working on something. I like drawing here—there’s a lot of natural light! If this Scooter’s is in your area, definitely go for a drink, and if you’re a tourist looking for some coffee, smoothies, snacks, or maybe something fruity, definitely go to Scooter’s.

Fast service, and friendly service. Also happy to give my dog a pup cup!

I've never had an unfriendly barrista or a bad coffee from Scooter's.

I didn't get a chance to enjoy my chai latte because the lid wasn't secured, so it spilled going around a corner. Down the door speaker, onto the carpet, down my leg, into my shoe and sock and all over my suede purse. Can you at least put the darn lids on property? What a mess and disappointment, not to mention a waste of money.
