    Not a great experience today. They simply forgot my order. I waited 20 minutes and when I asked about my order they had no idea. They did their best to fix it, but then they made the wrong drinks and incomplete food. I left flustered. Updating. Scooter's did reach out to me, and I appreciate their efforts to mitigate the experience. Raising my rating according.

    This is a really nice, big Scooter's location. They have a huge indoor seating area that also has an office/meeting room with a door that you can use. There is a nice small patio area out back, so that keeps the traffic noise from 120th & Blondo away from you as you enjoy your caffeine. Everyone working there was super nice, that includes the person that took my order as well as the barista that made our order. Everything was made correctly and we enjoyed our drinks in the confusion indoor seats.

    My car broke down in front of scooters and they let me sit in their waiting room until the tow truck arrived. Super friendly to me and my kids. Thank you.

    The first time I went to this location, I ordered one drink and it was wrong. Decided to go again. I ordered 2 drinks and the everything sandwich. One drink was wrong (which fine) the sandwiches were both ice cold, so I went in to ask for it to be fixed, the girl was rude and I asked if I could get napkins this time and she made a face. All I asked was for THEIR mistake to be fixed! There were 6-7 girls working and only one had a smile and looked like she was putting in effort. There was 1 lady waiting behind me and it took them 10 minutes for her drink and they didn’t say a word to the lady behind me for 5 minutes. When the phone rang, no one even attempted to answer it! Just disappointing

    I order light ice coz I don’t like ice but I’ve always gotten with the regular amount. So when I ordered with no ice, unlike Starbucks where the cup is topped off with milk, I was told that it is not possible to do so.

    I went last week on Sunday to get a matcha latte with cold foam. I was being generous and got my bosses drinks as well. The only drink they gave me with cold foam was a mocha latte. I told the girl what it was supposed to be and she told me they don’t sell that. I just left with my nasty mocha latte. I tried to drink it but it just wasn’t good. I called in trying to reach a manager just to have my drink replaced. I was told there was no manager till Tuesday. I contacted support and they said the left my name with a team lead so I can get a free drink and a free food item. Well I went today and told them. No one knew what I was talking about but they were going to honor it. They gave me my drink and told me to have a nice day. I asked where the food item I had ordered was and they told me I had to pay for it. I told her support said I could get both but she told me it was one or the other. I just left. I will never return to this location

    If no stars was an option, that's what I would rate this location. THEY WILL DOUBLE CHARGE YOU FOR YOUR COFFEE SO CHECK YOUR TRANSACTIONS!!!!! I ordered coffee using the app and when my boy friend picked it up THE EMPLOYEES made him aware that the app sent it through twice and told him there is a refund option available through the app- WELL THERE ISNT. When I went to go double check to submit a refund (before finding out I can't) I noticed IT WASNT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN CHARGED DOUBLE- it's happened MULTIPLE TIMES. I then tried to call the store- the manager working said she would"take me name and number and talk to the owner to figure out more" well I NEVER heard back- I had to call again. This time the same manager told me "it is a corporate issue and to call an 800 number that didn't even work. Finally I called a different location and at least was able to get the correct number to file a complaint. I fully understand not having control over the app as a store- but telling me 4 different things each time and having no solution on top of the way they treated their customers was distasteful.

    I used to come here frequently because it is a block away from my house. I noticed the coffee tastes watered down almost like they’re reusing the grounds. When I pay upwards of 9 dollars for a drink with extra shots it shouldnt look like coffee with extra extra cream. Disappointing! I now drive to a different location MUCH BETTER. Hoping this review will give some insight to the employees

    They do a really good job here. All of their employees are super nice and professional. Right now the wind chill is -40 and the manager-I think- just brought in three portable heaters due to the premise being cold. Every worker is just a can do person at this location. Highly recommend!

    Updated. Times have changed. Drink was good but staff is obnoxious and loud. Really, really loud. Explains why place was empty. Left after 10 minutes due to atmosphere.
