The "supervisor " Lisa said to me that she would like me to have patience because the gal that was helping was new! In a tone that was all but rude! I was using a loud voice because of an ambulance driving by. Owner FYI...she is NOT supervisor material!

Can't say it's great, the girl who took the order was nice and friendly! But the barista made very bitter coffee, forgot to add syrup to one with coffee, and made cappuccino using latte technology

Instead of drive through attendants introducing them selves maybe they should take that time to make sure they have the items I order in stock. Before I wait in line and pull up to the windowz

Not sure why Starbucks can't seem to manufacture lids correctly but this is the second time I've had scalding hot coffee explode all over my car as a result of a lid not being properly secured.

I love this location, typically fast and friendly and drink is well made.

Great starbucks. It must be a new store. The facility is very nice. The staff were friendly. The bathroom was very clean. The coffee was good. No complaints, check them out!

This is the new Starbuck locations on 86th and Dodge. It is my first time here. I like the environment, the set up and the furniture. Staffs were friendly. Quick service.

Everyone who works at this location works super hard . Dealing with all those grumpy boomers , who need a caffeine fix isn’t an easy job., im going to assume any of the bad reviews on here are just that, angry entitled boomers . We never have to wait very long , and even if we have it’s clearly busy and the crew is always. busting their a$$! We won’t use any other location. Support your local barista’s they work so hard (too hard sometimes) and are always busy. Drinks are always made perfectly , even when sometimes I order really weird ridiculous things ! This location is superior. We always tip 50 percent because these guys absolutely deserve it . Thanks for making our work days easier with the caffeine fix . ✌🏻❤️

I don't know about the coffee, because it's my husband who is a Starbucks' fan, but this location is so hidden from view behind some private buildings, and there's no sign at the entrance to tell there's a Starbucks nestled down there 🙄

Beautiful, clean store with skilled, friendly baristas. The new manager Sarah is doing a wonderful job!

I went in an hour before close and they seemed quite upset that I was there. I ordered a grande drink and a cake pop and left a tip but being greeted with looks of annoyance wasn’t pleasing.

When it comes to starbucks, you know what you're getting drink-wise. So, service quality is what you want to look for; and this location is amazing! The staff is so kind and friendly. Drinks are made quickly and perfectly. They often remember regular customers and make you feel welcome every time you drive up or come in. The barista prepping my drink wrote a kind note on the cup and it was small, but that small thing made a nasty day just a little better!

Really love this location and the people working there. I was there studying recently and there was an elderly man who came in, ordered, and sat down. One of the employees walked his drink over to where he was sitting so he didn't have to get up. It was a simple and very sweet gesture! I hope the employees are treated well and paid fairly because they definitely deserve it!!
