👍👍 Embarrassed to say I haven’t been to the doctors for about 10 years… I was very pleased with Jennifer Grigsby. I hope to keep her as my doctor for as long as I can. She made me feel comfortable, she was very knowledgeable and broke things down for me to understand better. Everyone I interacted with... Dr. Grigsby is efficient and kind. Great MD in Dr. Winter. She listens to her patients and is very compassionate. Pam gives wonderful care and is very competent in her duties. Linda and Desiree are very professional and efficient at the Front Desk as a Receptionist . CGW

They did not inform me I needed to wait a week to schedule my annual appointment. As a result my insurance did not pay for an annual appointment visit. Otherwise it was an over all good experience.

This visit was my annual Medicare physical. I felt my physician Dr. Rohlfsen was very thorough in the examination. We talked about some of my physical issues and things I need to work on. I have seen him several times before and have developed not only a professional business but also a personal relationship with him. He makes me feel like he really cares about me and I’m not just a check mark fir getting things done.

First visit at this office, very polite and friendly staff/nurses. Highly recommended, Dr. Pachunka spent 30+ minutes with me, seemed like he really cared and wanted to help.

The lady nurse who took me back and did my vitals and asked me questions in the room wasn't very friendly. I was trying to be lighthearted but she seemed like she was just going through the motions with her job. The doctors were and always awesome!!! Great experience always with them. I don't know how many stars to give, since I'm only judging this experience on one person. I'm glad I could do a review.

Dr Dougherty is awesome. He was very thorough. Really like Saw Dr there on Monday Sept 25. The MA Lacy worked me up. When she handed me the specimen cup I asked her about the wipes to use first. She told me they needed a dirty urine. I told her to check and she came back with wipes stating “you were right”. I think she needs more training.

I love Dr P he is great with some of the best bedside manner and really help and makes me feel better especially this last visit yea I still having pain, but the medication he provided, and some other tips is taking some of the pain away so it’s not so horrific right now and his office is always quick to respond on emails medication requires either the doctor Walkin yourself or his. Student Tyler met with me and did a good job of listening to my health issues. He showed empathy, and understanding. I then met with Dr. Rohlfsen who I am so glad is my doctor.

Dr. Winter is very thorough in her questions and answers. We had a good visit in my opinion. I am awaiting a scrip for the drug she suggested trying - Myrbetriq I believe is the name. I also appreciate receiving the results of the blood work so quickly,

It is an unsatisfying experience here. My daughter fell down and hurt her ankle. I checked online, it says the patient would not cost extra compared to the regular visit. I took my daughter to the clinic on Sunday. The whole visit took around 3 hours (most time spent waiting ) The PA just gave her a splint and referred us to the children's hospital to see a specialist. By the way, the hospital specialist just threw away that split after my daughter used it for 3 days. That splintcosts us $800. It is ridiculous. I called the billing department, and the staff said she could not do anything about the bill, We must pay. It sucks. I will never trust Nebraska Medicine Center anymore. Update: The relationship team can’t do anything either. If you have an emergency, go to urgent care, not this place. It isn't worth it.

I had an appointment today. It was with a new doctor it seems they're always having a revolving door here. I feel as though there is no care or concern with their patients, just another number to bill my insurance. I'm no longer returning here, they are always referring me to some out source of theirs, what do you even do here? If you can't even do a allergy test in office, what use is there for this location? What's the point of seeing or having patients? Only just to collect money from right? Definitely looking for another "family" doctor, because you are not one. Each time I've been here, I'm always out-sourced. I'm done.

I’m not a doctor person and only go in case of emergency. I really liked Dr. Pachunka! He didn’t nag at me about getting a bunch of testing and I may actually go to the Doctor more often now.

I went in for a follow up visit for being in the hospital with Dr. Pachanga and he’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He said certainly listens to you and he goes through everything and I like the way his office staff calls the follow up when you get discharged to make sure everything is going OK

Dr Dougherty is very thorough and takes the time to listen to the patient. I would highly recommend him to other people. I feel real fortunate to have him as my doctor

Nebraska Medicine Eagle Run Clinic has been a great experience for me. The staff are competent, kind, supportive and very professional. In my recent bout with covid-19, I was very pleased with staff response to my needs. We're very fortunate to have such high quality medical care available to us. So, I just want to take this opportunity to thank the staff of Nebraska Medicine Eagle Run Clinic for providing me with excellent medical care.

I specifically asked about charges before being seen. I was told it was billed as a regular office visit even though it was the weekend. Great. Got the bill which had extra charges. Turns out that I had to pay $120 to use the room. That's besides paying $160 for the nurse practitioner to treat me like a diseased person. I didn't even get the proper education about the condition.

I came here to get tested for COVID. I was the second person to call from the car to check in as instructed by a sign posted on the door. 8 people went inside to check for COVID testing, ignoring the sign on the door that says to not enter. I was put on hold as the front clerk check them all in before me to get tested. She then picked up the phone and check me in behind them. I was the first person here and have been waiting for 3 hours.

I would give them a negative if possible. I scheduled a Covid immunization online. When I got there, they told me they would not give me the shot because I was not a “patient of theirs”. I was really upset because I drove across town. They didn’t call or anything. Extremely unprofessional. I’m glad I don’t depend on them. Good luck if you do.

I'm thinking of changing doctors. I home tested covid and it was negative, but because the symptoms were covid like they won't see me. Another symptom is no symptoms. When did a Dr office refuse to see the sick? It ended up being a sinus infection. It'd be nice to know you could count on the Dr you are used to seeing. JOKE!!

Very easy check in. Friendly staff. Provider was personable and knowledgable, but didn't try to speak over me with big health words. Good experience

Thus far, my experience has been good. I have been able to ask questions as needed and recently used an e- appointment that was easy to use and efficient. Communication with Dr. Sorrick and the nursing staff has been clear and I have a good idea of my on-going medical needs.

First seen by a student PHYSICIAN who seemed to be at the top of his game and I would easily see as my PCP and as for Dr Pachunka he continues to be remarkably thorough. Since moving here 4+ years ago I absolutely feel blessed to have had the Physicians I have had. No matter what Dept. I have been in I have felt that I have received absolutely the best care available. Doug Thompson
