I love Scooter's drink products. I don't live near this location, so I don't come often, but when I do, I like the indoor seating available to relax and enjoy chatting with my family. What I noticed for Scooter's as a company and a franchise, corporate and management need to educate ALL employees how to communicate with the Deaf. I'm a Deaf customer, and some employees still wear masks which makes it much more difficult. The employee at this drive thru window did not pull down their mask OR didn't even write down the price for the order - just expected us to hand over a debit card/credit card. We handed them a gift card and they still did not communicate the total still owed. I'm not against wearing masks, but please learn to communicate better with the Deaf community in Omaha!

I am so happy with the service here. The manager is fantastic, and my coffee is always perfect! I got home and accidentally dropped my coffee while walking in the house( I was carrying my baby in the car seat with some other food. I thought I was superwoman, and the coffee went flying all over my floor and walls ). I drove back and got another one and told the manager what happened, and she gave me a free coffee. She made my day! Thank you!!!!

The staff here is friendly, fast and efficient. The coffee shop is clean and a nice place to sit back and enjoy your coffee. I give this place 5 stars. I highly recommend this place. Lindsey the manager gets a 5 stars.

This location is always great to visit! The staff is always happy at the drive thru window, and so sweet with customers.

Coffee is always good and they do the best they can to serve quickly. The restroom could be cleaner and they are always low on the toilet paper. I still go every week and meet friends.

Very cheerful team working here :) They are highly focused on being as fast as possible and have a good sense of awareness when it comes to the customers surrounding them. It's impressive when you see 7-8 employees working by 7am. Keep up the good work and positive energy!

The service is always great, but one experience stands out. I left my backpack with some keepsakes inside. One of the crew members found it and kept it safe in the office for me. Good for them for their honesty and kindness. It's appreciated.

Perfect, literally got my coffee from the ordering speaker to the drive-thru in 1 minute. Amazing and made my latte just again perfectly.

1/29/22 Today I stopped by the Scooters drive thru at 156th and Maple to pick up a latte for a friend. I asked if they could make a white mocha latte like Starbucks (my friend's preference). I'm a Scooters fan so I thought it was something they could handle and the employee said they could do it. I even tipped extra in appreciation. I got to my friends house and handed him the latte. One sip and the disappointment on his face was not what I expected. He thought it tasted like dirty water. I tasted it myself and it was horrible. What an embarrassment. I apologized as he dumped it in the sink. I feel like a fool. What a waste of time and money and I let my friend down. I'm not sure what happened but I won't go back there again. I don't need to.... there are other choices in the area thankfully.

Is there any Scooters that isn't great? This one, as with all other Scooters I've been to, has super friendly, fast service, with great drinks and food. You can't go wrong! ☺️

This is my go-to location since I live so close. But it’s either a super nice barista or a super rude barista, there is no in between. I’ve also gotten plastic in 2 of my items in two separate orders…

The poor employee was shivering at the window. They were told to keep the window open even in this freezing weather. If they're going to be open during a severe winter storm, this store should be allowing their employees to take proper precautions against the weather. This is very disappointing to see how Scooter's Coffee treats their employees. I will not be giving this business my money again.

I visit this location frequently along with other scooters, the first incident I had ordered a blended turtle and they had given me a carmelicious, I then took the drink inside and they had claimed they changed the recipe. They then remade it with sugar free mocha. I came back tonight (10/29) and they had given me a carmelicious after ordering a turtle, it pretty much had no flavor, and what I could taste of it, im sure it was a pumpkin carmelicious.

They REALLY value speed when you’re working there. I got in a car accident less than a month after I started working there and they threatened to fire me. For future employees, make sure that you understand that they value SPEED over anything else. I sprained both of my ankles severely due to the car accident and they didn’t care. I guess as long as nothing bad happens to you physically, then you’ll be fine! Best, former Scooter’s employee.
