Yet another delicious dinner at Rice Bowl. This is a hidden gem! The owners are awesome and the food is some of the best Chinese I have had. Wonderful crispy imperial chicken. Hubby had pork fried rice. Also very very good. I highly recommend this restaurant! We come at least once a week and I look forward to it every time.

I have driven past this place for years and never thought to stop. Today my husband and I decided to try it. It was FANTASTIC! The staff was super friendly the moment we walked in and the food was delicious. The tables were clean and other customers friendly. We plan to come back again! My hubby enjoyed the chicken with vegetables and I the egg foo young. We also had the wonton soup and hot and sour soup. Everything was 5/5 ☆

We picked up Rice Bowl for Friday night dinner and it was phenomenal. Literally the greatest meal I’ve had in a long time. I got the combination fried rice at a spicy level and it was the best fried rice I’ve ever had. The perfect spice level. It comes with two crab rangoons and I ordered an egg roll, which were also great. I tried a bite of the sweet and sour chicken as well and it was delicious. If you like hot mustard, be careful, theirs is extremely hot. I can’t wait to go back and dine in for a lunch!

This was a great find. We just pulled up food near me in google and gave it a try and we were very pleased great good great price and awesome service. Not from the area but will definitely be back when we are.

Rice Bowl is hands down the best food in Omaha! Not only do they have fantastic food, their staff is phenomenal! Everyone is so friendly, kind, and so welcoming! They make the experience so great. It’s definitely a place you want to keep coming back too! I always recommend This restaurant to everyone!

If you want old school American Chinese food, freshly prepared quickly and well this is the place. I'm grading on a bit of a curve here, this is more like 4 stars in California, but for Omaha where there's a lot of bad Chinese food, Rice Bowl really stands out. The egg fu yung was some of the best I've had and the gravy was THE best. General's chicken very good. And I don't know why Nebraska is obsessed with Crab Rangoon, but we couldn't stop eating them, even when we were way too full. This will be our go-to takeout from now on. No real reason to dine-in as it's a counter-service with no frills, although the staff are very fast and nice.

My family and I recently moved to the Saddle Creek Road area of Omaha. And a few people at my job recommended Rice Bowl if I really wanted some good Chinese food. I usually eat Chinese buffet and I have tried several in the Omaha area, so at first I wasn't that interested. Well the other day we went for the first time and OMG! this place is absolutely delicious! I absolutely love vegetable egg foo young and this is the best I have ever had at Rice Bowl!! The Mongolian Beef was just as good along with the pork fried rice and their pork egg rolls! I can't wait to try the entire menu! 💯 I completely and totally recommend this restaurant off of Saddle Creek Road. We went back two days later for more. The staff were amazing also. 🙋🏼‍♀️🥰

The food is always hot, the service is fast, I never have leftovers. Also with a few upgrades to your rice and an appetizer you can feed two people food with real meat and veggies for less than two meals at a fast food place. Just got to know how to order or catch the waiters that know all the tricks!!

Let’s keep it simple The Rice Bowl still stands as a one of the kings of Chinese cuisine for a reason. They still do things old school, the recipes, the sauces, the appetizers - made from recipes customers have loved for years. These recipes were made with the intention to be the best and the menu seems to grow even with over 50 main dishes on the menu! Peanut butter chicken lovers, I see you, I am you, that’s my favorite recommendation!

It was our first time there! I had a bowl of chicken egg drop soup and an egg roll and my husband had peanut butter chicken with fried rice and two crab rangoon. He loved all of his food, which is surprising because he isn't big on Chinese food!!! Love at first bite 😋 ❤️ The people there were amazing and the cooks know their stuff! We will be returning sometime relatively soon!!! It's a small place but they have a huge love for what they do!

I have driven past this place a million times and finally stopped in. Wish we had stopped by sooner. Was greeted by a friendly young lady with glasses, who showed us the ropes, took out order and checked on us a few times. Food was good and the staff seemed as if they liked their jobs, which is rare these days. Good job, you will be seeing us again soon!!! Would have given 5 stars, but their parking lot is terrible, you need more spaces.

I’ve been coming here for years! And I absolutely love it. Rosa is a great manager and provides my every needs. So much that they know my order before I can even give it. It’s a great atmosphere and the food is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Great food, I have only ordered by phone for pickup, however that has always been a great experience and always ready when I arrive. Staff is always pleasant and helpful with recommendations when trying something different.

If you want hot fast and small place yet know it's very busy and taste great this is my recommendation and not many places get my recommendation anymore

Our go to place! They never disappoint! Everything else (like three happiness) gives me headaches or hurts my stomach but not rice bowl! Also reasonably priced!

Great Asian food. The staff is absolutely the best. They take great care to make sure your order is prepared perfectly. This is a great take out spot. They only have a few tables to eat in and the parking lot can feel cramped. But all that is overcome by their excellent service and quality of deliciously prepared food.

Some of the best food in Omaha! They're fast and friendly. I recommend the Cantonese pan fried noodles, I can't find this dish anywhere else the way they make it, it's absolutely fantastic! Definitely recommend for lunch or dinner, excellent food for a great price!

They are very friendly and fast. However. The las 2 times I bought fried rice tasted as Mexican salty rice. The taste wasn't as Chinese rice at all.

I purchased shrimp fried rice tonight and crab Rangoon and orange chicken. The rice must have been from this weekend and rewarmed , gummy and horrible and the Rangoons were stale.. The food there used to be pretty good, I don't know what has happened but I'll never buy anything else from you... Johnny Waller

This is by far the best Chinese food in the area! They do a huge take out service. Not very large inside but they do have indoor dining. Very clean and fast service but best of all ... their food is DELICIOUS!! You know how some places always taste like they haven't changed their cooking oil in months? Well not here. It always has a fresh taste .. actually, no taste at all, which is what you want. They have the best egg drop soup I have ever tasted! It is OUTSTANDING!! It is like homemade chicken soup without that weird yellow dye that all the other places add to their soup. You can tell they use real chicken stock. Egg rolls, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Mongolian beef, we have tried many other items and they are all very good too. Highly recommend!

Tried rice bowl for the 1st time Saturday night, and the service and food was beyond amazing! I ordered chicken fried rice (spicy) with bean sprouts and extra onion. I was hoping to order some of their green beans, but they had ran out of their supply for the day. The lady at the counter (Rosa) was kind enough to pull more out and cut them for my order, and they were perfectly cooked and delicious! Very polite and professional, great food! Will be back!

This is honestly the best Chinese in Omaha if not all of Nebraska. I've been going there since the late 90s. The food has always been amazing. The best Hot and Sour soup probably in the whole of the Midwest. Portions are perfect for plenty of leftovers. The service is always top notch.
