One
star
not
because
of
the
service
or
product.
One
star
because
of
their
procedures
to
clean.
I
get
it
you
need
to
clean
the
floor.
Do
you
need
to
do
it
in
the
middle
of
the
afternoon?
The
employee
literally
took
a
pitcher
of
solution
dumped
it
around
on
the
floor,
went
and
got
a
mop,
spread
the
solution
around
on
part
of
the
floor
and
called
it
good.
Didn’t
move
the
chairs
around
to
clean
the
floor,
just
spread
it
around
with
a
mop
quickly.
Reminded
me
of
if
I
were
to
ask
my
4
yr
old
to
sweep
out
the
garage.
The
fumes
from
the
solution
was
horrendous.
It
burned
my
eyes,
irritated
my
throat,
gave
me
a
headache
and
upset
stomach.
I
finally
left
the
place,
couldn’t
handle
it.
The
employee
spent
maybe
a
total
of
5
minutes
“cleaning”
why
not
just
do
it
at
closing?
Especially
if
you
are
going
to
use
a
solution
with
that
kind
of
fumes.
Again,
I
am
all
for
cleanliness,
there
was
not
much
cleaning
that
occurred
and
again
the
fumes
irritated
eyes,
throat,
headache,
and
stomach.
UPDATE
-
the
active
ingredient
in
the
cleaner
this
store
uses
is
Nonylphenol
Ethoxylate.
This
is
on
the
EPAs
list
to
reduce
use
of
in
the
future.
Its
highly
toxic
to
aquatic
life.
Its
been
found
the
human
body
and
is
associated
with
reproductive
and
development
issues
in
rodents(via
the
EPA
website).
Toxic
Free
Future
states
"
There
are
also
concerns
about
the
effects
on
human
health,
including
reproductive,
nervous
system,
and
immune
effects."
Maybe
I
am
extra
sensitive
to
this
chemical,
regardless
why
would
a
business
use
this
chemical
when
there
are
much
safer
options?
