Very, very, very long wait in room, no one came in to notify of delays. Felt like we were forgotten about, when MD did finally come in-only spent 10 minutes with us, we were new patient and probably needed a little more time.

I bring my daughter here for her kidneys and my son goes to neurology. This is THE BEST place to bring your kids! I used to take my daughter to Blank's and everytime within 10 days, she would get sick with either bronchitis or sinus infection. Or both! This hospital is the one to choose.

We had the best experience at Children’s yesterday! Upon check in everyone was so kind and thoughtful with easy check in’s, to offering coloring pages for my son to keep him busy before the start of his appointment. My son was really nervous about getting his echocardiogram. The sonographer was patient and kind and explained everything to him before she did anything. She put him at ease and made his experience so much better with her gentle manner and positivity. We saw Dr. Cramer and his nurses and they are always timely, kind, professional and thorough. We are truly so grateful for Children’s and their efforts to make a great experience for children as well as parents.

Great place. All the doctors, nurse, and staff are courteous and nice. It's easy to check-in and the wait isn't usually too long. Parking the specialty care garage isn't too bad. I like how convenient it is to be seen for many specialties here and getting labs and scans done are easy.

Wow! What a great experience. We were on the wait list so we were seen in a timely manner. Appointment started on time. Nurse was very nice and Dr Deschamp was very empathetic and personable. I feel as though my son is in great hands!

We live 2 hours and 45 mins from the children's hospital we have chosen to come to this hospital because of the care we received when we took our daughter to see neurology. We absolutely love it here we only live an 1.5 from the children's hospital in Kansas City but we choose Children's of Omaha every time. No long wait times to get our children seen by specialists unlike the one in Kansas City that has wait times for 9+ months. I can't say enough good things about this hospital!

My son has been going to Children’s weight and wellness clinic for a year now and opted to continue going even though he could be finished. He loves the staff there and enjoys all of his visits. They have all been wonderful every step of the way and actually care about getting to know the children they are working with.

The physicians and clinical team provided excellent care during our visit! We spent almost a full hour with the resident and within the first half hour they were able to work through a diagnosis we’ve been working with others on for almost 18 months! I appreciate their thorough explanation to my son and myself and the follow up plans to ensure his success!

Scheduling got messed up prior to and day of appt. The person doing the ultrasound not friendly at all and didn't put my child at ease for the ultrasound. PA didnt know the cause of the issue my child was having which was the reason for the follow up visit.

The best experience a person could ask for. Every staff member that we came in contact with was amazing! You can tell that they really care. Thank you for being so amazing.

Exceptional staff that makes you feel at home. The staff went out of their way to ensure my son was comfortable and taken care of. Thank you to the Audiology, ENT, and Radiology department especially.

They do a great job communicating! Dr. Egboh listens to our concerns, truly takes an interest in our son, and takes her time. The staff is quick to respond to questions and is always very helpful. I highly recommend them!

We have received excellent care at the Sports Medicine Clinic. They are very thorough and listen to my child and any questions he has had.

I really appreciate the providers working with my son to help understand him and what he is going through to help him live the best healthiest life possible and really care about his overall best well-being as much as possible and I like that we are agreeing to evaluate everything about him instead of just assuming a lot of diagnosis or just ignoring him completely rather that you to those who are carrying for Johnathan

My son had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Phoy. Everything went so quick people were coming in back to back. The nurses and Dr. Phoy were so kind. We were out in an hour or less.

My husband and I recently visited Omaha Children's Hospital & Medical Center for our 5 month old daughter's heart surgery due to her complete AV canal defect. Dr. Camille Hancock-Friesen did the repair and was incredible at making sure we felt like our daughter was in good hands and would be well taken care of. She was very knowledgeable and informed us on how she would complete the repair, what to expect from the care team during the surgery, and gently reviewed some complications that may arise following. Since the procedure was completed, our daughter has been in the Cardiac Care Unit & will be until she is ready to go home. The communication that ALL staff has amongst each other, our daughter's care team in Sioux Falls, and us as parents has been absolutely phenomenal. Not only have they been taking amazing care of our baby girl, but they've also been taking care of us in ways we are forever grateful for. We cannot say enough good things about Omaha Children's!

Had to see Dr. Mikel’s urgently for a broken arm, since they were squeezing us in I expected that we would wait hours-nope! In and out and everyone; from the nurses, to the doctor, to the X-ray tech and cast technician were so kind and great with kids:)

We got a call to change appointment from 130pm to 2pm. Showed up 10 mins early to be seen and finish the paper work. We never got seen until after 3pm and had to yell at the staff because I had cancel my appointments and move my schedule around plus miss work an hour earlier. It's not fair to teach patients like that and the staff was very rude to me.

Dr Jantzen was amazing with our daughter’s appointment. Took as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions. He had done a lot of background work prior to our appointment and had spoken to several other specialists to come up with a plan for her care.

Everyone is always so kind and helpful. We are so thankful for Children’s Hospital and everything they’ve done for our son.

Dr.Mickel was phenomenal!! Very knowledgeable! He made my daughter feel comfortable and explained everything so well. We were in and out. Highly recommend.

Dr. Delaney is always a professional and handles everything at a 5 star 🌟 100 % level!

Both of my kids have been using Chidren’s Hospital for specialists. I cannot say enough great things about the way we have been diagnosed and treated. We love everyone we have had the pleasure of working with!

We traveled here from out of state for their OI clinic. We were treated with respect and sincerity. All the specialists were wonderful with our child. We got new information on the condition we were there for. We also gathered information on others in our area that could treat our child. You could tell that the doctors and staff care about their children and the families. We will be continuing care here and coming back to the OI clinic once a month.
