I was really happy with this CFL. The crew was sharp, and my food was fresh all the time.

Chick-fil-A is my go to splurge. All of the meals I’ve received at this location have been fantastic… What I don’t like is waiting 25 minutes in line.

Very busy! I appreciated that an employee went on break he came out and got at the end of the line to order his own food. Classy move.

Their food is always really good. I’m looking through or past their politics or beliefs, because the food’s good. And I’m sure it’s just the owners that have those beliefs and not the employees themselves.

As far as fast food goes this chain is the best! I have tried several locations and they are all great.

Went through the drive thru. Employees were fast and friendly. I ordered the peppermint milkshake which was great and the 8 piece nuggets. My system could not handle the spices on the nuggets. After the 5 th nugget, I gave the rest to my friend.

I went through the drive through today and an error was made with my toddler's kid's meal. I did not catch the error until I got home. One of the managers went above and beyond to rectify the error and turned a hungry, devastated toddler into a very happy 3 year old who even got to finish his lunch with a bonus ice cream. Thanks for saving the day!

Absolutely love Chick-fil-A. The quality of their food, and their professionalism in their service is second to none. Their spicy chicken sandwich, either deluxe or regular, is amazing. Their sauce is also something else.

This location always gets my order wrong. Not giving me items ordered or missing items that I should have had. Mistakes are mistakes understandable but with 15 employees working double checking the order is easy. But everytime I choose to stop at this location by my job I’m left without food before a Kong shift because I chose this business to stop at instead of somewhere else. Will just stick to the 72nd location as they are always on point.

Esther was super helpful in the drive through 9-6-23 around 6:30 we messed up ordering and she corrected the food allergy issue and actually caught it for us when we ordered the wrong sandwich. Without Esther catching it I would have been without dinner or gotten sick from eating gluten. Thank you Esther for being kind and going above and beyond helping us. Thank you. Order number 3023

The food was good as usual. I ordered grilled nuggets and got fried nuggets. I'm not happy about that. It was two 12 packs. All other items were correct.

Went on a Saturday while the dinning room was under construction. Drive thru line was stretched to the business next door parking and they STILL kept the line moving. They had workers outside coming up to your car to take your order. Got home and everything was fresh and good! Never had an issue with this location and I see it staying that way

Manager wasn’t smart enough to check gloves in kitchen for a latex allergy. My son says if he had to pic between grilled nuggets and barf, he would choose barf. At least it was good food you already ate. The actual nuggets do not even loosely represent the pic on the menu. Gross.

This location seems to have quality control issues. I've been to this location a couple of times now. Drive through wait times have been pretty poor considering the time of day. The latest visit was a 10min wait in line, when we finally got our food, the fries were soggy and unsalted and we ended up missing a sandwich. Not really the expirence you want for $35 fast food.

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The food is consistently high quality and delicious. The staff are always polite and delightful. And this location runs an efficient and quick drive through line, so when the line looks long, I find the wait is consistently reasonable.

Every fast food establishment can take a lesson from you guys. Excellent service, food, cleanliness.

Their food is always made great and made very fast. You never have to worry if they forgot something because they always have everything you ordered. All of the employees are really nice. The atmosphere is always great.

This is the best chain in the world. This store holds up the reputation. They care about the workers and so the workers care about the customers. Thank you!

I'm not a huge fan of the food (though, their Spicy Chicken Sandwich is fairly tasty). However, I am a huge fan of their employees. Chick-fil-A consistently has the friendliest and most competent employees of any fast food chain. It's not even a competition. Their customer service and speed of service are stellar. Remember when this lot was home to Colton's Woodfired Grill and then Lone Star Steakhouse?

Was crazy busy but the staff was very friendly and the food was still ready fast and it was delicious!

It's weird.. my receipt says an Aiden helped me.. but it was Tasha.. she was a bit aloof and not very friendly. I asked for help with picking something out and was told to ask Mrs Double from my friend. She was friendly and very helpful in picking something out. As this was my first time ever at a Chick-fil-A. The food was fresh and fairly good.
