    Update we tried to come back today a year later… They got my order wrong I drove back they remade my sandwich took forever by the time it came out my tater tot’s were super cold. I asked if I could get those remade totally had an attitude huffed and puffed walked off. Came back with both of mine told me to have a good night. Got home the order was somewhat ok however you could tell they nuked it and egg was dry .. no cheese and burnt bacon again!!!!! We always come here I had a small order I only had so much cash in a little bit on my card I tried to do two transactions, the lady looked at me crazy told me they don’t do that I had to pick one or the other. I told her I only had money on each thing she didn’t care I said fine just give me what I had and don’t give me my drink. nonchalantly didn’t even care OK,So sympathetic. I will never be back there again

    Absolutely terrible organization had to clarify my order five times took still waiting over 20 minutes the first guy couldn't speak English the second two times I talked to a girl and she said to be right out and then another guy had to walk out to my car for two shakes twice.. I don't blame the kids I blame me company for not paying enough to attract talent have a good manager or something it's ridiculous.. very very disappointing I'm still actually very upset about this there was literally nobody in the parking lot about 10 cars went through the drive-thru and it was for too mini shakes

    Careless and unprofessional. To keep this as brief as possible, I’ll start with, I tried to let them know one of their stalls didn’t work after sitting there for 20 minutes and never being assisted. They did not care one bit. Then, when we went through the drive thru, they were blasting extremely inappropriate music. And I’m not talking just some bad words! The bit I heard while at the window was talking about a guys getting head. And that’s not okay, especially when you have kids in the car! Customers of any kind should not have to hear that.

    This location is hit-or-miss as far as service. A couple of the folks working there are really nice and on top of it, but there's one or two that don't seem to want to be there and don't care about the customers, the trash blowing around their parking lot, or getting something as simple as a soda to the drive-thru window in under 5 minutes without a side order of attitude. Ever.

    Hello my name is Frank I know I’m just another review but I hope this review really means something so I’m going to just say it. A work environment isn’t meant to be perfectly good but very consistent, so if the customer is coming for a Benihana experience or an ocean prime experience and wants the Benihana or ocean prime experience please go pay for Benihana or ocean prime. This is simply a sonic, not a restaurant that sells A5 Wagyu and the top rated seafood. If you’re complaining about the wait time then find your time else where it’s simple ask for the refund move along. The food at sonic is easily cooked in your kitchen. But enough of me ranting I have a buddy there a light skinned brother name Cameron we went to school together from the 1st grade till our JR year of highschool a really cool laid back hilarious brother at that… I came through yesterday to grab a few things for my birthday figure I’d go treat myself since I’m back in town. When I got there the brother was running like crazy to get these people food out to them. He told me “5 days a week I’m here 40+ hours another day another dollar to make you smile” THATS GOOD WORK ETHIC A SMILE ON THE FACE WITH SOME CONSISTENCY TO SHOW YOUR ALWAYS READY TO MAKE ANOTHER PERSONS DAY. The one less star is for customers and how they treat these workers GIVE THEM A RAISE! THEY DESERVE IT!!!

    Waited in line at least 30 minutes for a chocolate banana shake. They didn’t blend it so all the chocolate sauce was at the bottom. Tried to use the straw to mix it up and the straw punctured through the bottom of the styrofoam cup. Chocolate sauce started pouring out the bottom all over me, my car, and the inside of my purse. Awesome.

    Good was fine, it was Sonic quality The service was horrible though, the worker at the drive thru window didn’t say anything to me. No greeting no nothing. Handed me my drinks, still hasn’t said a word. Handed me my food, again said zero words and closed the window. TERRIBLE. If you’re going to have an attitude don’t work food service and definitely don’t work the position that talks to customers.

    This .. y far is the best Sonic in town. I go there like twice a week ...when I get off work at 7 am ...always the same friendly guy working.. and it never takes um to long to fix my Burger n Cherry Slushy Float.🤔⭐⭐⭐⭐

    i paid $25 just to sit in their stalls for 30min just to watch everyone around us get their things even tho i ordered ahead of time and i never got my food. i either want a refund or the things i paid for.

    It's a Sonic. Burgers are good, corn dogs are corn dogs, tots are crunchy, shakes and slushies are what you want them to be. The service at this sonic is fast which is nice. The food is good and it has the thought of a 50's drive in, but I really don't like how modern and boring everything has gone with the design. It would be cool to have a theme. Right now it's just a fast food restaurant that you can park and eat...which you could do if you go through a drive through and then park in the parking lot.

    Came in at 11pm an hour before close and was ignored at 2 booths and the drive through before getting a response. All of this occuring over the span of 20+ minutes. Ample yime to response with anything other than silence.

    Well, I ordered on at the store location, but I wanted to use Apple Pay so I logged into the mobile application and did the same order and paid for it and I tried to check in at the stall and it didnt allow me to. because I was already parked in the stall. The worker came out with an attitude from the start. Had our shakes told me that i didn’t pay. He turned around and took our blasts back into Sonic. He brought out our shakes again with an even worse attitude rolled his eyes at us and said sonic was out of cheddar bite what would i like instead. I said how about mozzarella sticks. He turns around goes back into the store. At that time i realize that we dont have straws. So i just calmly and politely walk up to the store and ask for straws. The manager tall red headed heavier set man said yeah then as i walk out he yells as to mock me “Oh my god we forgot her straws”. How embarrassing, disrespected, mocked, belittled, and completely astonished as to this man’s behavior was especially since he was “The Manager”. I was caught off guard with this kids attitude which wasnt even acknowledged, not forgiven, and he wont get in any trouble for. i was completely disregarded by this Sonic. I will never step foot back in this sonic that i frequent multiple times a week.

    Love the peanut butter and banana shake here! The price has definitely gone up (5.68 for a small shake) but it was filling and yummy as a lunch substitute. Line moved fast too!

    Two out of the last three times I have been there, they did not have ingredients for shakes. (Bananas this time, strawberries last time). Can't say I am impressed... Update: Finally decided to try them again. Got a banana shake. Got home and the bottom of the cup fell out as I was getting out of the car. Dumped all of it. Again, not impressed.

    Being out of soft pretzel twists is an unforgivable sonic sin. Plus I had to wait 10 minutes for $1.65 corn dog. Please do better management. Hire staff and manage supplies.

    My son and I went there one night, trying to order from one of the walkup stalls. We were completely ignored for five whole minutes. But a group of teen girls walked up and got helped right away. Also, the walk up mics could use a tune up in general because when we do get helped, it takes forever to order because the people can't seem to hear us and constantly need us to repeat our orders several times. The reason I keep giving them so many chances is because the food itself is as fantastic as I expect from Sonic.

    Came at 9:30 and it was a little busy, the person taking out order didn’t even ask if our order was correct or if we wanted anything else luckily we had finished ordering though. Also only recieved 2 ranches for 2 large popcorn chicken meals both with large sizes…. When paying $25+ for a meal you think you could get more than 1 ranch per cup meal
