    Everyone has an off day and I understand that fact. My male cashier was a robot that was doing his best to come to life. I witnessed several expressionless staff hand customers their orders without thanking them or saying any statement to express gratitude. I'm in the restaurant now and have been waiting 15 minutes for a medium coffee 6 Splenda/6 cream. Perhaps I should have leaped over the counter and prepared it myself. A sympathetic guy took pity on me and asked what I was waiting for and yes ladies and gentlemen, I finally have my coffee.🥹🥹🥹🤣🤣🤣

    I am so frustrated with this McDonald's. I order on door dash yesterday, and I had missing items. Wasn't that big of a deal because it happens. Until today, I ordered food, and didn't receive over almost my entire order. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits, 1 large caramel iced coffee, 1 McMuffin meal with milk, and 2 apple pies. I also used the promo code to get the free McMuffin.. I received 1 McMuffin, a hash brown, 2 apple pies, and freaking pancakes. Is this a freaking joke? Cause it's not funny. I do not appreciate this at all. I try to be patient and polite when stuff like this happens, but I'm convinced that this was done on purpose. Like how does someone miss almost my entire order? Yet, hot cakes added? Like, just hot cakes. Nothing else with it. So frustrating and I want to cry.

    This location is not the most accurate or speedy. Be warned. The workers are clueless, as expected. We ordered 4 McChickens and they forgot to make it. It took 20 mintues. I took some pictures for Google maps and the manager came running out

    Order 4 large unsweet ice teas about 9:20 am and told to pull forward, wait a bit, then decide to start my stopwatch on my watch, at 13 mins ask for the manager when employees carrying out food to other vehicles. At 16 mins, drive thru person come out apologizing manager was busy and said I could get free breakfast but already ate and then could come back for a free lunch. I'm not impressed asking for the manager twice and even after getting the ice teas at 17 mins no manager that a drive thru person said instead.

    Service was good but, your restaurant is not clean. Your black cushioned chairs are filthy. There are crumbs in them and you can tell they’ve been there awhile, the tables are not wiped down properly they look like they were cleaned with a dirty cloth. While typing this review I heard another customer ask one of your staff to clean her table because it was filthy.

    nice franchise, nice employees, but mcdonalds itself (corporate) is insanely cheap. food causes cancer. makes me feel sick after i eat it. idk what corporate mcdonalds changed, but it's not good for people. prices are insane anymore. wages not going up but prices continue to. not really worth it. just go to a nice sit down restaurant for these prices. sorry guys.

    I'm careful of all McDs I go to. As the food is pretty much the same, so it comes down to the people working within the building. In Omaha the McD people working at 72nd and Blondo and those working at those working at 90th and military are excellent.

    I bought a meal combo, which comes with a drink. I asked for a water as my drink. When I get to the pickup window I'm handed a small water and the window server is reaching into the cooler for a bottled water. I told the server, I dont want a bottled water. I want a medium water out of the fountain. I was told the only way to get a water with a combo meal is to accept a bottled water. (Which includes an $.50 upcharge!). I don't understand. They had tried to hand me a free small water which I refused because the meal comes with a medium drink. But I can't get a medium water? Which I have already paid for!!! Shame on you Mc Donalds! Corporate greed!

    I always go here because it's closest on the way home from work. I've never had an issue until I ran into the new guy at the window. As soon as the car in front of me started moving he was holding my bag of food out the window. As soon as I pulled up he said "here's your food have a good night" I glanced into it and asked if it was my mobile order just to verify. He started reading it off like he was bored, I asked about if I had ordered a drink with it. He handed me the drink. I said you guys are awesome thank you so much, because I'm grateful to have food then he started repeating "wasting money, just wasting money" because I had removed some condiments from my meal. I was a little surprised. I almost got sent away without my drink and he has some nerve to comment about me wasting money.

    Been waiting in the drive thru line now for 15 minutes. I'm done. It's not worth waiting for the food. I'll go eat elsewhere.

    I sat and waited in the curbside spot for over 10 minutes after ordering on the app. They weren't even that busy. All the McDonald's I Omaha have been getting worse in the last few years.

    We came on the inside. People were driving crazy in the drive thru. My cousin has cancer and need to eat. People need chill out in the drive thru. You need to watch your cameras too.

    Service and atmosphere were great. Found a bone in my kid's chicken nugget. To which they responded very kindly. They were super apologetic and even took pictures claiming they planned on getting ahold of the supplier.

    Food doesnt come out right. Had to drive back. Will not be back and will not recommend it to anyone. We stood at the counter for ten minutes before i asked to be acknowledged. Was approached by an angry manager. Need new management and some customer service training at this location! Dont waste your money here.

    They were out of the grimace shake, which was super sad because that's the only reason I came. But Marlene was super amazing and you could tell she really cares about her customers!!

    There is no pride taken by the Employees and/or Manager. Everytable was need of cleaning. Was there on a Sunday morning and there is now way the floor could have gotten that dirty during breakfast.The drive thru traffic was consistent but the dining room was pretty much empty and Employees standing around that could have been cleaning. The French fries were hot and good but the sandwiches were so cold that the cheese wasn't even melted. They were made with so little regard that the sauce on the big Mac only made it on the lettucethat was falling of the side of the burger...and of course no Grimace shakes available

    This was just a horrible experience overall for many reasons. I walked into the bathroom and I saw an absolute log in the toilet that looked quite old Is it really that hard to clean your bathroom? I was upset but still hungry so I went to order, all of the employees were huddled in a group talking a laughing. It was crazy loud but I even tried screaming to get their attention and nothing. I quite literally had to bang my purse on the counter to get them. After I did that a girl came (I didn’t catch her name) but she was EXTREMELY rude. I was just ordering as one would do and she was giving me attitude, rolling her eyes at me, cussing, etc. Once I had gotten my food it was just stuffed in the bag, fires everywhere my burger was smashed not to mention it wasn’t even the burger I ordered. That is not all but I’m going to cut you some slack. This was a horrible experience and I hope you can get your act right. Disappointed.

    Ordered some burritos online but barely missed the pick up hours for breakfast. Manager allowed them to make them for me even though it was a few minutes past breakfast hours.
