    Service is horrible and they take no pride or put any effort into the food they make, I've been to other locations where Wendy's was great but this one the franchise owner doesn't care or he just goes people who are ride and care less than him. This is the baconnator

    This location reopened the Dining Room, but only until 4PM daily (see lobby hours photo). Not sure when or how long they keep these hours. Nice to stretch out while enjoying a Frosty!

    I ordered this thru the drive thru because this particular wendys does NOT offer dine in . My previous experience with this establishment was to say the least rude and unwelcoming. I did however enjoy the person they had running the drivethru on this day (Nov 11). I swear she is the ONLY polite person working this establishment that I've come incontact with. I never get my sauces that come with my sides and forget asking , because the moment you do the grouchy woman manager or a very unpleasant guy snaps and sat it's in the bag before you even get the end of your sentence out. Please learn that not everyone ( meaning customers) is mad or upset or rude. Customer service should still be given to all with a pleasant tone and courtesy.

    Absolutely Terrible. We originally stopped at the 126th & L location on a Sunday afternoon and they told us their system was down. So I really wanted Wendy's. We headed to this location. They were closed completely, on a Sunday at 4:30 pm. A sign hanging offering$12/hr. No wonder you have no staff and are closed. Zero dollar revenue has to be helping your bottom line

    Cashier and the cook's in the back not happy about serving us. Yelled jesus christ that she had to come help the cashier do her job. Burger was dry and way over done...come on Dave what's happening here. Not very clean at all theres was only 3 customers in the store total and everyone was in back standing around. Overall not impressed this is the closest Wendy's to our home but you better believe we will be traveling to a different one after this.

    This is easily one of the top 5 worst restaurants in Omaha. If you don't mind the lack of cleanliness and the under-paid staff, you may still find it hard to eat here because they're only open about 30% of the time. They have no hours posted on the doors, closed on random days and random hours. please do everyone a favor and just close the restaurant let someone else who actually cares move in.

    The manager was very nice. We had tried to order through the app, but apparently it wasn't working. He asked what discount we were using and manually entered it for us.

    Both ketchup dispensers were empty. The bathroom’s trash can was overflowing, toilet paper wasn’t loaded in the dispenser… overall the bathroom was dirty. When customers walked in, an employee yelled another gals name instead of taking their order or even greeting them.

    The loaded nacho burger was to say the least below expectation it wasn't hot and there was too much of the spicy sauce on it the fries were cold and the iced tea was so weak it looked like colored water.

    Didn't go in , drive thru. Wendy's is usually always good. They didn't disappoint this time either. Been going to this Wendy's since 80's

    We used to go to Wendy's to eat quite often, but every since covid the inside dining is always closed at every Wendy's. Disappointing not being able to dine in. Would come more often if we could.

    Came at 6:05pm. No lights were on in the parking lot. Went through the DT and could not read the menu at all. Got up to the window and one of the employees had her hair down but was handling food. I am a GM of a restaurant in town and to see this, it’s very disappointing.
