If I could give a zero star I would.. We visited this Taco Bell Sunday Dec 3rd at a little before midnight. Coming home on a late flight, this Taco Bell was the only quick place to grab some food. It took over 30 minutes through the drive to get 10 items with 2 other cars in front of us. The person takng the orders had to have things repeated múltiple times. Each order was made upon arriving to the window and not ready like it should be. Not only did we wait to get to the window, we also had to wait for our order to be prepared. The person that was at the window says to my husband, "hows it going my brother?" These young kids were acting like everything was okay and were so aloof that they didnt seem to care that we waited so long. The window guy actually had a smirk on his face when we asked how much longer it would be. His reply was that its being worked on. When asked if we could have extra packets of hot sauce with his smirk on his face, dumped a nice bunch in to our food bag. I understand that this is probably the worst shift to work but standards should always be met. To top things off the food was luke warm. Very frustrating experience. They need more training. No comparison to our Taco Bell at Twin Creek in Bellevue.

There’s like 5 Taco Bell’s in this area, go to the next one. Awful customer service, trash food, can’t make a simple chicken chipotle melt correctly. 3 things go in it. I’m here for work, love the city, this state, first time being here (4 days now) but every single person I’ve come across (all of the service industries, food, gas, hotels) have all been absolute NPCs. Beautiful city filled with garbage service industries such as this Taco Bell right here. Unfortunate.

This Taco Bell location in particular pops off. I got food there the other night at like 11pm. We ordered, they made sure it was correct, I handed them the card, they gave it back and 10 seconds later they handed me the food. It was so fast. This whole experience took less than 5 minutes. I am not exaggerating. It tasted good too. These people are great. Thank you for your service

I don't usually get Taco Bell but when I do, I definitely will go to another location. None of my add-ins made it into my order so I wasted money on upgrades. The burritos were just toasted tortillas and almost no filling. No sauce in the bag even tho they said there was. Took forever to get my food too.

Ridiculous experience...very very unfortunate. Stopped in with my wife to get a meal to go only to wait 10 minutes to purchase and find out the ADVERTISED SPECIAL of the Deluxe Cravings Box is not available. Either remove the advertisements or fix the FALSE and EXTREMELY misleading advertisements posted to bring in potential customers. Very very sad.

Tasty food. Staff were courteous and helpful. Some tables are closed for physical distancing. Fountain is open for self serving. We were told that we can eat in when we visited on 01/01/2021.

Actually my family went to Taco Bell off of 72 Dodge St. The Service was outstanding. They really care and cater to there customers. I was very pleased. Atmosphere clean, and refreshing to go into a business and even the restrooms were clean . My family was extremely happy we stop at This Taco Bell . To all the staff serving" Taco Bell Great Job ."

i never recvd the cinnabon delght drink i ordered... so i called the store & got the machine so left a msg.

Pulled up this Taco Bell at 12:30am (Google says this location closes at 3) and we hopped in line behind 8 other cars, sat in line for 20 minutes just for them to tell us they’re closed? They stopped serving 2 cars before us and a bunch of other people got in line behind us for us to basically hold hands and waste our time for no reason, No explanation, nothing. Bad business practices.

I am a die hard Taco Bell fan but the prices seem so ridiculously high, its almost leaves a instant feeling of regret. The drive thru is always so slow it seems. The employees are always pleasant and rarely is there an issue with my order. The prices are ridiculous. I think it's time to rethink my love for this establishment because I'm not feeling the love and would say that alot of people agree.

5 stars across the board. It's Taco Bell, for the food it has to offer, the staff certainly did a great job with what they have to work with. Staff was polite and we joked a little as my wife was deciding what she wanted, "this time". We were in and out quickly, order was 100%. Oh in case you were wondering.. she got the SAME thing she always gets...

2:30am on the early morning of Sept 4. Closed early. A taco bell employee, female with straight blond hair pulled back in a pony tail, said they're closed. They parked a car to block the entrance to the drive thru.

Worst Taco Bell in Nebraska. Don’t plan on your order being remotely correct. Also plan on missing atleast two items. One of if not the worst fast food location of a restaurant in Nebraska. What a horrible horrible location. Owner should be ashamed of themselves for being connected to this franchise.

My Crunchwrap was very good up until the second half when I bit into a 2.5 inch piece of plastic!! Nice employees... But they (I assume accidentally) put plastic in my food? I contacted corporate weeks ago and they still haven't gotten back to me, which is more frustrating than the plastic being there in the first place.

Place is usually decent, the only issue is they constantly close the lobby. It doesn't matter if it's a week day or weekend. Just a few days when I came on the weekend, they had the doors locked at 4:15. I just came now 1/4/24 and same thing, the lobby is closed and its barely 6:30. That crazy, I get staffing issues happen but don't even open Christ. What I did was laced in on the app so I don't have to go drive thru and they lock the doors so you still leave to go thru a 15-30 minutes wait depending on how busy that line it. They're out of control. At least leave the door open for pick up orders.
