Dr Remm and Bri are the absolute best. I'm a dentists daughter and very picky about my dentist. I am so impressed with how skilled, professional and friendly staff are. All the staff!

I enjoyed the experience I have had with my children going to the Dundee Summit dental. So since my mom's and my dentist retired I decidedly to switch us over to the Dundee Summit Family also. My mom waited the 2 months for her 1st appointment as she was headed there they canceled her appointment. When I got off work I called them and they said the the provider was not in and wanted to reschedule for another 2 months. I said that was not happening and they fixes it for her to come in that day then got the run around for almost another month to get her appointment scheduled. Then here we go again my appointment comes up after waiting 2 months and they want to reschedule me out until February. I call because I set my appointment up in house and they put me on hold, then come back and say ok we can get you in but later that day. I'm at a lost.

Very happy with our experience here. No complaints for our basic exams and cleanings. You can also get on a waitlist for an earlier appointment and many do open up.

Had a great experience. Everyone was so kind. Especially the dentist who worked on my teeth. She was so friendly, kind and made me very comfortable.

Was not greeted promptly. Otherwise all service was great. They do have a tendency to push unneeded things like fluoride and extra X-rays that result in extra fees insurance does not cover.

I had a cleaning and they did an excellent job and also they filled a cavity and they did a great job. The people who work there are very nice, so I am very happy and satisfied. Thank you to everyone that helped me out.

Appt at 11 not seen tell 1120. Don't have time to be sitting around. I except to be seen at 1100. My time is valuable as well.

Pros and cons Pros -Dental assistant was “great” -Hygienist was “great” -Clean work area Cons -Front desk guy “poor” lacks customer interaction, smacking gum very unprofessional, texting on his phone, unknowledgeable with job description -Long wait time, waited 60min in wait area. -Dentist was “poor” didn’t say much but just had a 5 sec talk and said “no cavities” -Over booked appointments -Takes forever to get a appointment scheduled maybe 5-10months out -Gal at front desk smelled really bad of body odor -Summit dental insurance does not cover certain cleanings

Very nice... the dental assistant and dentist were very thorough in answering questions. They were able to get me back in only a few days later! Thanks a bunch....actually excited to go back and get this dental stuff taken care of!

I spent $900 on a root canal just to have the tooth pulled. I feel ripped off and ignored. Is the dental system broken? Post covid can't recover? I've been experiencing throbbing pain for 3 weeks and missed several days of work. The crown got loose and I begged and cried, but "we can't get you in before the weekend" I realize there are a lot of people in pain, but now my jaw is swollen and I can't help think this could have been prevented. Every time I have a emergency of pain that I can't sleep or function, I have over a week to wait to see the dentist. Summit hasn't been able to give me pain relief extremely frustrating. If you need fast pain relief look for another dentist unless this situation is at all the offices.

Everyone is so kind and considerate of all of my dental needs. They listen to me better than any of my previous dentists. I always feel respected and welcomed when im there :)

I waited two months for a 7 minute appointment. Then was told to come back in two weeks once my insurance approved the reason for my visit. I just need dentures by the way. Then was told it would be 4 visits two weeks apart for the fitting and building of my teeth. I hope the quality is worth the trouble.

Awesome appointment today. The very professional team were able to redo a just discovered loose filling without me having to make a new appointment. That was especially helpful since I live in Papillion. My thanks to the whole team that worked on me today!

I was lowkey nervous at first just going in, but the dentist in the back and the front desk people were so kind I felt more comfortable they helped me get my next appointment set up just over all wonderful and helpful and I appreciate them very much I most definitely recommend to everyone
