Snagged dinner on the way home since I got off work late. Ordered ahead (as I was leaving work) and did pick-up which went smoothly. We got a super potato ole, burrito (not pictured), a taco salad and potato ole sides with nacho cheese sauce. All really good food and filling. Not a bad choice for a fast dinner on the run!

*Edit* The owner contacted us and apologized for the food, hair and employee. We appreciate the attention to customers the owner has shown and he has assured us he is looking into this branch. This is what makes a business good and why I'm changing my one star to a 3 star. * We came in and it was empty and slightly dirty. We ordered a six pack and a pound, a couple of bean burritos and a kids meal. A couple of parties came in after us and a few drives in came in. As we waited for an extremely long time we watched as everyone else was served before us. Mind you were ordered first. Our food was cold, the burritos had beef smashed onto them lettuce in them and no sauce in them, the potato oles were soggy and undercooked and I kid you not as I write this review my daughter took a bite of her chicken and found a long blonde hair and none of us are blonde... They also seemed to get offended that I checked our food before we left.... Definitely not coming back to this nasty understaffed place again!

MIA L. DECIDED IT WAS FUNNY TO MAKE FUN OF A PHYSICAL DISABILITY TO HER COWORKER CRAZY THAT THE MANAGER PUTS MIA L. IN THE WINDOW TO INTERACT WITH THE CUSTOMERS ... THIS WORLD SUCKS ENUF WE DONT NEED MIA L. MAKING IT WORSE. I JUST WANTED A BURRITO... THE FOOD WAS OVER PRICED AND MUSHY 1 STAR I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They made the wrong version of the food I ordered, no sauce after asking and no napkins in the bag. Normally this location is pretty good but not this last time.

I think this is normally the best Taco John's in the area. On most visits, the food is still warm when it is served, and it tastes good.

Service was fast, we heavily edited our meals and it was all correct! They even brought it out to our table with extra sauces. Will for sure visit again. Seems like a great team who definitely deserve raises!

Ordered delivery through their website. The door dash deliverer dropped off our meal with the CORRECT name on it. Our order was missing 6 soft shell tacos, nachos, a kids meal of chicken tenders, and donut bites. And we randomly got a taco salad. When I called Taco Johns, the manager told me he would make all our items fresh if we picked it up. On arrival, the cashier said, “oh, yeah there was a mixup with two door dash deliveries. He gave us two different names.” Our door dasher was FEMALE. The manager said that he called his boss and we would have to request a refund from door dash and then put in another order to get our food. Seriously, own up to the mistake. Don’t pass the blame on the dasher. Our receipt was attached to the bag that obviously wasn’t prepared correctly or verified. And ask for a refund from door dash??? I just want the food that Taco Johns charged us for already.

We’ve ordered food twice both times the orders were correct and the fillings were generous. The staff were professional and prompt. Much better than their competitor(TB).

I only go through the drive-thru at this location and would give it five stars however every time I go there I never get a napkin in my bag. Also the potato oles are not very warm usually. Today I had to heat up my cheese sauce when I got home and I only live 4 minutes away. That's the first time I've had to do that. Other than that, customer service is great and the food tastes good.

Overall probably the best fast food places I stop at for lunch. However, the same cashier keeps charging me for an extra side of cheese with my chips and cheese. Then there's times when I come in, and the music is so loud that I'll not be able to hear what's playing on my own earbuds. Forgot to add management here is great!

Ordered 3 large potatoes Olesya and they were gross! Tasted like it was cooked in old oil!
