Worst
customer
service
from
the
manager
himself.
This
adult
child
waited
his
whole
life
to
ask,
"Whaaat,
you
want
to
talk
to
the
manager!?"
I
nod
my
head,
"Great
cuz
I'm
the
manager!
Leave
now!"
It
started
when
I
went
up
to
the
front
desk
to
literally
order
just
a
small
fry.
🙃
The
manager
himself
standing
right
behind
the
counter,
in
that
little
area
infront
of
the
registers,
talking
on
the
phone.
He
keeps
talking
and
talking
and
that's
fine;
I'm
in
no
rush.
My
daughters
and
I
have
literally
been
chilling
in
the
lobby
for
an
hour.
Anyways,
it
gets
to
the
point
that
I
felt
like
it
was
ok
to
simply
get
a
sentence
in,
(I
know
he
heard
me,)
mind
you;
one
sentence.
"Can
I
just
order
a
small
fry?"
The
dude
keeps
talking,
which
is
whatever,
I'm
thinking,
he'll
probably
ring
it
up
once
he
hangs
up.
Before
the
man
even
gets
off
the
phone,
he
shouts
over
to
his
crew,
"who's
at
the
front?!"
*pause
while
he
waited
for
an
answer*
continues...
"cuz
there's
this
lady
here
who
keeps
talking
to
me
while
I'm
on
the
phone!!!"
In
such
an
ugly
tone
too.
I
right
away
found
that
unprofessional,
he
could've
simply
said
a
customer
needed
help.
The
fact
that
he
lied
is
what
was
annoying
to
me,
so
I
said,
"then
don't
keep
talking
on
the
phone
right
at
the
front."
Oh
when
I
tell
you
it
triggered
this
man,
it
set
him
off!
🤯
"You
know
what,
leave!"
So
unnecessary,
he
paced
back
and
forth
as
he
shouts,
"You
can
go
right
ahead
and
leave!
Leave!
Go
ahead
and
leave,
you
ain't
getting
nothing,
nooope!"
"LEAVE!"
Paced
right
into
the
back,
I
still
stayed
right
there
for
the
following
10
secs
tops
lol
he
returned
with
the
dumb
question
that
he'd
been
waiting
his
whole
life
for
😆
and
walks
away
once
again.
At
this
point
no
one
from
the
handful
of
people
working
in
there
besides
him
came
to
the
front,
so
I
just
went
to
my
kid
and
told
her
we
weren't
getting
that
small
fry.
What
blew
my
mind
is
that
right
after,
a
man
came
in
being
hysterical
about
the
lobby
doors
being
locked
apparently,
get
this...
this
man
made
a
whole
scene,
was
cursing,
yelling,
it
was
obvious
he
made
the
crew
uncomfortable.
YET
that
same
manager
treated
him
with
kindness.
That
blew
my
mind!
So
if
anyone
wants
to
give
business
to
a
fast
food
place
that
has
a
sexist
rude
af
manager,
Wendy's
off
72nd
across
NFM
in
Omaha,
NE
is
the
place
to
go.
Smh.
Update***
MATT
is
the
newly
promoted
shift
lead,
not
even
a
manager!
The
arrogance
and
entitlement
is
real
folks.
