    So..how do I go about this in the kindest words. First off not long ago I posted a good review, but since that review about a year passed and it went a whole 180. Manager is great, but the staff? Wow. Dirty hands, hands down pants, sagging pants consistently having to be pulled up then handling food bags. Had waited 25 mins at curb for drive thru order to be given cold couple weeks ago, then today we return for meals to have terrible service again. Got chicken sandwiches that were frozen without any condiments or anything at all on them. Wow. Kmon Wendy's..please don't go the way of Bed Bath and Beyond with this customer service. Will never be returning to this Wendy's again and will make note to push others away too to avoid wastes of money.

    Nothing has improved here. They updated the seating, but still terrible service on a not so busy day and time. The drink machine options were only 25% available and they don't fulfill orders correctly. That ain't no pretzel bun. Newly updated, but poorly managed. Almost all the drinks at the fountain were out of stock. Ordering was slow, getting the food was super slow.

    Drive thru did not listen to/could not comprehend order, even after repeating at least three separate times. Worker still asked questions about order at least twice that we’d already answered at least three times. They then proceeded to forget 1) our drinks, 2) the frosty, 3) the sauce they asked us multiple times to repeat our order for, and 4) did not customize the burger that we ordered and had to repeat (including the customization for “no onion”) at least three times. They also did not give us the actual burger we ordered. Do not go through the drive thru at this location, and be sure to check every single item you are given to ensure it’s what you ordered, and make sure you are actually given everything you ordered, because they didn’t manage to do any of those things right for us.

    Today, I had thee worst experience at Wendy’s. We pulled up and began ordering after the drive thru worker said she was ready. This lady/girl at the drive thru was clearly not listening at all. She asked us repeatedly … literally at least five times what our order was. She kept asking again and again what the drink was. Finally we said, never mind… we’ll go elsewhere! The girl/lady replied back, *pops lips* “Oh my god!” We were thinking the same thing too, “yes, oh my God!” Like how many times do we have to tell you the same order??? Never again. Just save yourself the headache and go to a different location.

    This location is absolutely atrocious. I’ve gone in multiple times and they have always gotten my order wrong. They charge me for things I order and don’t hand them out or give me my receipt. They also LOVE to close way before they are supposed to or their website says. I used to work at a Wendy’s and I understand they have teens and students, but it seems this location has NO adult supervision whatsoever.

    Please fix your drive thru drive way. There are huge holes driving up to the window. That can damage our vehicles. My tire went down in that hole. My food was excellent. The staff was really nice.

    Ordered a 4 for 4 after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Somehow got a cold burger and they forgot my bbq sauce after asking me twice what sauce I wanted. Would not recommend.

    I think that it is a shame that all soda machines are down, only thing to drink is Signature lemonade and bottled water. Would have been fine because I like lemonade but, 75 cents extra with the combo and 40 cents more for bottle water. Not my fault stuff is down. And the lady at window super rude. Very disappointed.

    So I pulled up to the drive-thru on Tuesday night. The kid said I'm sorry, we are closed. It was 8:50 p.m. and Wendy's doesn't normally close until ten. So what's up with that? He said sorry. We are short staffed and the people that work here are students. I thought school was out. Where was the manager? I say this is not cool.

    Had to go back 3 times before my order was made correctly. PJ or TJ said," what's wrong with the fry's, can't be anything wrong, they're fries". I had to tell her she wasn't even listening before I was able to add that the fries were not given back after the burger was replaced. So, they don't listen, they're quick to be defensive and there was still an attitude behind fixing the issue. Franchise won't last long

    Don't even know why I bother with this place anymore. Every time I come here, I leave with disappointment. I ordered a pretzel baconator and got a regular bun instead. Also had the ghost pepper chicken sandwich with barely any toppings. The person at the window was nice but the cooks don't seem to know how to read an order. This location just keeps getting worse with every visit and I probably won't come back at this point.

    Words cannot explain how poorly we were treated here. Food was incorrect four times, and they acted as if we were in the wrong for merely trying to get our correct order... It was ridiculous. I know it's fast food but dang... some semblance of customer service would be appreciated.

    Worst customer service from the manager himself. This adult child waited his whole life to ask, "Whaaat, you want to talk to the manager!?" I nod my head, "Great cuz I'm the manager! Leave now!" It started when I went up to the front desk to literally order just a small fry. 🙃 The manager himself standing right behind the counter, in that little area infront of the registers, talking on the phone. He keeps talking and talking and that's fine; I'm in no rush. My daughters and I have literally been chilling in the lobby for an hour. Anyways, it gets to the point that I felt like it was ok to simply get a sentence in, (I know he heard me,) mind you; one sentence. "Can I just order a small fry?" The dude keeps talking, which is whatever, I'm thinking, he'll probably ring it up once he hangs up. Before the man even gets off the phone, he shouts over to his crew, "who's at the front?!" *pause while he waited for an answer* continues... "cuz there's this lady here who keeps talking to me while I'm on the phone!!!" In such an ugly tone too. I right away found that unprofessional, he could've simply said a customer needed help. The fact that he lied is what was annoying to me, so I said, "then don't keep talking on the phone right at the front." Oh when I tell you it triggered this man, it set him off! 🤯 "You know what, leave!" So unnecessary, he paced back and forth as he shouts, "You can go right ahead and leave! Leave! Go ahead and leave, you ain't getting nothing, nooope!" "LEAVE!" Paced right into the back, I still stayed right there for the following 10 secs tops lol he returned with the dumb question that he'd been waiting his whole life for 😆 and walks away once again. At this point no one from the handful of people working in there besides him came to the front, so I just went to my kid and told her we weren't getting that small fry. What blew my mind is that right after, a man came in being hysterical about the lobby doors being locked apparently, get this... this man made a whole scene, was cursing, yelling, it was obvious he made the crew uncomfortable. YET that same manager treated him with kindness. That blew my mind! So if anyone wants to give business to a fast food place that has a sexist rude af manager, Wendy's off 72nd across NFM in Omaha, NE is the place to go. Smh. Update*** MATT is the newly promoted shift lead, not even a manager! The arrogance and entitlement is real folks.

    1st time I came here the wait was 30 min. The second time I walked in with two friends and checked what time they closed. One worker said “Now” and they other said the real time they closed with was 8pm. The workers were super uninviting, rude, and gave us a death stare for even walking in.

    Came through the drive thru and the cashier was very rude just saying what do you need. I asked her if she liked her job. She giggled then said what do you need. With her rude attitude I didn't order a thing a drove off.

    A bit disappointed by my recent visit. The cashier entered my meal the way I said it, but when I paid they threw away my receipt. I received two items that were not what I had ordered and felt a bit cheated and lied to by the staff. It doesn't take much integrity to be honest about what you don't have in stock. I would be perfectly fine with getting something different if they let me know if they had it or not, but instead of asking me, they made the substitutions for me, giving me items I wasn't satisfied with. I figured this is the only way to handle this issue since the cashier threw away the receipt I could've used to try to get a refund.
