    I'm not one to give 1 star. I'm always fair I think. I stopped in and grabbed some food on my way to work. When I got there and took a bite of my burger it was raw in the middle. I sent an email about days ago and I have not even yet received a response and that's where the 1 star is coming from.

    Let's start least issue to worst. Let's start with how expensive it is to eat at this place now. My word. Next, I ordered through the drive through and didn't only got about half my order. Had to double back and correct it. Still not too bad. Last and worst I got home and my daughters hamburger was raw. Not just a little pink, not medium rare, I'm talking the cow just got out of the butcher and put straight on the burger. What pushed me over the edge on this is I tried to call the location that is on Google and it does not work. The number isn't even real or connected. They make sure you can't reach them. Now I have to go back in and talk. I really let most of that go since it's fast food but my daughter having raw meat is where I draw the line. But obviously no numbers or outreach will result in any action so this is the best outreach I have. DO NOT EAT HERE!

    We all know how McDonald’s started making you place your own order for dine-in. Well now through drive thru they have a robot taking your order. SURPRISE! (not) robots can’t always get it right and don’t have customer service. I ordered an *EGG* McMuffin sandwich which should come with the bread, egg, cheese and Canadian bacon. I received just the bread…😅. When we called the restaurant the guy did nothing to help besides say we can come back to get a new one. Then had the nerve to compare what they are doing with taking orders like Walmart makes you self check out. That’s why I don’t go to Walmart anymore. No I don’t go to McDonald’s for customer service, I went for convenience. But how they make you place your order with a robot which then makes it much more inconvenient. Now I don’t have breakfast 🙃

    Surprised they took the counter offering away. There’s not a lot of people who know how to order their stuff. The employees end up helping the people who need it do not sure what the point of it was. Staff was very courteous and checking in on myself and the diners throughout the lunch hour.

    McDonald's is always good. French fries are the best but getting pretty pricey these days. Look on your receipt & if you have a survey invitation do it. The survey I was given allows you to get a 2nd sandwich free on your next visit w/in 30 days. 👍

    Where do I start. They had a guy taking our order in drive through and it was his first day. Why would you put a new person on headset! After this we wait 2 minutes well their system reboots. We drive up to the window and the guy gives us the first half of our order. Then he didn’t give us our fries. He looks at our receipt and says that our order isn’t in their system. Then a manager walks up to window and just gives our fries. And the guy forgot our straw. I’m so disappointed. It took 10 minutes to get through the line with only one car in front of us. If I could give 0 stars I would

    This location will forget food everytime I wanna say the last 5 times I've been forced to come here they forgot something else. Yes I try to check the order that the bags are completely filled to the brim (lord forbid we get more then 1bag) I've had it with this location always screwing up so the next time my family forces me to eat this disgusting food I'll go to a different location

    They’ve never gotten my order wrong. The fries really aren’t how I remember them, and they are very overpriced. I recommend you skip the fries. An economical way to eat for 2 people for us was using the app, buy one get one free McDouble, 20 nuggets to share, and one drink to share w/ refills. If you start buying everyone their own fries and drink it gets crazy. Sometimes I get my kid a happy meal but the toys this month suck. Employees were nice so nothing wrong there.

    The manager of this McDonald’s goes above and beyond to help customers. I had a problem with mobile ordering - she listened to my panic and guided me through the process with a calm and level voice. She was wonderful.

    The guy at the counter could not get a simple order of 2 #7's because he was more concerned about his phone so sad, then his enabling manager was up set with me in stead of handling the initial problem

    GROSS!!! Didn’t even taste like McDonald’s. Plus messed up our order and when I went to tell them about it they acted like I was dumb and would really pay over $20 for 2 cheeseburgers and a fry.

    It's not every day I stop to write a review about a fast food chain, but the service at this location is wonderful! The staff is so kind, the food is ready super fast and is always made nicely. The food just tastes better here thanks to the caring team of staff that work this location.

    The workers here are just straight rude to you. I went through the drive thru and paid my order, didn’t get a receipt. Once I got my food I checked it over and didn’t get half my food. I asked the guy politely if I could get the rest that I needed but he asked for a receipt when I didn’t even have one. It was constant back and forth giving bags and arguing that we didn’t pay for what we got. I know what I ordered. All I wanted was 3 more items to my meal but that got every worker so mad and up tight about things. All I wanted was the rest of my food but apparently that’s too much to ask for. And on top of everything, the general manager came over to help and she even started to argue with me about what I got. Do not go here. This is the worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever had
