Any time I’ve ever gone in every employee is always super nice and make sure I know everything that is going on and answer any questions I have. They helped me get an orthodontist to pull a tooth from the middle of my mouth to where my canine goes. Because of them not just pulling it I have my actual tooth and not an implant. They have always done amazing work on my teeth! Definitely recommend seeing anyone at this dental office!

Finding someone you’re comfortable with wrist deep in your mouth can bring on a whole new set of anxieties. Let me say that I experienced all of the anxieties of choosing a dentist, how is their scheduling? Do they have rude receptionists? Long wait times? Will they judge me? Immediately all of those anxieties melted away on my first visit to Quality Dental Care. The receptionists were welcoming, there was an issue with my appointment but it was immediately addressed without being curt. After my paperwork was filled out I was immediately seen. My cleaning wasn’t rough or rushed. Dr.Gudenrath and the Dental assistant were very professional, kind and informative as well as personable. I didn’t feel like an inconvenience. I felt seen and heard, and most importantly treated with dignity. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Dr. Janecek is a fabulous dentist! A week before heading to Italy, a crown fell out and I panicked! He was able to reattach the crown to get me through the trip. He is always personable and friendly and he remembers conversations from previous visits. That, to me, signifies he is interested in his patients. Aaron is a great hygienist/tech. The office staff is very kind and friendly. It is, overall, a wonderful dental office!

I’m a new patient with quality dental and let me tell you this is the absolute best dental office in the state of Nebraska 💯 .Dr. Janecek and his dental assistant, Sophia amazing 💯 they made me comfortable. I felt confident that the doctor knew exactly what to do and he did not disappoint , and every staff member at this location are kind they made me feel welcomed. My husband and I went to see Dr. Erich Trumm at Quality Dental Care in Omaha this morning. After researching dentists in the area, we just felt he may be a good fit for our dentistry needs after moving to Omaha. We couldn’t have been more pleased!! Discussing our experiences this morning found us both feeling we had found the right dentist for us. We were cordially greeted by office staff, treated very professionally with care by the hygienist, and Dr. Trumm. Both he and his staff took the time to make us feel comfortable and listened to, and we left feeling we had a very thorough exam. Kuddos to Dr. Trumm and his staff for making this dentistry change in our lives a very comfortable, reassuring one knowing our dentistry needs are in the best hands!

This is a great dental place! My family of 6 has come here for more than 20 years! The staff great us by name and always have great service. However today I had a new doctor do my periodontal cleaning and I experienced a fair amount if poking and pinching. I may have become more sensitive over the years , but she could use more gentleness in the gum measurements and flossing.

I have always had great service here. Aaron does a amazing job at cleaning teeth. Mrs.Byer has been awesome to work with! She has pulled a tooth for me and got me set up with invisalign. This was after I had to have my wisdom teeth surgically removed. They had recommendations for a doctor all went well. All the staff has been cordial and helpful.

My whole family has been with this practice for 25+ years. Dr. Trumm is the absolute best! He worked me in for an unscheduled procedure on a full day to make sure I got taken care of and wouldn’t be in pain any longer than I already had been. The whole office is amazing! Kind, compassionate and accommodating. Highly recommend this practice to people of any age! Thanks again!!

I have not always had great experiences with dentists in the past so I was nervous to try a new one but Quality Dental Care came recommended from several friends. I can not say enough good things about this place! The front desk and billing department are amazing! So friendly and helps put my anxiety at ease. I have now seen 4 of the dentists there for different things and they are all knowledgeable and caring. They take their time to explain things and I never feel rushed out the door. I’m so happy to have found this place!

Always greeted with a warm smile and welcome and remembered by my face/name and not just a file, which speaks volumes and shows awesome customer/client experience and compassion. They are amazing at finding a schedule/appointment that works for you. And, always do what they can to make sure you're as comfortable as possible. The staff is phenomenal! Dr. Maggie Harold was excellent at cleaning my teeth. She was very friendly and professional. I will go back to see her within six months in August I can't wait. Dr. Byers and the staff at Quality Dental are the best. She worked with me to replace, for cosmetic reasons, 6 bottom teeth and 2 top front teeth with crowns. Going through the process was painless and professional. I'm very happy with the results and my smile. THANK YOU!
