Had to break my lease early for a wide range of issues which led to borderline unlivable conditions in my apartment. Management will take weeks to months to address issues, sometimes even closing maintenance requests without sending anybody at all. Funny enough, if you try calling their office as a resident, you’ll be lucky if they pick up. But if you call as someone trying to get a new lease, they’ll pick up right away! Anyways, after paying a ridiculous amount of fees to break my lease, they proceeded to send me to collections for MONEY I ALREADY PAID THEM. DO NOT LEASE FROM TUDOR HEIGHTS. They are the most sketchy, predatory, and negligent company I’ve ever dealt with. They advertise cheap rent but proceed to charge you all kinds of fees for any reason they can think of. Even now, two months after moving out, they are still trying to scam and intimidate me into paying them more money. I can not fathom how the whole place hasn’t been shut down and bulldozed by the city. From the sounds of it I am far, far from the only person with a horror story. Probably because management knows that everybody who rents from them doesn’t have the money to take them to court.

10/10 would NOT recommend! There’s a reason this place has so many bad reviews! Rent ended up being $200/mo more than they advertise, they charge a monthly fee to pick up your trash (which isn’t even an option) yet they don’t always pick it up. They are quick to charge a $25-$50 fee if trash can is left out or if trash falls out. The gym is gross. The pool is nasty. And your car is definitely gonna get broken into.

Still to this day in 2023 they don't respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner even emergency ones. There are emergency maintenance men not emergency services so better hope you don't need a plumber. On that note the maintenance men they have will come and maybe start working on an issue you have, say rotting drywall, then they will leave it half finished with nails sticking out of your wall and/or no paint. About 1 hour of a skilled laborer in the interior drywall profession. Something like that may get completed or ignored or halfway done and never finished. You just don't know. STAY AWAY FROM TUDOR HEIGHTS The worst apartment complexes I've ever been across 5 states. Would rather live in my car.

We lived here for 6 months and maintenance came maybe once or twice to fix the dishwasher that flooded anytime someone showered and they NEVER fixed it. Bugs everywhere. Purple mold on the ceilings. Leaks in bathroom. We had a guy come to fix the ceiling but he had to leave because the maintenance team didn’t even fix the leak. I even called the city and they deemed it not livable and I got out without paying any fees because they knew how bad this apartment is. Worst apartment ever don’t let them fool you

Edit: Niko Jenkins lived here, he must have seen something here that really peaked his interest. It definitely seems like his kinda place 🚮🗑 Awaiting the cookie cutter response.. Edit: 1 month later since first posting. Nothing has changed. Do not move here unless you want problems. Terrible people, crime, police always here, apartment issues, need I say more ? I will be updating my review until I move out I moved in a few months ago. I am extremely happy with the apartment aspect. However, the people at the office have mastered the art of seeming nice but in the end just blowing you off. Maintenance is what kills this place. I have a few major issues and minor ones that have not been addressed since I moved in. In fact, my initial checklist hasn't even been addressed.. Management is the reason for the one star reviews. In my opinion we need completely new staff. The old staff are used to the way things have been, not replacing them almost completely will be the end of this place. It's a shame, because this property has so much potential with its employees holding it back

I was dating a woman that lived here. The complex towed her car for not having plates or in transits on it. The car was purchased from a private party so there were no in transits to use. She was well within the 30 day time frame. I tried to help by contacting the manager and explaining her error. I even took the time to online chat with the sheriff's dept where they indicated the proper way was to get plates with in 30 days. I forwarded the chat to the manager and she quit taking my calls. The bottom line is that the management staff is ghetto and a bunch of immature children. So, so, so unprofessional. Some of the apts are unlivable. Unless you are down on your luck and can't get in anywhere else, do not get an apt at this place. Also, one night at about 2am there was a guy screaming in the hallway. He had been stabbed about 10 times. We saved his life. His friends, who also got stabbed, weren't so lucky. Apparently, they left the property and passed away elsewhere. My ex and I had to clean the blood out of the hallway because the apts hadn't touched in 3 days. Also, the apts said they would buy her a new doormat, hers was ruined with blood. It's something small but they couldn't even follow through on that promise, for someone who literally saved someone's life and prevented a murder from happening on their property. In my opinion the staff lacks general moral fiber. They are POS.

My boyfriend tried applying for this place and for the past month they have been very unprofessional. Probably the most unprofessional apartment complex I have ever seen. Every time he calls for an update they hang up on him after telling him they would give him back his admin fee within 2 weeks, they then tell him that they cannot pay him when he calls weeks later because the manager quit. He called last Monday and they told him to call again this week. He called Monday and they tell him they’re going to check on the status then end the call. He called again today and now they’re telling him he won’t get his money back for 5-7 weeks??? Then hung up AGAIN. You shouldn’t be a manager at an apartment complex if you have no idea how to do customer service. Ridiculous.

This place is horrible our car got broken into our uhual got broken into. Somebody tried to drill thru our deadbolt but didn’t succeed. I got charged 102$ after I already paid my rent. They took 2and half months to fix the everything in my unit as well. I don’t recommend. If it’s ur last option then take it. They advertise half of what they’re really telling you. January 12 woke up to a pile of snow in our living room and heater not working. It’s now January 17 at 7 pm and no one has stepped foot into our apartment leaving us without heat for 6 days now

I strongly recommend to choose another property management. This is one is like a scammer, change their policy everyday, and I really regret staying here. A lot of fees they didn't let you know until you pay the rental showing on your acct.

I am a resident living in Tudor Heights Apartments. I just wanted to say thank you for the upgrades, they are incredible! I didn't realize they would be this amazing. I'll be sure to take care of any of the new equipment as if it were my own. Also, I just wanted to let you know that your employee and maintenance team are incredibly amazing and fast. I’d definitely recommend these apartments to a family member or a friend. Thank you again for all the work y’all do.
