My first visit to the Omaha Med Spa was great! From the front desk interactions with JoAnn and Riley to the doctor and practitioner, I was treated with friendly, respectful service. I had a facial consultation with Dr. Abbott; he shared his honest opinion about my skin and treatments from which I may benefit, but was never pushy (which I appreciated). He listened to me about my concerns and responded professionally and positively. Lexi administered the Skin Pen (microneedling) with PRP treatment. I am on day 2 of my healing and excited to see my results. I highly recommend this med spa for its offerings and the professionalism of its staff and practitioners.

I’ve been coming here for over a year for weight loss. They have several options to fit your needs, and they are amazing. They even picked up on a hormone issue that was causing a ton of problems for me! I feel better than I ever have now, and I couldn’t be more appreciative. All the staff there are kind and professional. Abbey is a personable and knowledgeable practitioner, and I recommend them whenever I can for anyone looking for health and wellness improvement.

I’m on the OWL diet and using the Semaglutide - I’ve lost roughly 45lbs in 6 months. The diet truly works, but you have to DO IT. I love working with Abbey Hansen. She was great at starting me at a low dose and working up - I never had any nausea. My visits are quick, she’s understanding when I have an off week, and she’s thorough with her recommendations. I’m about 10lbs from my goal and then I’ll wean off the meds. Hopefully using the diet tools I’ve learned I can keep it off!

Omaha MedSpa has an amazing atmosphere! Lexi is super sweet and very knowledgeable and took her time to know exactly what I wanted! Dr Abbott is such an expert in the area of aesthetics and he also took his time and explained everything very thoroughly! I would recommend Lexi and Omaha MedSpa! They are the complete package!!

I visited Omaha Med Spa for a filler appointment. Their scheduling is so flexible and usually can get in quickly! I went to Abbey (PA) and she did an excellent job. So fun and outgoing and turned me in to a returning client. Amazing experience! Thank you OMS!

When I first called for information on the OWL diet, the person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable about the system and how it worked. It was easy to set up an appointment. All the staff was very welcoming. PA Abby went through program with me and answered all my questions. All though I was very skeptical at first, I'm glad I am on this journey, and it's not as difficult as I thought it would be.

The best Med spa experience I’ve had so far! The Service at Omaha MedSpa from the moment I first emailed to the moment I walked out the door was 1st class! I had my treatment done with Reem who is a true, knowledgeable professional.Her persona and ability to make me feel comfortable was unbeatable. , I won’t go to anyone else for my injections! She was super attentive in explaining the process of the treatment that I was getting done ,which was very informative.Thank you Omaha Med Spa !! You guys are truly AMAZING !

I came in to get some facial balancing done. I scheduled a consult and was able to see Lexi. She was a gem! She looked at my face and made some recommendations on places I could get filler and Botox. She was so sweet and answered all of my questions. She was great to work with and I give her a 5 star. However, there was a receptionist at the front desk named Sailor. When I was in the room with Lexi getting my treatment, Sailor was talking loud enough on the office phone to a customer, that I could hear the conversation. A customer was asking where some office was located in the building. Sailor gave a kind of sassy/rude response. I didn’t think much of it. But when I went to check out, I was using Cherry (financing service) and had some questions. I asked Sailor for help and anytime she would respond to me, she would use a sassy and condescending undertone. Sailor gets a 2/5 star. As much as I loved working with Lexi, I won’t be going back because of Sailor’s sassy attitude. If you can ignore the sass at the front desk, then I recommend this place. But for me, the front staff set the tone and I don’t have the energy to deal with sassy receptionists.

My Mom recently had an appointment for filler and Botox with Lexi. I was lucky to tag along. Lexi was so helpful and knowledgeable! Lexi asked my Mom what her goals were, and helped her choose the best options/techniques to obtain those goals. She explained everything completely. My Mom was ecstatic with her amazing results! The spa was top notch! I can’t wait for my appointment! If you have been considering any med spa services, don’t hesitate to give them a call. They are so knowledgeable and patient! You will not be disappointed!
