I
came
in
to
get
some
facial
balancing
done.
I
scheduled
a
consult
and
was
able
to
see
Lexi.
She
was
a
gem!
She
looked
at
my
face
and
made
some
recommendations
on
places
I
could
get
filler
and
Botox.
She
was
so
sweet
and
answered
all
of
my
questions.
She
was
great
to
work
with
and
I
give
her
a
5
star.
However,
there
was
a
receptionist
at
the
front
desk
named
Sailor.
When
I
was
in
the
room
with
Lexi
getting
my
treatment,
Sailor
was
talking
loud
enough
on
the
office
phone
to
a
customer,
that
I
could
hear
the
conversation.
A
customer
was
asking
where
some
office
was
located
in
the
building.
Sailor
gave
a
kind
of
sassy/rude
response.
I
didn’t
think
much
of
it.
But
when
I
went
to
check
out,
I
was
using
Cherry
(financing
service)
and
had
some
questions.
I
asked
Sailor
for
help
and
anytime
she
would
respond
to
me,
she
would
use
a
sassy
and
condescending
undertone.
Sailor
gets
a
2/5
star.
As
much
as
I
loved
working
with
Lexi,
I
won’t
be
going
back
because
of
Sailor’s
sassy
attitude.
If
you
can
ignore
the
sass
at
the
front
desk,
then
I
recommend
this
place.
But
for
me,
the
front
staff
set
the
tone
and
I
don’t
have
the
energy
to
deal
with
sassy
receptionists.
