I was doordashing and watched one of the woman working being incredible rude to two blind customers. I've never wrote a review before but the obvious ableism was crazy. When they first came in all the staff sat there and didn't make a sound, I had to be the one to help them find the desk to order. Then she kept pressuring them to order and interrupting the audio reading the menu (app on their phones). The young woman ordering had a bit of a speech impediment and the server was incredible rude about it. When they finished ordering the worker held out her hand and got mad at the customers for not seeing her hand. Once again they are blind. When they asked to sit down to eat she looked around the room and paused for a good 15 seconds. There was many seats there only 3 tables were taken. She didn't treat anyone this way before or after these blind customers. I can't speak for the food but I won't ever try it. Not when they treat people like this.

Good peanut butter chicken, meals had beautiful garnishes. Good hot and sour soup, crab Rangoon was good. Good service. Wife's Thai tea was really good.

I've been coming to Crystal Jade for years and the quality of the food has always been superb. I'm always greeted promptly at the door. The menu is large with variety, and they have a full vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free menu upon request! (The Peanut Butter Tofu is a particular favorite of mine.) Whether dining in or taking out, my order has always been brought to me quickly. I just introduced my boyfriend's parents to Crystal Jade last night, and they also thoroughly enjoyed their meal. His mother said the orange chicken was wonderfully delicious. I can never finish a full plate in one sitting, but I'm already excited to have my leftovers for lunch today. It's all just so good!

I love the quality of the food, the price, the attention to details and the location. It is my new “ go to” for Chinese food. I strongly recommend you try it. They took over a Village in so there is only so much they can do about atmosphere but it is clean.

I ordered this from grub hub. When I got the food I was not expecting to Receive such a large portion (no complaints at all). It was breathtaking. When I took the first sip of the hot and sour soup I just had to thank Jesus because it was so delectable and so delicious. Then at last I dove into the orange chicken and fried rice. I couldn’t stop eating it. The chicken was perfection and the flavor? Immaculate. Thank you for your wonderful food You prepared for me. God bless you.

Excellent food and excellent service! My daughter and I are both gluten free, and are always looking for new options. They have so many gluten free options that are absolutely delicious. I am sure the other dishes are great also, but this has become one of our favorite restaurants because of the GF options.

Crystal Jade has so many vegan options, my facial getting the peanut butter mock duck with rice. Their food is delicious, but anytime we dine in we tend to be the only ones there. If you enjoy that, then dine in for sure

Bangin' food here! I've only had one bad experience here and they were quick to remedy the situation and make things right. Always big portions, great taste, friendly staff, and my go-to place for fantastic Chinese dishes!

The food was good and came out in a timely manner but the service was TERRIBLE. The server acted like we were a huge inconvenience and did not smile once. The parking lot was nearly empty and there were 2 other tables besides us so they weren't busy at all. When we were given our checks, the server kept coming to the table to open my bill book to see if I'd paid yet. We felt very rushed despite it being 230p on a Saturday when we left. Very disappointed and will not return.

Great food! Similar price point to a lot of other places in the area but the food itself was a lot better! We got pad thai and firecracker chicken with fried rice, egg drop soup, and egg rolls. very fresh and really tasty. large portions too! we took over half our home!! Fast service and really cute place.

Run down restaurant - Hostess/waitress was there to do a job only. No emotion, not real interested in the two groups of customers dining or the several coming in to pickup orders. Food came out quickly - crab Rangoon (mostly watered down cream cheese, no crab taste noted), sweet & sour sauce was really sweet & sour water - again, no taste. Broccoli Chicken was slimy, no taste, disgusting and did not eat. Egg roll & cashew chicken were edible but not that good. Very disappointing experience - definitely not worth the time or money spent. Not sure what happened over the years - won’t be going back again

The food smells all the same like cat hair. We all ordered something different but everything tasted the same. Out of three of us we all threw out our food. Crystal Jade please do better. I know you can.My won ton was over cooked and dry

Gluten Free options for my daughter is why we go. But they really do not like dine in customers at all. They are straight up rude. I kind of laugh about it at this point. It was way better like 10 years ago.

I like it the service and your food variety, and the staff is very attentive, you enjoy your meals 😉

Great Asian food and awesome service. Got a mix of vegetarian and vegan entrees. They have a veg and gf menu, and a diverse selection of asain cuisines. Highly recommend, great for picky eaters.

I've been going to crystal Jade for a long time, 10 plus years now . I won't go into details, the food is great depending on what you order but the customer service on the other hand is lacking. Not very warm and inviting.. You would think to treat your regular customers with a little bit more politeness and joy, but no. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 star. They can do better! ☺️

Tried the Vegan Menu with the wife tonight. Definitely worth a try. I went with the mock duck and tofu generals while she had the volcano tofu. Will Def try again soon!

Placed an order thru door dash, received someone else's order, door dash let me reorder- 20 minutes later the restaurant cancelled the said order. Called the restaurant to inquire why they cancelled and a lady told me order had been picked up already. I tried to explain the circumstances to her but she got all huffy and actually hung up on me!!! I usually order from crystal jade at least 5/6 times a month but with service like this- never again. You just don't treat your customers like that. I will dine elsewhere so sad a business has to be like that.

Great Chinese food. Had the Combo (beef-shrimp-chicken) Chow Mein from lunch menu and had enough left to share with my son for dinner. Great prices

Staff was hard to understand. Spoke very quickly and didn't try to repeat. The food was very bland. Lots of it but very bland.

Food was mediocre and one note. Worst part is that they had the building so cold, your food tasted refrigerator cold after just minutes on the table. My wife had to wear a winter coat and gloves. Will not be dining in ever again.

This is by far THE BEST Chinese food in Omaha. I get Crystal Jade at least once a week and they never disappoint. The curry noodle soup is absolutely outstanding and the fried rice is phenomenal. You can’t go wrong here, order up!

Great options all the time. They charged 1.00 extra since COVID which is understandable. Still great food and awesome service. We went at 8:30 and got served fast was out by nine (that's is when they closed). This is one of my top five restaurants to eat at in Omaha. I would highly recommend. ❤️

Best Chicken Tikka Masala around. Never thought I’d have crab rangoon, fried rice and Indian food from the same place in one meal but wow does it work well together. Not only really good food but also has many nation’s dishes AND vegan/vegetarian menus. Definitely the number one go to from here on out for us

My wife and I have been eating here for years. Hands down some of the best food in Omaha! Incredibly consistent and very flavorful. Excellent vegan options as well. Thanks for all the yummy food 😋

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Smelt like cat piss and tasted even worse. Prices are to high for the taste. All meat is dark meat, if that's what you like then your good at that end of the spectrum. Do not recommend, spend the money go to or Chang's!
