I must first say that I enjoy the food... However, the service that you can expect here doesn't merit even the one star. I called @ 7:45 pm on 09/14/2021. I ATTEMPTED to order prime rib and escargot for takeout and was told that they are too busy to accommodate a takeout order. So I paid them a visit to see this for myself. Once I got there (8pm), it was nearly empty. This isn't the first time I've been denied takeout. Another evening, while waiting at the bar for my takeout order, I had been lectured by a cook about how I needed to pay for my side of tomatoes. ??? Um, OK. But here's the thing, I didn't ring the food up because I'm not an employee. I have NEVER experienced such lousy service. They don't deserve the patronage. I got ribs from the Longhorn Steakhouse instead.

I love the food here. The front side of the restaurant is a little iffy, but the inside was awesome. The servers were very nice and the food was delicious. The price.... of course, you know it. 🤭🤭

We had never been there and had a grand opening event nearby to attend so we tried it out. It was probably one of the cleanest restaurants I've been too. You could tell they even dusted the wine bottles behind the bar in the wall display. Food was great. We both ordered the prime riv and it was excellent as promised. Service was great. Wish I would have gotten our servers name to share because she was that good. Very professional and personable. Highly recommend. Also very affordable.

There are so many good places to get a steak in Omaha, that it'd be very easy to overlook this gem, hidden in a strip mall off Dodge in the far western part of the city. A small bar area, but attentive and skilled cocktail maker started things out well, and soon the hostess called us to say our table was ready. Comfortable booths around the perimeter, and a number of tables in the middle of the two dining areas provided space with sufficient privacy. Table service was friendly and efficient, and the 10 oz. ribeye and 10 oz. prime rib were perfectly seasoned and cooked, and was plenty ample for moderately hungry diners. Pesto escargot, garlic mashed potatoes and maple bacon Brussel sprouts rounded out the meal in fine fashion. A decent wine list and incredible number of ice cream drinks were icing on the cake.

Excellent restaurant! A true hidden jem of Omaha. Comfortable dining room. Our waitress Jessica K was outstanding and made us feel welcome while making sure our drinks stayed full. The prime rib was very tender and flavored well. My ribeye was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Our appetizer was the garlic cheese bread and the accompanying sauce was amazing. Overall we were very impressed with our first visit. We will definitely be back. Thank you

The service & food were great, but the lamb chops were just a little off. The maple bacon brussel sprouts were the bomb!

One of our go-to places when we crave prime rib goodness! Drinks are stiff like they should be, dinner is fantastic, and they offer delicious, adult dessert drinks (booze mixed with ice cream). Bonus on the prime - try it blackened. So scrumptious!!

Went to Jericho’s for dinner. This was some place that we haven’t been to but always hear good things about. Jericho’s is a place that we will return too. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful, appetizer and main course was really good.

Dinner date for Valetine's day. The food is awesome! Bobie, our server is great. I wish the management will consider a soft background music for their guests, because listening to the clinking of silverware ruins the mood.

Sadly, not a good experience. Shorted me a baked potato, prime rib was not quite "prime", dinner salad was quite sparse and food quality was not on the same level as price. Service was somewhat surly, as if it was a burden to take my order. I do tip well, but the reciprocity in friendly service and tasty food was not there. I realize restaurants are tough, but at least try. Second time bad experience, so I suppose it would be wise to find somewhere else for prime rib, salad and baked potato. I certainly do not take any joy or satisfaction in relating this culinary experience.

Brought our family from out of town here after hearing recommendations to try this place. The ambience was nice, but I was very concerned about cleanliness. We had so many bugs swarming our table. Lots of gnats and flies. My husband had a fly in his water. The server brought him a new one but left the water with the fly in it on our table. I was seated facing the kitchen so I could see that the chef was not wearing gloves or any sort of gear, such as, a hair net with his long beard to ensure safe food preparation. I had asked our server about seasoning in the food I wanted to order and rather than asking the chef when I told her my allergies, she told me not to order it. I ended up ordering a small well-done cut of steak which was not well done. The server did ask me to send it back but by the second time, the steak was completely charred on the outside but still super rare on the inside. My husband likes rare steak, so he opted to take it home, but I was very unhappy. Then lastly, you could hear one of the staff members in the kitchen cursing from our table. We have a one-and-a-half-year-old who is picking up words, so I really did not appreciate that either. Really expensive dinner to be concerned about bugs, food preparation, and service.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Jerico's in April. From the day we contacted them with an inquiry, Michelle (event coordinator) was more than happy to answer any questions we had. She worked with us to create a menu perfect for our event. There was no fee for the room rental or minimum food/drink purchase, which were perks we were excited about. The evening of the dinner, the service was incredible. We had 2 waiters for our private event and the did an amazing job keeping drinks filled and the food coming out in a timely fashion. The food was delicious and everyone's order came out just as they wanted. We highly recommend having your private event at Jerico's!

One of the best Prime Ribs I've ever had, going to be chasing this dragon for a while. Appetizer, bread, salad, everything else was great as well. Server was attentive and fast, food was on time and on point.

Probably great for a date. Went there with a co-worker because we're here for work from out of town and wanted a great steak. It's humble outside doesn't tell you it's a solid steak place on the inside. It is very dark inside though, and many of the customers we saw were quite old. Service was average, especially since it was a Tuesday and they weren't very busy. From the app we ordered to the chili I had, to our main entrees, all of the food was great. Couldn't eat it all. Prime rib and New York strips were cooked correctly to order. Drinks were solid too.

Drove up to Omaha just to eat at Jerico's. We were not disappointed. They were busy right up till closing on a Sunday night. The food was amazing. The service was prompt and polite.

There was a lot of food. I ordered prime was recommended to come here and that it was excellent. Prime was ok. Ordered 18 oz. 5 oz of fat if not more on both ends and bland. Broccoli was cold. Wife had ribeye was good but chewy. Like bubblegum. Son had ribeye medium rare. Half of it was burnt. Service was slow but ok. Will not be back.

My steak burger wasn't very good the bottom bum was so soft and soggy that i couldn't even eat my butter until i came home and 😇put the bun in the airfryer...i wouldn't care so much but there were no prices on the menu in a restaurant in a strip mall!!! Idk how much my date paid for that dinner (that wasn't worth fast food prices)... But I'm 1000% sure it was way overpriced!!! The waitress, however, was very attentive and impressive!!!

Hot and miss meal tonight. Don't waste your time with the bacon wrapped shrimp or cheese bread appetizers. Both definitely not worth it. Had to pick nasty lettuce out of my salad. Prime rib was good and cooked as ordered. 6 ounce filet was too charred on one side and had a really off-putting burned taste. For 39 dollars expected much better. Looked like they needed another server, wasn't too busy but with only two servers ours was running! Much better steak scenes in Omaha for the price.

This place has been around for years because the food is always consistently great. This is the place for prime rib in Omaha. I really like the hot rolls with butter. The servers are friendly and very helpful.

Would not recommend - this was recommended to us by a colleague so we had high hopes. I purchased a steak + garlic potatoes while my wife ordered the chicken cordon bleu. Neither tasted bad, they were just very bland and the steak wasn't anything special - same quality as I can make at home on my Kamodo Joe. House wine was OK, service was mediocre and the place itself feels very dated (which we'd be fine with if the food was worth a damn). For a $100 meal in an area of the country known for amazing steak it was exceptionally underwhelming. Save your money and go elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.

I had the pleasure of dining with the family of "The Bride to be". I'm the officiant of her wedding. The atmosphere was really nice and the lighting was just right. The server Bobby was very nice and accommodated each person perfectly, everyone enjoy their meal wich was delicious and cooked as ordered. I highly recommend this for family gatherings, business meetings, and even a fancy date with someone special.

Busy on the weekend!! I had the prime rib, which this place is known to have great quality meat! True statement!! Only thing I missed was a good crust on the outside. But this was a very tender cut of meat! The price was reasonable. The sides were so, so! But the dessert was a celebration! Homemade crust! I could taste the lime in the key lime pie!

Ordered a 50 dollar steak medium rare. Came completely raw in the middle after I cut it open. Sent it back. They brought me the same cut open 60 dollar steak. Wrong. Sent it back. Reminded them that this isn’t Texas road house. Brought me a new steak. Raw lol. Joke of a steakhouse. Waitress was cute and very nice. I liked her

Jericho’s white wine. Amazing. Bacon wrapped shrimp. Amazing. Prime. Amazing. Carrot cake. Amazing. Tricia serving us. Crazy Amazing. Very impressed when she came over and refilled our wine glasses. Atmosphere was ok. I have been to some nice places, but this one tops all. You just don’t find those place like these anymore that have been around for this long. I wouldn’t want have ate anywhere else for my 24th year anniversary with my wife. Thank you Jericho’s!

Excellent experience 👏 friendly and attentive staff. They were able to accommodate a large party on short notice. The food was delicious and impressed they brought the kids dinner first, I thought that was great thinking!

This was our 1st time at Jerico's. The prime rib was probably the best I've had! So tender. The salad was like any other place. I was a little disappointed as they were our of crab legs though. Our server didn't smile much but I would probably go back because of the prime Rib...

The Food was very good and came out fairly quick. However, server was much less to be desired. The server has definitely been there many many years and is set in her own ways of serving customers. This was quite obvious for myself to see being in the restaurant business for along time. It took along time for us to even get drinks and bread to start eating. Keep in mind she had maybe 3-4 tables to serve besides our 8 top. Of which 2 of tables had dinner already. So first off, she refilled a coke with ice tea and didn’t offer to grab a new one. Instead made a joke about how it could be a new drink, which I couldn’t believe. Secondly I told her before dinner meal and after dinner I wanted a soup to go on a separate bill. When I leaned back in my chair to remind her, she casually walked by and said nothing like she didn’t even hear me. Needless to say I never got my soup. Then we wanted dessert of which she I think unless the kids hadn’t had asked for the ice cream that came with the meals, she wouldn’t have even offered. So then she bought the bill out and then it sat on the table for a good 15-20 minutes while her tip dwindled away. I also noticed the restaurant GM absolutely doing nothing and not checking on any tables but instead siting up front on a chair for an hour looking at the wall and then proceeded to move to the bar area and watch a football game. Probably won’t be returning to there again unless I like slow and terrible service. My dad had told before I went there the service was terrible. Should have listened to his advice.

Great food and great memories. Used to go here with my parents and grandparents as a kid. They still have escargot, which I used to eat with my mom. You don't find that anywhere anymore. So amazing! Can't wait to go back.
