This is a nice clean location with friendly employees. If you've never been to a Culver's before, just know that they bring your food out to your table. This was the first time dining with kids, and I have to say they have an awesome kids' meal. It is hands down the biggest kids meal of any fast food place. You get a regular sized burger, small fries, milk or juice, and a scoop of ice cream for dessert. And for adults, I love the cheese curds here.

Hhello, it’s a me, Jon. Now glad to see that I am full, and knowing how most of human anatomy works I guess I can promise you that I am, and so will you after you listen to my thoughts and feelings once again. Recently I happened to bestow upon thins self, that I Jon should deserve a delusions treat. No better than that of the Wisconsin dairy that is found at Culver’s. The custard and the food are great, but just as important is the service, here you can always expect your order to be perfect, just like my bowling game. Over all this here Culver’s gets 8 thumbs up from me and my friends.

the workers are friendly but there was a long white hair in the fries. This place just doesn’t seem very clean.

Always love their fresh ingredients. These days with McDonalds and the like increasing prices to an insane degree it is WAY more worth the extra couple dollars to support a better tasting and friendlier business like Culver's. The staff is always ready to deal with the lunch rush and I have yet to run into an error in my order after several years of choosing to eat here. Highly recommend, as I will continue to visit often myself!

Slowest fast food in the industry. Frequently takes 15+ minutes to get my food while workers stand up front just "hanging out". Food is excellent though. Worth the wait....?

Update: removed a star after going to this location another time, having to wait in the drive thru line for 35 minutes only for them to mess up the order, attempt to fix it, and bring out the wrong item once again after waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes. Over 1 hour spent in the drive thru line and they still couldn’t get my order right. ———— While the food is always delicious and the workers are usually friendly and helpful, this location seems to have zero management of its drive thru line. Waits around dinner time typically exceed 15-20 minutes before you even can place your order. Given that I’m from Wisconsin, home of Culver’s, I know that all the food is made to order and takes a bit of time, but I have never had waits as consistently long as I do at this location anywhere else. If you order inside, you’ll receive your food promptly. It is as if they only take one drive thru order every 3-4 minutes. Once you order you typically have no wait to get to the pay window, and there are only one to two other cars waiting for food - since the food comes out fairly quick. It’s only the ordering process that they seem to not be able to manage.

I go here for my wife and kid. Every time the food is cold, missing or incomplete in some other way. Don’t try to order anything complicated like a meal because they will get it wrong. If you have more than one meal just forget expecting to have anything correct.

A first for me getting food from Culver's. I was pleased with the fish, frys and coleslaw. I will come back to eat again. I didn't try their ice cream custard but will next time. I recommend this place.

Fish was still good in the flavor category but has shrank. Shrink flashion I guess?

The staff at this location is ALWAYS friendly and try to go above and beyond for the guest. The food is absolutely delicious, love the fact that they have enough high chairs for small children for toddlers!

We love Culver's! Our orders are brought fast with a friendly face and on the rare chance that something isn't right, they fix it promptly and kindly! Delicious!

My son went to pick us up some Mixers & ordered his usual chocolate and 2 flavor of the day add heath. The special was mint with Andes mint. He tried to confirm that the 2 flavors of the day were mint & they said yes. When he received the mixers & saw they were all chocolate he questioned them and was told they don’t have mint ice cream. In frustration he took what they gave him and left. I don’t understand how they can have someone work the drive thru that doesn’t even know what they have for the special.

The drive thru was backed up at least 12 cars. I left and came back half an hour and it was backed up 6 cars. I wasn't dressed to go inside. The fries were still lukewarm, I anticipated hot and fresh.

Went thru the drive thru. Started 5:19 by the time I got my food it was 5:36 pm for two sandwiches. Very slow! Went through the drive through for potato soup they had vegetable beef soup. The problem was it had no beef in it tasted good otherwise. Service was slow too.

I am a big fan of this place and their ice cream, but this is the 3rd time I've gone...sat in line for 30 minutes and then get up to the board to order, and they tell me they closed early. (Mind you, they say they were closing at 8. It was 8:01, by the time the guy answered, and they are supposed to be open until 10.) Not giving them a hard time, this is actually the third time this has happened in the last couple months. It's time to start pointing people towards Freddy's, I suppose.

The food was good and came out fast. But PLEASE put up a sign for the drive thru line to not block the entrance/exit of cars leaving the parking lot!! I couldn't get out

I always love coming to Culver's. I usually stop in 2 times a month and always leave satisfied. The food is amazing. The staff is always friendly. Though, if you go during the evening shift, some of the staff crack jokes with you, which I love. I never once had a bad experience coming here. Safe to say, this is my go-to place for some quick food.

The food tastes much better than average fast food. Family friendly with a great team of staff. Very clean inside always.

Man, I'll tell you. The food was meh🤷‍♀️. The staff was worse than meh, they were like...idk Emo meh. They clearly hated being there. I audibly heard one of them say, "muhfckrs better stop comin in here, I wanna go home." I get it man, I don't care for public all that much and always wanna go home, I didn't even wanna come here for some food bro, but DAMN. I already don't like this, but now I'm ultra uncomfy cuz I know I'm bothering you. Anyways. It was ok, and sorry you hate your job.

Always a pleasant visit. Love the Turtle Pecan Sundae. My favorite! The kids are very polite and have awesome customer service skills. Bravo!!

There was a very long line in the drive thru w is a good indicator of good food. When I went inside my order was taken, when I asked how long bc I was on my lunch hour the cashier was like it won't be long. I said okay but really that "won't be long" is not a time indicator. So annoying. But it was les than five minutes. The floor where orders are taken were wet. I almost busted my behind.

Food is made fresh and is has been pretty enjoyable 90% of the time we have stopped there. I really enjoy the lemon ice smoothies- you have the option of adding two types of real fruit to. Great treat!

Took quite a while to go through the drive through. We ordered a Vanilla shake and a chocolate cone for my daughter. They had the order made wrong 2 times. Took what we got after the last time and left.

The food was great. Love the fish, and right now walleye is available by us. It is so good. Gotta have some frozen custard, always a great tasting treat

I will never go to burger King or McDonald's again. This burger was clearly made by someone who cares. The drive through lady's customer service to my parents was exceptional. Bless my parents, you get my business. Just impeccable!

The food was good, but unfortunately they forgot part of my order. I don't mind waiting, but they shouldn't give you your frozen custard first....it melts!

This location was awesome. Stopped with a bus tour of around 40 of us and the crew did a fantastic job of getting everyone's order taken and served in a very timely manner. Bravo to Culver's crew.

You know what I enjoy after a really long day at work? Cold fries on a meal that I didnt order because they had a communication hiccup. So how did an order from two cars back get to me after I waited for 20 minutes and watched no less than five cars pass. After convincing myself that it wasnt the fault of the poor kid who brought the food out and not yelling at him. I drive around with a cold kidsmeal I didnt order because they already shut everything down and I see two employees walking accross the parking lot with four bags of food and drinks. (they didnt even look to see if a car was coming before crossing) After working a 12 hour day and just wanting to not have to cook before I go to bed a refund and cold fries are not exactly enough. Oh. And I get home to find out that the drink was lacking enough syrup to even taste good. I have been coming to this Culvers since it opened, a very long time ago. However constant wrong orders, melted shakes, lack of customer service late at night, and now this, has put me over the edge and I wont be returning.

Perfect for Date Night! If you like burgers, fries, onion rings, or frozen custard, it does. not. get. any. better. Whether it's their tapped root beer or their fried Alaskan cod, I can't speak highly enough of Culvers, which has been a perennial family favorite for years! The pricing is a bit more than other places and their drive-thru wait is about 15 minutes, but it's worth the wait and every penny when you bite into those fresh fried cheese curds. Why are you reading this? Go out and see for yourself!!

Very busy on Wednesday night, both drive thru and inside. HD to get a gift card so went inside and had to wait for a while but the employees were working as fast as they could no no complaints from me! My husband was craving ice cream so he bought a small sundae. He said it tasted good 👍

This location always rocks it! My order is always right, my food is always delish, and the location is always clean. My only complaint (and it really isn’t one, more of an observation) is that they almost always have a line around the building but that is to be expected with food that is made to order and great service. This certainly keeps me coming back, so I can’t blame the others.

A little disappointed tonight. I understand having to wait a little bit to longer in the drive thru, I get it. But our food was cold. I understand that too. But you advertise that everything is cooked to order, tasted like it had been sitting. From the time I ordered it took 20 minutes to get to the window. Burgers were dry, fries 🍟 were cold.

I have gone to this restaurant multiple times. It has good food and great custard but it sometimes they have a little bit of a wait. Although, other than that the service is really good and the employees are really nice. Great place for a quick eat.

We had a great visit here around 3pm on a Sunday. We were craving burgers and shakes and the food didn't disappoint. My son ordered a deluxe bacon double cheese burger, fries and a peanut butter shake. I had the same except a single. The cashier, Andrew, was really kind and even knew to ask us if we wanted cups for water since the shakes were so rich. He did a great job and didn't mind when I changed my order. The PB shakes were amazing. The burgers and fries came out fast and hot and OMG they were delicious!!! Bathrooms were clean. The only thing that could have used a little work was the dining area. When we arrived we struggled to find a clean table. I didn't let the rating reflect this because half way through our meal a girl cleaned the tables.
