    Very poor service from start to finish. I placed my order (around $20) then got to the window and the worker asked for $50 or so, apparently mixing my order up with another customer's. I waited at the window for a good five minutes before the worker told me to pull forward to continue waiting, no reason was given. I pull forward and wait for another 10 minutes, meanwhile three cars behind me received their order and drove away... Altogether it took over 20 minutes to finally get my order. No apologies when it was finally brought out to me, and the food was low quality to boot. Fries were far from fresh and the buns seemed stale, cheese on the burgers was barely melted. I didn't even get a receipt. I don't have high standards, but this experience was ridiculous. I will not be returning to that location anytime soon, I don't get the impression that anyone there takes their job seriously.

    I got a Double Bacon Burger & 2 Large Chili’s & Large Chocolate Frosty. I had to wait awhile in the drive thru. My food is delicious! To all staff keep doing a great job!

    Worst experience ever. Forgot part of my order, gave a wrong item, chili was cold. Literally terrible service. Do not eat here. Don’t even waste your time. Look at the other reviews. Will definitely it be back here again.

    Hands down the worst experience I've had here. The lady that took my order was so rude when I asked basic questions. When I paid for my food I was not given my change until I asked for it (he did apologize). The same lady that took my order was handing the gentleman my food as she was eating chicken nuggets in front of me. I'm not sure if that is ok as far as food safety guidelines but I don't think I will ever visit this location if not any Wendy's from this point on. I understand times have changed but if this is the quality of service Wendy's is giving just shut down the business. Wendy's customer's deserve better and you should want to do better than this. I visited this location 8-14-2022 around 11:15am.

    Really rude employees in drive thru! The younger black lady in the window had an attitude about me adding water to my order. Then she shoved the food bags at me and said YOU'RE WELCOME BYE. Get a job that doesn't serve people if you want to act like that!

    Jamming out to loud music is understandable out of holiday.. but I've never seen a cashier actively holding a vape.. like they are smoking in the restaurant. It just seemed like no one took their job serious today. I then explained I have a Wendy's key tag and they refused to give me a junior in only wanted to charge me for a medium or large frosty. Just bad business all the way around.

    Received my order, drove a couple of blocks away, tried the cheeseburgers (2) and both were cold. Drove back, had to wait 10 minutes in drive-thru, inform them the cheeseburgers were cold, never a "sorry " or anything just had to wait more tome in drive-thru, pulled up to window and not a word was said, no sorry, NOTHING, just handed me a bag with 2 cheeseburgers. I'll never go to this Wendys again. All I wanted was a sorry or anything from them but got nothing. Horrible customer service

    The staff here is very friendly. This location can get very busy, so the wait is understandable. If you show kindness to the workers, they will return it with great service.

    Ordered a Dave’s double, the only topping was a pickle and a slice of cheese. It’s supposed to come with onions, lettuce and tomatoes, mayo, ketchup and mustard. First time ordering from here and will be my last.

    This Wendy’s SUCKS! I just went there 5/20/22 and my spicy nuggets were so hard and cold and the line went way to slow for food to be trash! Definitely go to a different Wendy’s!

    Waited 10 minutes for a sandwich and small fries with only one other customer there. There were 3 employees standing by the drive thru window talking while the girl who was working the window disappeared. She wasn't very pleasant when she was around either. I was hoping the food would be worth it but that wasn't the case. This location is very disappointing.

    While the staff has usually been slow and rude at the best of times, that didn't stop me from eating here. Tonight's order, though, has cemented my desire never to eat at this restaurant again. The burger I ordered was so cold the cheese didn't even melt, the bun was so stale that it actually crumbled apart when I tapped it with my finger, and the French fries were cold, covered in congealed grease, and rock-solid themselves. It was an utterly unpleasant experience and I'll not make myself suffer through it again.

    The food has always been top notch at Wendy's, however, the customer service is very poor. This was my first job 30 years ago and the training was very customer oriented. Now it is very rare to hear ANYTHING from an employee besides the total of your order

    I’m actually crying right now. I’m almost 6 months pregnant and just wanted a wrap and a baked potato. I opened my wrap out of the wrapped it was in and it wasn’t even put together nicely. Then I go to try and fix how poorly it was put together to discover that the tortilla is stiff and fell apart as soon as I tried to put it back together with no fixing it… then my baked potato not too much to complain about besides it didn’t seem to be split in half and was mainly hard but that wasn’t too hard of a fix as I just microwaved it. I’m not normally someone who leaves reviews let along negative but I was really looking forward to that wrap and now I can’t eat it.

    The hours are 6:30am to 10pm and this is the 5th time in a row that I arrive at the location at 8:15-8:40am and no one is working or has arrived. Lights are on and no one is in there. Seen an abundance of vehicles leave location after sayin hello and waiting. This location is honestly the worst. This is why I go to the other one located further down the road

    The Food was sufficient, but not more. The service was not what you would expect. There were no people in front of us in the line. Nevertheless, it took over 15 minutes to order the food. The mood in the building was weird. Employees laughed and ran around and shouted. You can say it looks like they had a great day at work, so great that they forgot they were at work…

    This place used to be one of my favorite locations but the last couple of years, it seems to have taken a nosedive. More often than not, the food doesn't seem as fresh as it once was and my most recent experience was, well, underwhelming. Now look, I understand that the 'Son of a Baconator' is the smaller version of the big guy. I get it, I really do. But this... what IS this? This is smaller than some sliders I've had. This was like a White Castle burger but dryer (I didn't know that was possible). This would still qualify for legal abortion if it were a human baby. And the bacon? Where is it? Oh, that one piece of bacon wadded up under the patty? I even tried an actual Baconator on the next visit but that is now a big helping of disappointment as well. Fortunately, I've found a solution to the madness. It's called Burger King's Bacon King. It's big, bacon-y and satisfying, all of the things that Wendy's used to be but is no more. It was nice while it lasted, Wendy's.

    Went to this location for the first time. The burgers tasted weird and had chunks of chewy meat in it. About 3-4 hour after eating it, I got really sick and can't get off the tolet.

    My Mercedes was damaged in your unmaintained drive thru pot hole. Clearly the giant unavoidable deep hole–that you can't see with another car pulling away from the window–has been there for quite some time with no urgency or consideration for your customers. Jerks. Also, your location management can't stock enough coke syrup so that the location doesn't run out?

    Depending on the location. But all Wendy's used to be " high end" fast food worth the extra money, but it's not so good now, service bad, food cold, they closed alot of them in my area and should close em all

    Wrndys is doing their best to make something outta nothing. My burger was good but the new crispy fries were not crispy. Maybe they sat too long and if thats the case its sad....I keep going back hoping it will get better but at some point you have to cut the cord and move on. Especially when the prices keep going up the quality should not go down.

    8/29/23 about 6:30am. I'm at the drive thru for 5 min and nothing, assuming this place is open I go by the window and see an employee standing in the corner not taking orders, but taking this company's money because they probably are on the clock. Ain't this considered the same as stealing? I'd fire this person immediately. I hope this gets to the general manager

    I went through the drive thur to order and my food was cold especially the fries who wants to eat cold burger & fries and furthermore the fries were cold and crunchy. I love Wendy's but it's to find new location. I hate to search outside of my neighborhood

    Ate here food left us on toilet all night. Quality of food has gone way down hill. Called to ask for manager, they put us on hold for 35 minutes while they laughed in the background. After the cops guy was shot & killed here we should of never went to this location however we do like the frosty's which ice cream machine was right there and employee went in back room to get ours. What is really going on here? I guess if you like being on the toilet all night go ahead and eat here but when you call to complain they won't come to phone and they think it's all funny laughing in background at you, a bunch of clowns work here.

    The drive through was trouble. It took 45 minutes and by the time we got up there the kid in the drive window took the debit card, close the window, walked away, then after the food was already made he comes back from getting my card. He continues to tell me that Wendy's don't take cards. I asked for my card back that forgotten to give me. They still tried to get me to pay for it. I took my card and told them NO.. I will never stop at a Wendy's again with such bad service.

    Just went thru the drive thru. Drinks wasn’t full had to ask to be filled. Forgot frosty had to park and walk up to drive thru for frosty did not get a sorry or anything was in a rush and rude as well when taking order not a fan of this location

    Employee that took my order was very unfriendly and totally silent only asking the basic questions. When my order was done she just put it on the counter but didnt call my name or number out. Food came out as ordered and fresh. The bathrooms were very unclean and appeared to have been that way for a while. Drivethru was steady the entire time and seemed to move at a decent pace. Overall good food but horrible customer experience. If the food is all you want skip inside and use the drive thru.

    Not sure why, but the eat-in hasn't been open for awhile. So it's only drive-thru. The service is bad. The employees couldn't show less appreciation and kind service to customers. The last two times we've been there the burgers have actually been cold. Love the location, but it used to be way better. It's closest to us, but unfortunately we may have to quit going there.

    It’s drive thru only even though it states dine in and drive thru. They won’t do to go orders if you call, despite no signs on their doors saying dine is closed. So if you don’t have a car I guess you can’t eat here unless you buy an Uber to take you through the drive thru. Ridiculous. I would have chose any other fast food place if their information on dine in was updated but it was not so I literally walked 35 minutes to just get nothing.

    At first glance the location seemed promising, I love the food and usually the atmosphere is pleasant but this one had a less than satisfying service as well as atmosphere unfortunately, I loved the food but a friend ordered a single bacon cheeseburger but turned out looking like quarter sized patty with almost burnt bacon pieces. The cashier behind the desk was short, sharp and one could tell she did not want to be there. Overall I would order the triple sized burgers just to get filled.

    Went through and waited over ten minutes and I just left because the line was not moving and it appears it's understaffed. If you have plenty of time to wait in the drive thru line , it's for you. The Dodge St location makes it hard for the other Wendy's

    If I could give a negative review for my experience this morning I would. I placed a mobile order for breakfast to pick up on my way to work. After waiting for a very long time in the drive thru behind other vehicles, who also seemed to have to wait a long time, when I got up to the kiosk, no one ever answered. I drove up to the window, tried knocking on it, it looked like no one was even in there, even though the lights and signs were on. No signs on the doors or anything. Lobby was locked. I ended up having to leave and was also late for work. I hope I can get a refund, as I had paid for it already.

    Way to slow for being fast food. And they didn't accept card payments at the Window. So I had to come in to pay, and still had to wait because my order wasn't ready. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
