Our waitress was amazing! The food Order did take a long time but our waitress made it worth while. The staff was so friendly and didn't rush people even though they were swamped! I'm so glad they are still in business- the IHOP by our house closed so that was a sad day. But this IHOP is hopping!

Food was good, brought to us fresh and hot. The coffee tasted like a fresh roasted pot. I gave a 4 star, as prices have gone up quite a bit and the service was very very slow. The floors and seats were pretty dirty, it looked like they havent mopped the floor in days. There were crayons, rotten food bits under our table.

Perfect spot for all your sweet cravings. Tried their strawberry banana pancake along with swedish crepe. Not a big fan of crepes really but this one turned out to be a huge delight for my taste buds. As for the pancake it was ok, strawberry sauce was yummy but the stack of five pancakes is too much for one person really. Lots of side dishes to choose from as they have something for everyone 🙂

I don’t typically leave reviews and I couldn’t comment about my own experience on the ihop reviews. But coming into the restaurant it was pretty busy. I of course was seated and noticed that only two people were helping all these people, (now this I will let slide because I have been waitress/manager/cook at restaurants before) I assume they didn’t have proper staff, possibly they thought with the husker game it would be a slow night, or they had a ton of call ins. I’ve been there.) our waitress was definitely overwhelmed, but she handled it like a pro, she was still friendly she didn’t show the stress and she did everything for perfect custom service, even offered us an extra drink to take with us for the slow experience. But what really bugged me was the manager on duty, she seemed more worried about the inspection on Tuesday than what was going on in the restaurant… she went to the kitchen and sounded like she was semi yelling at her kitchen staff regarding this inspection on Tuesday, reminding them to change their gloves. But once she was done with that, she was simply back in her office, when she should of been out helping with customers and apologizing for the short staff, helped with seating customers, helped take payments (to help out her two servers) or she could of simply helped the kitchen push orders out faster… but instead she let her staff just handle the large crowd on their own. Unfortunately I’ve seen this multiple time, but as a manager your job is to help your staff and help run a smooth shift, you have to handle the suck with them, and not just let them take a hit. The experience wasn’t bad because of the staff, it was bad because the lack of management that was going on to help the experience.

The service here is worthy of expletives! How is this place still open?! The employees major skill seems to be avoiding eye contact with customers! It’s sure not cleaning or actually serving! Waited and waited and tried to get my waitresses attention then tried to get another server’s attention… more waiting… watched the waitress have to fix the order of the table next to us while avoiding eye contact with us… more waiting to order or have the wait staff acknowledge our presence…watched as our waitress brought the next table’s replacement food and still avoided eye contact… There’s so much more but I’m just getting myself angry. Food and drinks don’t matter if they never get to you!

Today was definitely our last time dining in at this location. We waited nearly an hour for our food and had to wait that entire time for my drink to be corrected. By the time our food got brought out, it was cold and not even good anymore. So our food was clearly done for a while but was neglected to be brought out. We tried to get our waitress' attention several times to follow up on our order but she seemed to be avoiding eye contact. We saw another couple get up and leave because they waited for nearly 20 minutes after being sat to give this girl a drink order. This waitress did not have a busy section either -- coming from a former waitress.

Don't waste your time. Place was dead, should have been our first clue to turn around. Got sat and that was it. Got looked at by a server and that was it. As we watched this server take a seat with her friends we decided it was best we leave. Her friends said something to her and she just watched us walk out. A gentleman also walked out behind us and as a family got out of there car to go in, he told them it was awful in there, they left too. So you lost a party of 5, party of 3 and I believe the next family to come in was another party of 5. With your prices that would have totalled a good chunk of revenue.

Update: 11/6/22_ I had My hopes up on their new vanilla Cinnamon French toast. It would have been nice if our waitress had informed us that they were out of French Toast when we were seated. However the food was okay. The food was hot and came out quick. Yum! Yum!_ My family and I had a pretty good time. The food was good to me. The taste for my family was "to each their own." We had to request for someone to wipe our seats where we were directed to sit. Gross! My pancakes were a little crisp around the edges but I still ate them. I thought it was alright. Our waitress was consistent & polite but came off a little nervous. I'm just glad that the dining was open.

I’ve come late at night many times, and it’s always somewhat slow to get sat and get your order taken, food usually never takes too long though. Tonight, Christmas night was an exception though. Took a long time to get seated, order taken, and forever to get our food. However: This is not on the staff. They had maybe two guys in the kitchen and 2 wait staff. They were the only place open in town at all, and they were flooded with delivery orders and their drivers. Many were quite rude, and went up to the wait staff next to the kitchen and asked about their order. A man came out of the kitchen, a manager possibly from the fact that he had a red button up shirt on and a bow tie. He came out, and told all the drivers to please not leave the entryway and especially not to disrespect and disrupt staff. When we finally got our food though, it was great. Only complaint from me or my friend was that his gravy was liquidy, but he didn’t mind eating it with hot sauce and plain. If I had my way, and ran that location, everyone on staff Christmas and the other girl they knew who came in to help, would all get raises or bonuses. I hope they got or get some form of compensation for the amount they had to do, past midnight on Christmas night.

Went on a Thursday night. Not busy at all. Server was not very attentive. She was on her phone and continued to sit after she was told our food was ready. Manager was going back and forth cashing out takeout orders and cooking. Pancakes and omelettes were over cooked. My bacon temptation omelette was 1/2 the size of what it used to be and had very little cheese sauce on top. Other omelette’s cheese was just laid on top and not melted. We asked for syrup and we’re given the little cups instead of the usual dispenser. Also, not specific to this location, but their help wanted posters in-store had the word opportunity misspelled. Very disappointing experience.

Here with family after a viewing at an Omaha funeral home. The food was good, our server was funny & wonderful, & IHOP accommodated our large 14 member, multi-table walk-in group with no problems. We felt welcome, even having a couple of staff members volunteering themselves to step in to run the camera for family photos. Helped to ever-so-slightly soften the blow of such a significant loss.

We waited about 10 minutes with no one even acknowledge our presence. There were 3 sets of people ahead of us and they hadn't been spoken to either. I understand being short-staffed, but at least speaking to, acknowledging, or some type of recognition that people are waiting is the LEAST you could do. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is bc I know IHOP food is good. Just can't get it from here, apparently 😒🙃

First as I sat down from washing my hands, my server was immediately upon me asking about my order... ok I admire efficiency but goodness I just sat down. I had a free item through another app and was required to sign up at Ihop and I asked my server and she began to explain something about Happy Hour Menu but it's not Happy Hour and she was not explaining it correctly. I rushed my order as best I could and waited about 30 mins or more. I bit into the bacon and if course it had to be crispy which I specifically said I don't want... it just dissolved in my mouth with an ashy taste... and I was more than half way done and the butter had yet to melt showing that the pancakes were Luke warm at best. $20...

My husband and I went to this establishment and were very disappointed in the staff. Terrible. We waited forever to be seated. Once we were seated, we continued to wait forever to be greeted by wait staff. We eventually spoke to the manager who eventually sent over a waitress who seemed to have no idea what she was doing. Once we finally ordered it was an even longer wait to get our food. Once we received our food, it was incorrect. My husband got pancakes instead of the hashbrowns he ordered and our waters remained empty on the table the rest of our duration. No one ever came back to check on us. Don't even ask how long it took to get the bill........We will never come back. I wish I could rate this place with ZERO stars.

We came during a Sunday brunch rush. There was a 20 minute wait to be seated (which was expected). After being seated, it took the waitress 10 minutes to stop by the first time. She took our drink and food order. While we waited we noticed the table was poorly bussed. Most of the table top was clean but the back of the table near the wall and the edges of the table were very sticky. 20 minutes after ordering, the waitress came by to apologize for the wait and explained there was a large group before us. We said that was fine and asked how much longer it would be before the coffee would arrive. She left and brought it back immediately and apologized for forgetting it. When the food arrived, there wasn't a single item that was correct to what was ordered. I ordered the french toast (2 pieces) with a side of bacon (4 strips). What I got was 1 piece of french toast, 2 pancakes, and 2 strips of bacon. I explained the problem and the waitress said she'd get it fixed. A few moments later she came back with a plate with 4 strips of bacon and asked if everything was fine now. I explained again. Now there is too much bacon and a piece of french toast was still missing. 5 minutes later the final piece of french toast arrived. During the very long wait we could hear the staff announce that there was no more crispy chicken and then a little while later that there was no more whipped cream. Some of the staff then went around and asked if people would like to substitute grilled chicken on their meal while others were saying "we are out of chicken, you can't have the chicken sandwich". This whole experience was like watching a trainwreck unfold. I don't normally leave bad reviews but now that I am home and sick to my stomach after eating here I am questioning if I got food poisoning from this place. If I did it was either due to the barely cooked, pale, soggy, floppy bacon or the general lack of cleanliness visible throughout this location. Eating here makes me want to never go back and I'll think twice before eating at another IHOP.

Our waitress was so sweet. My youngest is special needs and she was so kind to him. Food was delicious, place was very clean and we got our meals pretty quick.

I used to enjoy eating breakfast at this place. Now, I'm never sure what I'm paying for. I usually order the breakfast sampler. Once, the bacon was so undercooked it was basically raw. Another time the hash browns looked, and tasted like the cook scraped the grill and gave me the remnants. Today, I received only 2 pancakes instead of three. The servers are always kind, professional & knowledgeable. The cook is asleep at the wheel.

Order a lemonade splasher, and it tasted horrible. The menu says it's supposed to have fruit in it, and it didn't. It tasted like lemon lime soda with a bunch of blue raspberry syrup in it. No lemonade. Order the protein lemon blueberry pancakes and did not taste any lemon, and they didn't have blueberries. I said something to my waitress, and she comes back and says the kitchen doesn't have the blueberries. I asked for a discount because if I had known that I wouldn't have gotten the item. My husband got a biscuit sandwich and added an egg. The egg didn't come with it. So he waited 10 minutes for an egg. Our food came out all cold like it was in the window for more than 10 minutes before it came to us. Both of our eggs came out over cooked. Our discount was my meal with a 10% Sr. Discount. Not even $1.50. Horrible experience. We will never be back at this location again. Clearly, there is a lack of communication between the kitchen, wait staff, and management. Management doesn't seem to care as no one even came to us. $40 for a horrible meal. Edit. GM came and talked to us as we were leaving. She said no one said anything to her at all. And she apologized.

I appreciate the service and music during my wait. I sat near the entrance while my order was being prepared. The meats and scrambled eggs were good. I really wanted to like the French toast and pancakes because it’s ihop, but I did not enjoy the French toast nor pancakes. The waiter did a good job assisting the morning crowd by herself. I paid a reasonable price for my meal.

Just horrible. No service... Nobody helped us till we asked for a manager. She made me feel like it's normal and my fault for wanting service. We got a very sad waitress with no training at all. Sat for 40 minutes for food. Just got back from Vegas, lots more people with no issues in service. This is sad here.

Overall a pretty good experience. Service was a little slow but as to be expected with so few people wanting to serve tables these days I think. Manager was very sweet. Food was very good. French toast was fluffy. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Would recommend.

The food was absolutely horrible I mean horrible. My kids told me there scrambled eggs were ice cold. Then my kids said they were still hungry I don't blame them couldn't eat there eggs. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. My eggs were cold then they brought me my pancakes. They were so dry and burnt they broke in half I mean I didn't pull them apart they were hard as a rock. Wife said her Dr. Pepper tasted off as well. As far as staffing goes way over staffed employees standing around gossiping then running out emergency exits to get out of there after clocking out or going to take a break

I used to love coming to this IHop, but recently, the experience has greatly declined. When I go out, I usually expect to be in a restaurant for no longer than an hour at most. We were not greeted or seated for 10 minutes, and the place was not busy by any means. Our table hadnt been completely wiped down, and there was bits of food on my seat. My partner and I were ready to order after about 5 minutes of deliberation, but our drink orders weren't taken for 20 minutes, and we considered leaving. We got no service after we ordered and before we got the bill, and my partners tres leches pancakes came out mushy and soaked in sauce. Our server passed us by several times and had time to talk about a big tip she got elsewhere to her coworkers... right next to our table. We didn't get drink refills until the check came out, and overall, we spent about an hour and a half there. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be returning any time soon.

My son LOVED his pancakes, but waitress forgot the syrup. When asked, she returned with maybe 30cc and we had to beg for a second little cup-- for the price, I would think syrup should be included. Service was very slow but my son has a new favorite pancake stop!

Had a bad experience at the IHOP in LA Visa so decided to drive to the next closest IHOP. I am happy I did. Denise, my server, seated me as soon as I walked in and was almost too helpful throughout my meal. Additionally, the other server (a guy wearing a Chiefs hat) seem to being doing a great job also. If you feel like IHOP, definitely drive to this one. It is worth the extra 5 or 6 min. drive.

It has potential. But late nights are definitely not a time I would recommend . Second time I did online order and waited one whole hour to get served my order. A night ago I went an it was literally only 5 people in there not busy and still waited a hour the guy who cooks seems to cook dine in first and not orderly ! I’ve worked fast food so I’m just not complaining but I Ordered 11:45pm said it would be ready 12:12a.m I didnt get it til 1ish not to mentioned messed up my order in process and my food looked thrown together and over cooked ! Wasn’t presentable ! Will not be coming back !

I had an amazing breakfast at this location. Clifford was our server and he is just absolutely phenomenal. He was very attentive and friendly and even brought me a root beer float, free of charge, for my birthday. My wife ordered hash browns that ended up being burnt, but he replaced them rapidly with fresh ones that were perfect.

  • 5/5 Danielle S. 1 year ago on Google
Can I tell you about my girl Denise? She's the only one working overnight tonight when I stopped at to get a short stack of pancakes. She's probably the best employee I've ever encountered, she not only brought me the best short stack but when I was like hey, I need that butter can syrup, just drown my pancakes in that so I don't waste another container she did not disappoint. We aren't even going to discuss how this woman deserves a raise, clearly. But I am giving the whole restaurant a five-star review just because of Denise. Don't take advantage of the amazing employee you have.
